I spent about 3 months here in New York City and spent much of my time with the PTS Movement.  Prison to the Streets.  What helped keep many of the alive was rapping about their lives and what happened to to cause them t have to do time.  Now we hear about Suge Knight and truth will come to the light and what I am about to say, will be known fact.

Had I allowed this, they would have walked into a trapped to destroy is all.  They would have sustained Gangster Rap, while my Gangster Rappers are going Hip Hop Enlightenment.  We are Enlightenment and Gangster Rap was about the PTS Movement.  We are not Gangster or are we Gangsters in Christ.  But these men, they are the true victims of all thee lies about drug wars. They have no place to stay, no food to eat, no past history, no education, but they can rap even if they cannot read.  Sony and Universal was waiting on them, to finish is off. But instead they are done and I am home.

But still remain over 6 million men and women who souls were destroyed by design. And understand the problem, they have to be reprogrammed and placed on the sidelines until I decide different. Meaning everything for them must be free afford dignity.

Every Person on felony parole or probation, who gains a pardon gets $1,500 per month and a budget system to insure a good quality of life, yet a controllable population.  Trust me they are crazy and the only way out is the exclusion rule. President Barack Obama to the United States Congress on funding this program. Question: When you told our veterans they had health benefits for life did you mean it?  Because this program is already funded if we only enforce the current laws in place and coordinate the money to accomplish the goal of nationwide community redevelopment through coordinated efforts between our local communities, veterans, the non profit sector, philanthropy as it is already designed that will create a even bigger tax incentive for many of our donors and government money already allocated by the Congress.  Now under the program we will setup certain ways to allocate there funding in a way that will make it have a real impact. Anyone against this will be called out as a person who wants to bate and switch our veterans.

Funding:

1: The We Are the World Foundation.

It has to be a collaborative effort.  The National Community Network, INC. and Michael Jackson the Michael Jackson's Mijac Music Catalog and we manage it.  Michael needs to pay down on taxes and not earn more money to create more taxes and Sony is a profit based institution, which is a conflict of interest. The only solution has to be a win-win solution.  Through the exploitation of such types media, we can make a much higher earners margin per sales for all parties involved and create a funding sources to redevelop America from within.

If I sell an album on our Rhythm Nation Distribution System and through the social media promotional system of members engaged in life. This is is the link to the mainstream ads which is the underground.  We believe by adding it as philanthropy that will address a serious social and economic needs if properly done we can produce from just this account $100 million in charitable donations towards Operation Solution and Response and for every dollar we earn from just Michael Jackson's estate as a donor earns him $50 million or 50% of $100 Million in tax offsets.  We earn 150% on every sale in reality and if you understand Operation Solution and Response it will recycle this money to allow us more reach and dollars to work with from this seed money.   Now how many Michael J. Jackson's are there out there, who needs money to offset taxes without creating more taxes and not that is about half of our funding sources.

2; The Veteran is Homeless Act:

Today I discovered the one veteran benefit that is written in stone that will force government and private sector to take veterans more seriousness.  The problem with the VA is the the system design, but that nobody does their job or knows it.  But there is one claw that we must force the VA to enforce and by presenting this, the congress has to accept this program and its funding.  You have to figure out how much we will earn, for example M.J.J.alone  is $100 per year off the the top, now add Motown on down the line it will be $1 Billion to $2 Billion easy per year.    But here is the real money hidden and if they argue they will be put to shame.  That is the foundation of Rhythm Nation Distributions, that when these transactions are made, they are process and all funding is accounted for. On that level, you will have a clear understanding of available funding 

2a: If you understand the law, must of these money has to go towards helping poor people, a veteran cannot actualy ever be homeless under the United States Constitution:

The Veterans Travel Reimbursement System Explained:   

The intent of the Veterans Administration is too sere the veterans and not find reason not to. The reimbursement system is designed to accept the veterans may decide to relocate and they should have that option.  Under Title 38 CRF Part 70.30 payment Principles supports what I am saying by setting this standard written in stone. A veteran can go to any facility in the country without any explanation as to why. He is gets carfare from his home to the nearest facility without explanation, that is his travel benefit.  Meaning if I decide to go to California tomorrow and go to a hospital, my travel pay for simplicity is system-wide calculation, which is from my home of record to the nearest facility from my home, without question, it is a automatic calculation. in my case about $81 per visit to any VA hospital.

