A Municipality: the governing body of a municipality.

 

a city or town that has corporate status and local government.

 

A Corporate Trademark:

 

Definition: Any symbol, word or combination thereof used to re:

present or identify a product. A service mark means the same thing, but identifies a service. .

 

Now let me explain what and how  municipality words.

 

The Walton Family plans to place a Wal-Mart Superstore in Skid Row, so does IBM plan to place a manufacturing Production plant there.  Duane Reade wants to sell medical marijuana in a store in that neighborhood as will as two or three Starbucks.

 

Wal-Mart Superstore Cost: $15 Million to build

 

Starbucks Café Cost: $450,000 times 3 = $1.5 Million

 

Walgreens: $1.9 Million

 

IBM Manufacturing Plant: That Church in that building on San Pedro has to go, they are slum lord and liars anyway, so you know they are crooks. They can move their circus somewhere else.

 

Being a business corporation you do not let these people come to your town buying up your real estate.  What make them these corporation is their system of production or services the render.  But you let someone buy your city with lies and cannot fire him, while he is running the city and signing in laws?

 

No a Mayor is an elected official in legislation or governing, but a city is supposed to hire smart city managers and pay them like you pay Microsoft Executives.  They are supposed to  all that good State and Federal Money and always turning it over.

 

You are supposed to own the real estate, but now it belongs to charity ad big corporations. But the future of municipalities, call for owning the city property not just for school and expenditures, but in retail and manufacturing. And when you agree to build these location to their specifications for a 50 contract at a time, you renegotiate as things progress to keep everything balance.  See the check and balance is the corporation has a trademark to identify production process, but a city has the right to manage his city.

 

The city should enter into agreements to build site for corporations to run there business model on the property of the given city. But these cities spend there money before even get it and the corporations end up owning the city, so the city goes broke and runs out of tax revenue, because they did not use the tax revenue from the Federal and State Governments which do operate on tax revenue and cannot run a business.

 

The city just do not have a trademark, but it is a corporate business entity.
