How about you and Naughty By Nature contact Tommy Boy Entertainment, since they used you'll to advertise on ReverbNation, I will answer their call with an excellent proposal.

Have Tommy Boy Entertainment in association with Queen Dana, takes on recidivism by adopting the PTS Movement.

This is the package to assist in the creation of independent artist in a network with Tommy Boy, Queen Dana and the "Prison the Streets Movement."

It is a social program and should be under 501 c 3 statuses as a non profit record label and association.

Tommy Boy puts up a predetermine amount to use to get the record company started.

This would a high performance DAW studio.  At most costs $25,000. Then they need their social club where it is located. It should be a coffee shop bar, without liquor licenses.  All alcohol is served as donations, we will serve Ice coffee my favorite and other privately held trade among brothers. Members only.  Costs is rent of about $2,000 per month, plus set-up cost.  Investment maximum $100,000. $100G would be a really nice hangout. Max Investment $20,000 to $300,000 for 10 contracts in one.

The record deal offers social services and a $40,000 to $50,000 annual salary. Why:? Then we can place all of them in a condo all on the same floor and fast.  If they need 10 apartments, the costs would be about an average of $1,100 per month and we can give these guys priority due to prior conviction status and the new legislation we will pass to end the drug war.  And recognize the damages done by it.

Then like I said, we will use an index to determine ones earning verse ones compensation received.  This money will go into an account, to be used by them as a family.  So if the PTS Movement was to have 10 men and sold $5,000,000 in record sales in a year to keep this simple. The max payroll would be $500,000. That leaves $4,500,000 towards tax free charity.

Now we can build housing complexes for the returning men and women and you can come to the office and just say hey, I need $20,000 to buy a car real quick. Our job will be to line you up with who we do business with.  This means if you get say $5,000 a month and earned $5M or $416,666 per month divided by 10 = over $41,000 per month per member in charitable funds.  This leaves $36,000 each per month in a fund and it is not my money, we just do not allow money to go back to how we took it from.

Now we can run a directional spending system or a keep it in your own community system of community governance and spending practices. And due to strong non profit activities, we can really make a permanent change.  Now you buy from our family and friends. Need a car?  Fine! Hey John Jr.,  just got in a new fleet in, "take this voucher to him."  You want to blow all your money on a car fine, but drugs will not be tolerated, we gave you weed, we gave you all the weed.

This how we make money and do not just give it right back. We are not making profits on housing which is the savings. Our duty is to provide good housing.