70.70 (8) Case by case basis:  This is an demonstrative option I put on the table but you rejected it.  Knowing I will be here for about 6 month or even more, I requested the full payment in one shot deal of $1,040, but now I am not sure about that.  Yet at anytime this can become an option. I will explain why most veterans should opt out of the cases by cases basis option.

What the VA did to determine how to reimburse travel is implemented 5 U.S.C. 5702. 

This US Code has an intent that applies to how and why reimbursement is made and everything also applies to veterans, but at a 50% rate to include lounging. It was designed for a person like me, who is displaced and needs financial help to complete my purpose for visiting, regardless as to if it is even medical related, but if at anything medical help becomes needed this system applies to all veterans. I get full toll for all receipts I produce under 70.20 (a)  while in relocation process nationwide.

Therefore as long as I am in New York City, upon a visit to the hospital I get lounging at the rate of 50% what employees get but what are advantage is, is that our trip does not have to be job related, but it could be to do a job search.  Landing a job, who require relocation, so in many cases employment for then traveller would be solution.  We are talking about $200 per day easy the duration of any veterans stay away from where he lives, if far away.

Under the master agreement between Veterans Employees and the Union:   

Section 5 - Transportation, Travel, and Per Diem

A . The Department shall authorize local travel orders and pay expenses for Union representatives engaged in representational duties on official time, when traveling between locations such as integrated facilities, CBOCs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN), and Area Offices, or Memorial Integrated Service Network (MISN), or their successor organizations .

1. The Department shall not require employees to use a government credit card unless the employee makes more than five authorized trips a year . However, the Department has the discretion to issue a travel charge card to any employee who requests it . 
2. The Department shall issue cell phones or phone calling card(s) to employees, upon request, while on official travel . 
3. When an employee on official travel uses a privately owned vehicle (POV), travel expense will be reimbursed consistent with the provisions in this article . Employees shall neither be required to use POVs for government business nor shall they suffer any loss of pay, reprisal, or adverse action on account of refusal to use a POV for government business . In the event the use of POVs is authorized, mileage for such use shall be compensated at the prevailing rate published in federal regulations .

6. I get 10% across the board and my money always goes towards charity. Th entertainment industry is worth about $800 billion per year.  Therefore $80 Billion goes to charity. Now this program does  not get all of this money, however we will be able to expand our services equally to non veterans using some of this money. And what we just did was sacked a lot of entertainer from going broke due to taxes, because now those who own their rights can work for charity and earn more money than competing with the youth.  They will in fact be the highest earners.
7. The we have too address the Federal share of our marijuana operation.  By selling it for Medicaid and other insurance, we are going to sell $250 per ounce and better quality wed to must customers. We are talking about a $50 Billion operation and the NYPD gets 30% to not enforce the unconstitutional law against medical marijuana in the City of New York.  So they see $15 Billion for this alone, but what goes the Federal government get?  In Florida they are growing the stuff. They will be able to supply the whole country and therefore will be our suppliers, but what does the Federal government get to allow transport or do we got just do it and leave you out, because we cannot be prosecuted in court fore this legally anyway.  Whatever the government decides, this is how we determine the price of these products. All it takes is my prescription being filled when I go to se my old from the past Dr.  Kane at the VA on 28 October 2014, it would right on time for these elections as well. because now everyone needs Obama-care and President Obama will be a hero among veterans, while giving the republicans the biggest tax break in American history.

9. Any program to redevelop poor communities, must address the culture of the people. Now this expands to other communities and demographics, but my proposal address poor black people and as to who identifies themselves as members of African decedents is up to them.  The greatest gift of blacks is our ability to cook. But we make no money in our community doing it, because we have no system of distribution.  The soul food initiative places soul food restaurants under one system of management, one menu, one distribution network and we will sell our food for food stamps.  In New York City, I will give the Men ink Blue 10% of all sales made with food stamps and 10% of the net profits or a fair figure, to insure peaceful operations and respect for our property.  Now the government can make it legal nationwide and add a few dollars on these food stamp cards to purchase hot meals.

