Because this program is already funded if we only enforce the current laws in place and coordinate the money to accomplish the goal of nationwide community redevelopment through coordinated efforts between our local communities, veterans, the non profit sector, philanthropy as it is already designed that will create a even bigger tax incentive for many of our donors and government money already allocated by the Congress. Now under the program we will setup certain ways to allocate there funding in a way that will make it have a real impact. Anyone against this will be called out as a person who wants to bate and switch our veterans.
Funding:
1: The We Are the World Foundation.
It has to be a collaborative effort. Sony and Michael Jackson ons the Michael Jackson's Mijac Music Catalog and Sony manages it. Michael needs to pay down on taxes and not earn more money to create more taxes and Sony is a profit based institution, which is a conflict of interest. Employees shall neither be required to use POVs for government business nor shall they suffer any loss of pay, reprisal, or adverse action on account of refusal to use a POV for government business . In the event the use of POVs is authorized, mileage for such use shall be compensated at the prevailing rate published in federal regulations .
- Travel and per diem is an appropriate subject for local bargaining .
