Ok, you gave me 13 directors an I will go with that.  I wish you could have included names, types of films they specialize in and past budgets.

 

I am assigning 1/4 responsibility in the project each, 13 directors at 52 films or four projects. And we know they are a bunch of crooks.  I will spend an average of the middle or $150M per film multiplied by 52 = $780,0000,000 or $650,000,000 each.  This will leave about $200 million to help people and promote what we stand for.  Use this money to create a exploratory committees.  Invite the black leaders and hear them out.  Many should participate in the project as themselves.

Understand we are a team and Debra Lee has to use her discretion in the budgeting and allocation.  If someone is making a sci-fi type God movie about true space travel. You do not have to say, this is the prophesy, just make movies to plant ideas in their minds to prepare them for the change mindsets.  Make some general investments everyone will need if you plan to cross reference a person.  For example, think about who you hire for what roles.  Because in telling the truth, different people will be in stories about others. So hire as many people one time for multiply films.  And contract them based on the work they will the required to do.

I do not need 5 people playing Dr. King in 5 different films. He has to be in my story, Malcolm X story, Prophet Elijah story and everyone is going to have a part in different movies, therefore if you do a scene about Tupac and then Biggy  for different films, use my staff wisely and do a few takes, so it can he used in several films with a slight differences.  This will take coordination.

For example John Singleton is filming Tupac, while Spike is filming Jesus and say Gordon Park is doing Dr. King. It would be wise and they work together on all scripts under our central historical research team and committee.  I committed $1 Billion to the determination of the true World History based on these FBI files, to go to black colleges in 501 c 3 grants increasing our contribution to $2 Billion due to the tax write-offs we can send another $1 billion a year later and we get direct access to all documents and can direct these researchers to support current projects.  One does not tell one story, while the other another and if, everybody has access to everybody files, records and if Debra Lee decides all films should have access to all files.