Benefits to all Presidents Leadership Foundation Participants:

The Mission:

As an Administrative assignment someone must be appointed by the President in office to run this program that allows my oversight, because I am paying for this shit. We are going to send our veterans who are not doing so good to location all over the United States to go into training on how to run a non profit organization, all the way down to the gaining a SAM account to become a government contractor to writing grants, we will offer whole BOD or basic officer training as full units to startup fully operational non profit organizations to include 501 c 3 and 4 types to create coordinated operations throughout the United States.

Their Obligation: 

They will report to us for funding by writing professional grants based on properly function non profit organizations. This will tell us what is going on in our communities nationwide so that we can create a big picture agenda address each and every community in the United States that has one of the leaders within them.  Because of their value to any community the reside in, they will get a certification recognized nationwide upon a certain level of proficiency. 

Qualifications:

• Each applicant represents a non profit entity. We will train up to 12 key personnel to include officers and board of director members.  Participation is restricted to every 5 years, so make the best of it.

• Nationwide by entity or individual competitive competition and application process. And training toward becoming a qualified applicant to include GED training housing placement and other social services.  We need people who really wasn't what we are offering and not pretenders. 

• You must be an American citizen at least age 18 years old and write and speak in the english language. We offer training to allow those who need to learn english training to meet this qualification.
• Extend Lounging Benefits to  people in this program as an option to work their own neighborhoods under The Presidents Leadership Foundation

The National Community Network, INC., is a non profit public charity with 501 c 3 statuses.  Our long term commitment is Operation Solution and Response.  This organization is designed to act as a community oriented self help system of coordinating our community activities, to accomplish set goals.  Once this operation goes into full effect, it will no longer require my micro management.  Then perhaps we will establish a Foundation whose is to select problems we will pay to fix and allow people to compete for these grants based on their plan that will solve the problem and their ability to carry it out.  But Operation Solution and Response is not a foundation designed to me to be the main donor.  For me to properly fund this operation in the future, will require my disassociations a board member, so they can apply for competitive grants and win them because they know their jobs and not just know me.

At this point it is almost fully designed, but there is no relevant support be it money or time (labor) being offered.  In fact, what I have discovered is that everything that I am presenting are divisive issues within the black community, whereby it is clear, they are the only realistic options being discuss.  For example Dr. Borden said marijuana is the problem as to say, we must stop its use.  The DEA mission is to lock up black and not stop anything, so how do she plan to accomplish that?

For example I say, lets end the drug war, by issuing out free THC to the poor, by allowing an already FDA approved drug to be used for a proven effective use based on FDA approved clinical research.  This would then allow our young adults to start focusing on personal development issues such as, higher education and career goals and community development, instead of being systematically disenfranchised by felony convictions and made unemployable due to oppressive drug policies by the DEA.

I am still fighting this fight a week later, because it is divisive. Because everyone is out for their own best interest.  And many of the people who could make this happen, already signed a contract.  They know what to expect and if everything stays the same, they are still going to get paid or have already received their settlement.  So I am finding that people who you would think would be required to support this due to their line of services, have found this to be a conflict of interest.  A head of a powerful non profit in New York City, basically said, sorry and good luck, but it is a conflict of interest, while being in the business of serving the veterans, the poor - homeless and the mentally ill. 

Dr. Borden is on her last leg in life, she doesn't see my promise of 150 years applying to her. And it is clear based on my argument but wasn't said bluntly, that the psychiatry industry is a fraud and not a science, whose goal is behavior modification and not the helping their patients.  Their pact is with the pharmaceutical industry and all they are designed to do is prescribe medications based on guess work, while passing it off as a science and running up the government cost for healthcare.  Their purpose was never to cure anyone of anything, but to control people at all cost, to include causing them to commit suicide.  So she is not an easy sell.

Take President Obama, it seems he cannot get anything done in Washington D.C.  But still he has a contract, that promised him a least one billion dollars or more in his lifetime, excellent secret service protection security paid for by the government for life, a good salary while in office and unmatched benefits and perks, like an Air Force One private jet the size of a commercial airliner.  He will get these things if he fulfills his obligation, which is to run the office of the President of the United States.  And this is not contingent to his accomplishments while in office.  If they accomplish nothing under the Obama Administration he still gets his promise.

