Polygamy is Legal & Understanding Solemnization

The
fact pattern will indicate that solemnization which is how they created an
illusion that the government can regulate marriage.
Then
it goes further that the law of solemnization does not apply to people called Friends, or Quakers (British), nor marriages
among the people called Menonists (Germans), but such marriages may be solemnized in
the manner heretofore used and practiced in their respective societies."
Solution:
As
we all know the Mafia has been using the term friend to describe made men. The key to their waiver is the lie that they
can talk to God, this is not true for them, but is true of the 6 Families of
New York City. I will write a basic outline of out codes of behavior and file a
copy of this, which will establish the Church of People
called Friends. This and the fact that I am established as the Light of the
World, with makes it legal for me and my flock to enter into polygamist
relations, without solemnization. Under
separation of church and state a written document claiming my church will
establish this church as legal and any address that receives its mail a place
of worship.
The First Amendment to
the United States Constitution provides that "Congress shall make no
law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise
thereof ..." and Article VI specifies
that "no religious Test shall ever be required
as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States."
A federal judge
ruled late Friday that a key section of Utah
law criminalizing polygamy is unconstitutional, granting
multi-spouse families the right to live together without facing arrest, so long
as they do not acquire multiple marriage licenses.
Solemnization: This was unconstitutional:
solemnization
of marriages, adopted in the year 1838 and in force at the time of the alleged
marriage, enact as follows:
"SEC.
6. Marriages may be solemnized by any justice of the peace in the county in
which he is chosen, and they may be solemnized throughout the state by any
minister of the gospel who has been ordained according to the usages of his
denomination and who resides within this state and continues to preach the
gospel."
"SEC. 15. The preceding provisions, so far as they
relate to the manner of solemnizing marriages, shall not affect marriages among
the people called
Friends, or Quakers (British), nor marriages among the people called Menonists (Germans), but such marriages may be solemnized in
the manner heretofore used and practiced in their respective societies."
people called Friends legal meaning in marriage
The Religious Society of Friends is a group
of religious
people, who have joined together because they have similar beliefs. People
in the Society of Friends are called "Friends" or Quakers -
both mean the same thing.
The Society of Friends began in the 1600's in England. A
man named George Fox went around preaching his ideas to people,
including a large group on Pendle Hill. He
told them they could talk to God themselves - that they did not need a priest or minister to
do it for them. Many people liked this idea; they found it helped them feel
close to God. Together they started the Society of Friends.
