WEINGART Foundation Under Homeland Security Led IRS Audit
An Apostle Paul Castellano Investigation:
1: IRS Agents are now at the so-called T-House, that is identified by Goggle Earth Pro as the Lamp Community, which is just another fraud operation, aka Beyond Shelter.
2. The IRS Agents will be under Armed Homeland Security Protection during this investigative audit, dye to the magnitude of this investigation with will clearly tie both the Jewish Defense League, with the JDL Southern Poverty Law Center.
The scheme is simplistic and depended on intimidation and fear to work. They create foundation in all the urban cities. Because the cities operated like small governments rather than municipalities which are essentially Corporations without trademark authority, they created tough economic situations without any seemingly solution, Therefore in order to profit, to have to either commit a crime such as drug distribution of rob charity thru stealing the money sent for the poor from God of 10% of the GDP or just last year along $1.5 Trillion Dollars.
Then they would advocate smaller government, by means of a non profit, yet non charitable 501 3 c coordinated operations. Now you have all the regional or local charities essentially stealing from God. The world hates God, because they felt what kind of God would do this to his people? But all the time Satan was stealing that 10% and investing it in investment firms. They would pay the investment firm a nominal fee of about $3 or $4 Million and gain about $36 million and then out of the back door, send that money to themselves, meanwhile the WEINGART Foundation has almost $800 million in holdings, plus every dime is traceable back to my investment firm and therefore all these urban city construction projects finance in this way belongs to charity.
The Operation WEINGART Shutdown:
Prove systematic corruption in this WEINGART operation, then demonstrate its duplicity in the other California, WEINGART operations. Set a precedent on these types of fraud, so President Obama can enforce a nationwide Eminent Domain Recovery Act against all fraudulent non profits. Enforce the RICO act nationwide and take back this property that was stolen from the people.
My only problem with this operation is how it inconvenience the consumers in the facility where it has just begun this long process. The computer room is the only outside communications they have. They do not even have a television to see the news. It is my recommendation that some of these office spaces and desks in the office where they have programs on 12 steps which is unconstitutional, be given to the IRS, to do their investigations and all records be accessible to the IRS.
When this organization stole just last year, over $12 million out of $13 million in charitable funds, what do these people still need desk for. In fact unless they are cooperating with authorities they all should be placed on administrative leave, pending this IRS investigation, before they get a chance to cover their tracks.
Due to the extent of the investigation, not only should Homeland Security be assigned the Security of all IRS Agents, but the oversight of the Security Team there and the management of the facility in germs of utilities and food, until appropriate temporary management can be hired, pending the conclusion of this investigation.
IBM Future Castellano Studio Production Site
This building is in a very good location for a production plant that will create local employment. I think we should just enforce eminent domain and take this property over, give it to the city, who will build the first Municipal Corporate Property in Los Angeles, CA. Create a 50 year deal, L.A. build to IBM specifications, uses IBM Production Process, IBM uses the facility owned by L.A.