I feel the black community is treating me in the same way the Congress is treating Obama.  Everything I deliver is receiving divisive responses.  And the commonality we have causing this isn't just that we are both black.  The issue is special interest groups and a communications gap, due to an uneducated society that was created. Maybe I am smarter than I thought, which is making me look stupid.  Maybe our common problem is that we both know that those who can make our agendas happen understand the plan and due to the lack of education, those we need to reach do not understand or see this vision being introduced  by us and therefore can never support something they do not understand.  Therefore those who can help will not and those who want to are not receiving our instructions as we are currently presenting them.

All that is now required to put Operation Solution and Response in effect, is to setup our new accounting system and establish our cloud management system.  I have QuickBooks Premier to setup our system of accounting and the major change is we will start documenting In-Kind Contributions. As for cloud management we have Google for Non Profits and a load of Apps to include Google Earth Pro. 

We started an Ad Campaign about two months ago, which will allow us $10,000 of Ads per month, however, our challenge is we can only pay a maximum of $2.00 per click.  Meaning if you go on our website via our ads, we can only pay $2.00, while competitors who have a paid account can pay as much as they please.  Therefore the key to this campaign is to establish unique key words for people to Google, that is  unique to our organization only.  For example in the future the term Zews, would be something we can have Google pay you to find out about what it is about.  At this time they are managing this for us.  I se progress slowly but surly.

Therefore they can attract a maximum of 5,000 views per month or an average of about 166 views per day.  We are now getting about 20 views on average or 600 per month.  As a part of our program, these are the types of information we must document, to determine our process.  And the program is about constant updates, improvising and keeping the system current to address the contemporary needs of our community.  And that is where I am at now.

As for the Thanksgiving Weekend Events.  My timeline tells me we are too far behind on this one. At this point I needed certain responses and commitments by people to carryout the labor.  I needed a response about our security details and other information, in order for me to able to present the last event at the Community Center to the CRA and City.  Because my plan was to sell a vision, I feel without this information, to do this honestly will be huge challenge and to continue to commit to this may cost much more than it will worth.  So at this moment, I am leaning on just breaking bread on Thanksgiving at the Blue Building.

My problem is they are trying to force me to fight for every inch, which is costing me time.  I am still fighting this battle over legal FDA approve THC.  I come to realize we do have a 501 c 4 operation here, the NAACP, but the operation is so dysfunctional, you cannot even e-mail them. So how in the world can this community carryout any political agendas together as a block, with elections around the corner?  That is going to make our promotion of state legal medical marijuana a solo job. These are issues I must document to make sound proposals to carryout community unified events.

I am just going to illustrate something and close this letter.  Take Arnold Davis -head of Avon Park Community Awareness, they had a Dr. King event last year.  His financial report came to about $3,225. But he had about 40 people at least that participated as volunteers for at least 8 hours or more.  Using our account method, we would have created $21.24 x 8 x 40 = $6,796 in In-Kind Contributions, which would have become revenue to our organization to be used as matching funds.  That event could have produced at least $10,000 in revenue based on community volunteerism. And he could have ask for money from several sources based on that amount of matching funds.  Meaning he could have ask 5 or even businesses on Highway 27 for at least $6,000 each. They will give you as much as $2,500 any local event. So that was a community event to pass time and it really get the full bang for the buck.

Almost every Sunday about 10 guys come together to give food away at the store we still call Leroy's.  Even if all they cook is $300 per week, under our system of accounting each week that will create at least $2,000 in In-Kind Contributions or in a 48 weeks cycle they would create $96,000 per year in In-Kind Contributions, if this was documented, timesheets signed and everyone signed a volunteer agreement.  But I am still waiting on people to just allow me to use their photos so we can fix up our website so that it represents these activities to attract funding to this area. I do not even have one photo release form signed by anyone yet.

