Do they have a choice and we are not negotiating, our way or we declare war against our domestic enemy, the Congress. If they do not agree with him on every point, they die.  I can arrest them or just take them out.

ISIS to get authority to destroy them - ISIS was not defined as just Muslims, but the terror network, we can prove it is Israel, France, German and British sponsored.  They hate it, because once they do this, the EU is good as destroyed

Sanctions withheld long enough to get nuclear treaty - They want to start  major war over there, to prevent a peaceful resolution.  They know we stole all that money to build bombs.
