Living Wage System & NYC highlight to read. JC

The Living Wage System and Housing NYC

By: Jesus Christ

To qualify for excellent housing at affordable prices, we need to create a large number of qualified applicants and then scrutinize the list to our preference.

How? Create a workforce who earns the proper amounts to qualify for these housing opportunities.  Everyone who works for us will be in this range.  Ten we will introduce what we call the Individual Income Index or "Triple Eye Status."

This is the true indicator of you value to the New York City economy.  For example, our weed shop makes $2 Million per year to split between 10 employees. Their average income is $200,000 but the will earn under $40,000 each, so am I going to cheat them? No!  The other $160,000 should be made available as charity.  Now say we owe you $60,000 per year, you get that in charity, being food, clothing and shelter services.  These days, you have to humble yourself, in my world, you are supposed to come and pick up you money and tell us what is going on. Just do not come with the attitude, I answer to nobody and it is my money and I earned it, because they will run you out of there.  Questions will be answered to get charity, so we can target our community spending, I might give you a voucher to go where I have a surplus.  Charity must  be unequaled to New York City anywhere, so people will get more form charity than their living wage, it is designed to serve people in that manner to best gain from our social programs like food stamps, housing and insurance premiums we control.

This is it:

Whoever does the planning for New York City, direct all of this money, by whatever emergency agreements necessary.  This plan will make NYC even worst. We do not need repairs or new projects, use that money to subsidize them into the condominiums.

Now all Alphabet Plaza needs is some people to live in it, so the city's Housing Partnership site just opened a lottery for 30 affordable apartments (h/t Lo-Down) that were built by the city's "inclusionary" housing program.

The six studios available will rent for $847/month, 18 one-beds for $909, five two-beds for $1,101, and one three-bed for $1,263. Of course, applicants have to make under the income caps, and preference is given to those who live in the community, are municipal employees, or are disabled. The lottery closes on February 18.

Under NYC’s affordable housing program, studios will rent for $847; one bedrooms are priced at $909; 2-bedroom units are $1101.  Applicants need to meet income requirements (annual household earnings ranging from $30,000 to nearly $60,000 for the largest units). Residents of Community District 3 (including the Lower east Side and Chinatown) will be given preference for the apartments. Click here for application information.