The objective the first year is to accumulate revenue, because many larger grants require past year revenue as matching funds. Meaning a copy of your 990.  That is how we get the big money grants. And we are one of the only black non profits in Avon Park with a Government SAM account allowing us to apply for government grants as contractors.  For this reason whenever poor blacks here need money to make bills they cannot afford that month, we have to humble ourselves to white organizations for help.  We have to ask them for a job, but they feel negroes smoke to much of that devils weed to even be allowed to apply for a job and really expect to get one.  Get the hell out of her and sell dope and go back to jail where you belong.  Once I update our USDA application, I will request $250,000 to pay bills, based on our projected revenue for 2014-15.  Meaning I have earn at least or dollar for every dollar I give away.  Yet I AM the enemy?

"Operation Solution and Response" is designed to create opportunities to generate funding to startup community based businesses.  Our targeted businesses of interest are in the music and video arts.  Our goal is to produce ownership of copyrights, to exploit these artist as non commercial volunteers.  These are the requirements to maintain non commercial and tax exempt media project.

 

This means if our project makes $1,000,000, our gross earnings will also be our net earnings, because our income is tax exempt.  Also this means we can gain revenue for the artist services at $21.24 per hour and as owners of the all royalties we gain a constant income revenue source.  That sounds one sided doesn't it? Then comes do this for community?  No! 

 

If that same artist and producers earned $1,000,000 from the same project, as corporate entity for profit Independent label, corporate taxes are between 15% and 35%, depending on how much money the corporation makes in a year.  Or $850,000 to $650,000 to pay off the crew after taxes, what they will have to split.   Then you have to ask, who would it benefit you to give this first $150,000 to $350,000 on this first project per million to, in order to get my business started.

 

If you understand our unique design as far as our servicing our artistic community, we recognize that we are short on cash, high on idle time and have lots of talent going unnoticed.  And we are committed to helping startup small businesses, with a focus on the PTS Movement and other record companies out there trying to get started.

 

Though we cannot pay them for their labor or give them the rights to songs they donate to us, we can guarantee in our contract their rights to the use of these songs when they perform,  but we get the royalties and they get the tax deduction.  Now think about it at a minimum they have to forfeit 15 cents on a dollar for every record sold in taxes and  if they make good money, it can be as much as 35 cent per dollar in taxes.  This is where our cut comes in, because we do not pay taxes.  So that 15 cents to 35 cents stay with us based on current government IRS corporate tax scales, we can do well as a non commercial system of media.

 

Now under the 501 c 3 public charity status, I can help people start their own business through financial supports such as materials, due to the fact that we are about building a better community, thru community redevelopment and starting up business by helping entrepreneur develop business plans and get the support needed to succeed.  These are all real expenses required to get a record company started.  And we can legally spend that other 65% to 85%, made from this project or any project on their business ventures, be it a recording studio upgrade, a tour bus or bus charter to go on tour or whatever necessary to make them become autonomous and successful.  Opposed to a big record company with an 8 year contract, to find funding to get something in music started.

 

And maybe one day like a scene out of the Godfather, like Frank Sinatra came to the Dom and helped him out with talent connections and show commitments.  We need operating funds and these guys need startup cash and this is how to get this done for both sides.

 

Continue to copyright everything in your name. Once we determine what material will be proper for this project, these songs only will be transferred to the National Community Network, INC., and part of the documentation, will be make a business plan of action to support these volunteers in their for profit professional endeavors based on needs and earners and funding amounts required.

 

It is legal, because they never got paid for their work, but it is attractive to them, because this will allow them to gain funding to advance their business in terms of needed equipment and so forth, as long as we can account for what is being purchased. It's a win-win proposition for any artist who wants to partake in and  support non profit non commercial media project.

 

Our only requirement is to help people who just need help with our earnings, from these type of arrangements.

 

Also: We plan to get a non profit digital website license with BMI.

 

The Non-Commercial Website Music Performance License is offered to any bona fide 501(C)(3) Not-For-Profit Organizations, churches, schools, or other related charitable organizations to cover the use of BMI music on their web sites.  The Non-Commercial Website License has a rate based on traffic to pages on your website, meaning we will have upgrade our capacity and will add merchandise in the future.

