Moving Into NYC Condominiums Made Easy

Serving our
Veterans
Step One: Funding: Make all benefits available to all
veterans across the board
This lineup is unconstitutional and is against the interest
of America
and has no rational.
•
Grant and Per Diem (GPD): $235 million.
• Supportive Services for very-low income Veteran Families (SSVF): $300 million.
• Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP): $38.185 million.
• HUD-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH): $75 million.
• Supportive Services for very-low income Veteran Families (SSVF): $300 million.
• Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP): $38.185 million.
• HUD-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH): $75 million.
The reason veterans never gets
benefits, is instead of finding one reason to give it to them, they find one
not to and then kick them out. The
obstacles created are justified, because all the funding goes to special
programs and never the general budget.
Mr. President, this most certainly a
bate and switch:
Then it gets worst.
The Veteran Benefit that is clearly written
in stone and is not being enforced by illegal intent. They employees get transportation, so how is
this justified? Every Veteran who leaves home is eligible for about $60,000 per
years in travel reimbursement.
Under Title 38
CRF Part 70.30 payment
Principles supports what I am saying by setting a standard written in stone. A
veteran can go to any facility in the country without any explanation as to
why. He is gets carfare from his home to the nearest facility with explanation,
that is his travel benefit.
This US Code has an intent that applies to how and why
reimbursement is made and everything also applies to veterans, but at a 50%
rate to include lounging. It was designed for a person like me, who is
displaced and needs financial help to complete my purpose for visiting,
regardless as to if it is even medical related, but if at anything medical help
becomes needed this system applies to all veterans. I get full toll for all

Serving the Poor Qualify
my People for Relocation under HUD
The city of Avon Park and many rural areas are filled with
unsanitary housing, illiteracy, have mental issues, have medical needs not
being met and the list goes on. They
qualify for relocation under HUD.
The Uniform Act,
passed by Congress in 1970, is a federal law that establishes minimum standards
for federally funded programs and projects that require the acquisition of real
property (real estate) or displace persons from their homes, businesses, or
farms. The Uniform Act's protections and assistance apply to the acquisition,
rehabilitation, or demolition of real property for federal or federally funded
projects.
·
49 CFR Part 24
is the government-wide regulation that implements the URA.
·
HUD Handbook
1378 provides HUD policy and guidance on implementing the URA
and 49 CFR Part 24 for HUD funded programs and projects.
This
module covers URA requirements as they apply to HUD programs.
What
are the URA's objectives?
·
o
To provide uniform, fair and equitable treatment of persons whose
real property is acquired or who are displaced in connection with federally
funded projects
o
To ensure relocation assistance is provided to displaced persons
to lessen the emotional and financial impact of displacement
o
To ensure that no individual or family is displaced unless decent,
safe, and sanitary (DSS) housing is available within the displaced person's
financial means
o
To help improve the housing conditions of displaced persons living
in substandard housing
o
To encourage and expedite acquisition by agreement and without
coercion
How
do URA requirements impact your project?
Agencies
conducting a program or project under the URA must carry out their legal
responsibilities to affected property owners and displaced persons. Agencies
should plan accordingly to ensure that adequate time, funding and staffing are available to carry out their responsibilities.
Some of
those responsibilities include:
·
For
Real Property Acquisition
o
Appraise property before negotiations
o
Invite the property owner to accompany the appraiser during the
property inspection
o
Provide the owner with a written offer of just compensation and a
summary of what is being acquired
o
Pay for property before possession
o
Reimburse expenses resulting from the transfer of title such as
recording fees, prepaid real estate taxes, or otherexpenses.
Please
note that agency responsibilities for voluntary acquisitions differ. (Please
see Voluntary
Acquisition vs. Involuntary Acquisition in this training module
for additional information.)
·
For
Residential Displacements
o
Provide relocation advisory services to displaced tenants and
owner occupants
o
Provide a minimum 90 days written notice to vacate prior to
requiring possession
o
Reimburse for moving expenses
o
Provide payments for the added cost of renting or purchasing
comparable replacement housing
·
For
Nonresidential Displacements (businesses, farms, and nonprofit organizations)
o
Provide relocation advisory services
o
Provide a minimum 90 days written notice to vacate prior to
requiring possession
o
Reimburse for moving and reestablishment expenses

Here is my
decision:
I get 50% of these condominiums citywide. All property going to any company foreign
will be required to present the money trial. All property then goes to Americans under an
affordable property transfer system based on the merit system.
After we get our condos, we will begin to demolish as many
projects as possible in Manhattan to build our gas
stations and shopping malls owned by the Gambino & Poole of New York code for God. These buildings are the Manhattan Project.
