The Lower East-side of Manhattan

I will just give the Family and soldiers who relocates first this building on Avenue D and Houston Street to be deployed into our weed shops around NYC and to travel the United States. I want the whole building rented for Section 8. Have the building donated to me and made all section 8.

The new 12-story building at Avenue D and East Houston Street is nearly complete, and we know the 125-unit building's amenities include a doorman, gym, rooftop terrace, bike storage, and a tenant recreation room, plus a washer/dryer and "built-in bluetooth speakers" in every home. Now all Alphabet Plaza needs is some people to live in it, so the city's Housing Partnership site just opened a lottery for 30 affordable apartments (h/t Lo-Down) that were built by the city's inclusionary housng program.