First let us look at the African American mindset, state of mind, attitude and approach.  I am 55 years old and saw the 1960's.  Black people mobilized behind certain black leaders and Dr. King is still spoken about as if he fulfilled his mission and not just leave the world with his dream to never be realized.  But I ask what was his promise and by whose authority was this to be carried out?  He talked a good game, but once we no longer supported him and left him on his own, he was whacked, because he really did not have all that power. He became an arrogant mouthpiece and his bluff was called.

 

Now in 2014, we still have Ferguson City's in our nation, which is no more than the Confederation abusing State Rights to oppress black's through systematic political disenfranchisement as was the South in the 1960's and to some degree still is.  I never saw us fight so many wars around the world!  War after war we are in  battle, without any end in sight all over the world. AIDS killed almost 2 million people as of 2012 worldwide and AIDS will cost the United States Government about $30B in fiscal year 2015 and about $200B since 2009.  The drug war has incarcerated over 2.2 million people, while costing us about $51B annually or about $1 Trillion over the extend of the lie called a war on drugs, 2% of the nation controls 50% of the wealth, meanwhile most American's are just two paycheck checks from homelessness or government dependence and that is only counting the black people who have jobs, while black unemployment is about twice that of white unemployment at about 12%, but what people need to understand is the jobless rate of black male teens is 92%.

 

Fact:

 

{The unemployment rate that the government puts out, that one number makes it look like we have a bang-up job creation market that's just cranked up and going full speed. And the only reason that number is 6.7% is because the vast majority, the 92 million Americans not working, are not counted as unemployed}.

 

Black America has seemed to have taken the position that we suffered so bad, for so long, that the world owes us everything. But I teach that we have overcome Satan's rein, but the world just do not know it yet.  So where am I going with this?  My point is that we as a community of people have become so profound in ignorance, sophisticated religion, politics and lies, that we learned to articulate it into something of our own.  We have adopted the Bible as a tool of oppression instead of a come up.  And if you understand the bible is a self fulfilling prophecy and what will happen is what the world believe, which really comes down to what do you really want?   And now black people feel all they have to do is wait on the Lord of a promise of eternal social programs, in a future without any meaning. Is heaven and the second coming of the Lord to black people, eternal retirement, for all our years of suffering on earth. And now you have a problem with a messenger that is telling you, there is just not enough recourses on earth to sustain such foolishness.

 

I see black America as a nation of people who laid down, died and gave up, because they were scattered in the 1960's, because it just wasn't time for what was going on. They have us screwed up and I can see it from the inside as I was also made a victim.  Our main problems is hopelessness that leads to drug and alcohol abuse, giving up on everything we start on when things don't go our way, feeling we are owed something, but have no idea how to get the debt paid so we get angry and riot, the crab mentality that states "bring someone down to your level, rather learning to go to a higher level in life," holding on to deeply embedded lies for social gain, which is the case of many religious people worldwide.  How can all these people around the world know the one living God and the world is in such a condition it is in? Because most people really do not believe in God, but merely are afraid of Satan.  They turn to God, because they cannot overcome Satan rule over them and what they come to see as sinful nature. While they say their duty is to serve God, they are actually self serving.  Because the truth is, they do not serve God, but God is carrying and serving them.  Mankind never served God, but was under Satan rein in the beginning was darkness, now what does that tell you?

 

We are in a mindset whereby we have become so smart, we decided to become idle and do nothing while the world is going to the shits. Where are the protesters and the hell with Ferguson City, because they are just too lazy to vote and that is their problem in a nutshell. Will someone tell them to register to vote and then make their compliant and it will be heard.  Let us question the 2.2 million dead from AIDS, the ongoing wars to protect the interest of those we owe interest payments to due to a national debt, thereby creating a continued budget deficit, therefore increasing the national debt, we know we can never payback.  Meanwhile I say AIDS is curable, you call me a lunatic, but do not even question how they just came up with this mystery cure for the Ebola virus.

 

Black's consist of almost half the prison population in the United States at 551,154 of 1,511,480 the people in jail and prisons around the country. 

