Short and to the point. My nephew Rev. Raymond V. Jones, will be over the emancipated Freemasons and wear the title Reverend. Under some undisclosed executive order dealing with this lie, President Obama will begin the end of the war on drugs and we are the ones to end this war, by monopolizing it, by decriminalization rather than legalization.  Meaning people can use it and possess it, but cannot sell it, only we will handle weed.
• The concession is we stop all heroin and synthetic drugs, I will try Cocaine, but no more crack cocaine. They get power or base and it is not sold to broke ass bitches.  Marijuana is the blessed peoples drug, because it is good for you and O will be giving it away for any health insurance under covert operations.
• My only concern there is sink holes, e need advance technology to deal with that.
• A lot of money will be there, because this is where we produce both raw and finished products, to be sold in urban areas.
