We are going to first address the issue of congestion in New York City by using simple concepts. I think we will first apply a test area, which will be Long Island City. I am not running the Colombo Family out, but showing them this world out there we all must redevelop and the Universe we must map. To fight me over my birthplace which us I was raised in Long Island City, Queens and was born in Elmhurst Hospital.  In fact, my inheritance is the State of New York, because this is a Government and separate entity and the land God was born in.  So just do as I say and be happy and powerful and live forever.

Reduce Congestion:

Let people turn right on a red light. Florida is the only state that allows it and works well. Often in New York City, I find myself becoming a hold-up, when I could have been turned. It makes the roads safer.

We will design several of these as arteries into the city.

We cannot build wide like down south, but they cannot build up. Their soil has sinkholes ours is the foundation of the Rock.   All they do it is build up office buildings.  Now this option will keep many public housing but they will need to be demolished and rebuilt. 

String Transport System

Another high-speed rail concept that aims to present an alternative to conventional systems without the astronomical price tag is Anatoly Unitsky's String Transport System. The concept is based on the use of what look like heavy-duty above ground electrical wires, but instead of carrying power, these high-tension wires become the support for carriages.

The proponents of the system see big advantages in terms of cost (somewhere between three and 10 times less expensive than a railway, maglev system, monorail system or motorway) and efficiency (an 80 kW (107hp) motor would take a 20-person passenger vehicle up to 155 mph (250 km/h)).

If you allocate 10 stories to parking and use a full city block, do you see the capacity you created?  Call these Super Malls.

We are on the Rock:  But everybody knows this is the Rock and it is too congested.  And relocation will happen for many to include moving into a bunch of these condos because I lot of people will be moving for good.  California I must protect from earth quakes and Florida hurricanes and sinkholes, News York City is the damn Rock

I want to demolish Steinway, Queens and rebuild it, as the new retail Mecca of New York City 21st century and now you know who to do construction to deeply reduce congestion, create citywide parking for those who live here and for those who visit out of the outskirts.  I will open the New York Wal-Mart and I want the Walton Family to give me a section on their music section, shared distribution and they by my food products, I won Wal-Mart New York and they give me my 10%. I will not even check them out, they gave me $2,500 and ad not I do not what would have happened, they say by American products, what more can I ask from a world without God.

If I was the Mafia, I would franchise out some of those weed parlors to them where they live. It will make peace a choice and not by force. Give then $2 million here and there so everyone can eat  In fact I will bill Medicaid $10 billion for marijuana products. Have our hospitals do our CBC research and have my son who has epilepsy be a part o the research s well as other kids.  Have my hospitals sign the first perception for THC that we produce and not that synthetic shit. Now we sell weed for Medicaid and it cannot be challenged in my State.

We will make Burger King our soul food restaurant chain. We will use secret recipes concealed in Avon Park, FL.  Trust me we have the best recipes in the whole world and now they have restaurants all over the world to sell it. By selling our coked food for food stamps and by increasing food stamps so people can by cook food, we will have a powerful clientele and white folks love soul food more than blacks. Pay my workers living wages. How can you lose money, when you are feeding people?  We do not make money of off food, clothing and shelter, but provide it if you work.  But our prices can be what it is worth, because food stamps will allow them to afford it and Medicaid the weed and then we will reprogram them through the reality media, we produce.