 

"In the 1960s, the passage of the Voting Rights Act led to a drop in the number of American adults who were disenfranchised. In the 1970s, as the drug warriors gained steam, that trend reversed. According to The Sentencing Project, the disenfranchised population soared from just under 1.2 million in the mid-1970s to almost 6 million in 2010. Of that number, 5.5 million were ex-felons." (by Joshua Holland).  This is our reality!  We have been disenfranchised through a systemic program designed just for this.

 

How do a disenfranchised community redevelop their community, create economic prosperity for its people, overcome the many social issues effecting us and act as a unified group to accomplish our goals? And understand political disenfranchisement usually is coupled with literacy and high crime rates.

 

We must use our idle time to accomplish community improvements.  Most of us are without job, so what is it so hard to volunteer to help yourselves?  Understand, we as a black community is financially broke and rather you believe me or not, understand and know that nobody especially (aka Apostle Paul Castellano) is going to invest a lot of money in bunch unproven, disloyal people without track records of any accomplishments.

 

I work as a volunteer, yet I tell you, we won the Economic Third World War and I am wealthiest man on earth, but is leading by example.  If you understand the accounting system used in non profit 501 c 3 public charities, and how In-Kind Contributions or volunteerism becomes revenue to the non profit to be use as matching funds in future grant solicitations, when we understand that the principles behind community events is not just to draw crowds together in chaos, but to create revenue in our community and come together as a means to solve problems and organize ourselves to be productive as a community.

 

When we come to this realization and understanding, we will understand that helping the National Community Network, INC., is not about helping me or us, because I am and we are the main Funders of this organization since our organization was founded. Nobody in this community donates to us but the white businesses, yet we put up a pro black fight.  Why?  Because is seems white people are more educated and therefore understand my message and is choosing their side in history. If I have to work with white people more than blacks, so be it, I do not really need the Prince Hall or So-called Christians as much as you think, on the contrary they need me.  I took the world with the Mafia and can run it with them, if it comes down to this.

 

We haven't even sold one breakfast in three days, which is a fundraiser to support us in paying our overhead, while I search for about  $2,500 for Thanksgiving Free meals, Come up with about $5,000 - $10,000 for Black Friday's youth event, called Games for Gifts.  But do to non profit accounting we still created over $1,699.20 in revenue and expenses last week. We want to at least give 50 kids something worth about $100 each and in the closing event on Saturday 29 November at the Community Center that will require another $40,000 or a total of about $50,000. 

 

Meanwhile, I also committed myself to recording a CD called Social Impact, which is getting no support so far, because it requires a bunch of unproven local artist to act as independent thinker and volunteers, but they want to get paid before they prove they are even marketable. My offer is lets create a complete project for the world to come and know you.

 

Our problem is we are waiting to die to go to heaven. Be it fantasy or real, it doesn't change the scripture which states, 2 Thessalonians 3:10 "For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, If any will not work, neither let him eat." 

 

It doesn't say if and when the white man cease to give you employment and during tough economic time such as the end of these times, that you stop harvesting your community and what on God to serve you. But it says:

 

James 2:26  "As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead."

Surviving in the Hood Presentation @ The Avon Park Community Center:

From: 6 PM  to 10 PM for the youth and until closing or 2AM for the adults.

 

We have the community center tentatively book for 29 November 2014. 

 

Our Request for funding from the Main Street CRA is  $550 be used our rent $700 deposit for both up and downstairs, with alcohol being served upstairs in an all adult environment with the children downstairs.  Therefore we also need insurance coverage Liquor Liability Insurance: $243.24 and Renters Insurance: $134.25.  For total of $1,627.49 with $700 returned to the CRA =  $927.49 total grant request.

 

 

A) Upstairs we want the 51-100 capacity = We plan for about 50+ guest plus 15 volunteers at this time which is subject to change if interest in our program increases (w/tables) for $200, plus alcohol served = Deposit of $700. 

 

B) Downstairs we want 101-200 guest capacity for $350 = We plan for about 200-  guest and it will be best on security concerns and funding, I am leaning towards insured crowd control and think we should go with 150 guest.

 

Total Rent = $550 + $700 Deposit:

 

We will consider to hiring Lillie Italy Italian Restaurant and other local restaurants who are located on or around Main Street to handle all food. We will assign a budget for food and refreshments at about $3,000+ or about $20+ per person in a bulk purchase.  This covers only downstairs events for the kids. If they cannot handle all of our business in that day with a month advanced notice, we will consider other venders as added support and added diversity to our menus using venders on or near Main Street.  We will also consider searching for some type of  in-kind contributions to provide our food services needs, which is remove some of the cost for the labor required to provide our food services and thereby increase food supplies and level of services to for our kids and allow some tax deductibility to our venders as in-kind contributions.

 

We will submit applications for grants towards helping feed the hungry at several stores located on Highway 27 between Avon Park and Sebring, FL.  We have a list of over 20 potential donors who support local grants, which are relatively easy to get in increments of $500 to $2,500.  Between 26 August and 30 August, we plan to really focus on applying for grants from the many big  corporations located on Highway 27, which is a reflection of big corporate America, whose function is to support local charities and have local funding set aside.  We plan to request for about $10,000 in for supplies and food to feed the hungry.  We rather have too much than not enough, by leaving room for expanding this event based on  interest in the community.

Plus we will search for other sponsors to make the event be as enjoyable as possible.  On the list of ideas is live entertainment by a popular artist downstairs for a one hour performance open only to all participants of this event at closing. This would require searching for an artist willing to support our agenda, in this case disadvantaged youth and the redevelopment community and AIDS research and prevention/Crime Prevention and the reduction of recidivism.

 

Part of our program is the PTS Movement, who a group of convicted felons, who want to reach out to the youth so that they do not make the same mistakes, but to learn from their mistakes instead.  We are starting a recording project on 4 September 2014, called The Recording Studio Project and our goal is produce a non commercial media project to include a CD and Community Oriented Movie to be filmed in Avon Park, dealing with the real life social issues of the day from AIDS to Drug use and criminalization of the black male.. It is called "Social Impact."

 

It is our goal to raise at least $10,000 for the closing show, but more is better. #1: We do not know if it will the PTS Movement, which would only require transportation and some equipment setup because events like this is what they are designed to present to,#2:  the participants of our recording studio project, #3: local entertainers or #4: some big name artist out to help a few needy kids the day after Black Friday.  Regardless we are committed to giving these kids something they will remember that is fun in closing to thank them for giving us a chance to save their lives.  Total Cost: $10,000

 

Total Food, Rent, Deposit & miscellaneous expenses= $3,000 + $2,500 + $550 Rent + $700 + $500 = $7,250. 

 

In-Kind Contributions:   Security is essential when dealing with crowds and especially when the majority of the crowd is 13-17 years old.  Therefore is our goal to recruit at least 15 adults to work as volunteers to maintain order during this event. Parents of these children are on the top of the list of invitations and well as member of the National Community Network, INC.

 

We will assign each person to 8 hours or 8 x 15 x $21.24 = $2,548.8 in Volunteerism based on Florida rates of $21.24 per hour.

 

Plus I will assign hour for those who help me plan and carryout the process of making this happen. 10 hours per week = 212.4 per week or $849.6 per month or about a total of 12 weeks or $10,195.20 total expenses of planning and carrying out our agenda.

Program: Surviving in the Hood Presentation

 

A: We will target kids between the ages of 13-17, but will give and take a year or two both ways if necessary to reach our goal in number of participants.

 

B: We will update our database on all organizations and professionals who are involved in the fields of practice and research in AIDS, Educational Grants and Social and economic programs, Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention and treatment, employment and job opportunities and other ideas are welcome.

 

C:  Our main funding sources will be the many big corporation located on Highway 27, to include but not be limited to this list below.  Who will support local charities, where they do business.

 

 

D: We will sought after funding to carryout this event through organizations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Magic Johnson Foundation, with a scope of a comprehensive agenda towards bringing AIDS research to Highlands County.  We will also do research on this area to insure the proper information is being transmitted and is condoned by our organization.  We do not want to post any disclaimers for our presenters. If necessary we will carryout this program within our organization's staff.

 

 

E: We will design a presentation that will help develop our youth into better and more responsible and productive individuals, by teaching them things in areas of AIDS/HIV facts verse myths, drug and alcohol abuse and prevention, understanding education as a requirement for economic growth, crime prevention techniques, how avoid peer pressure and whatever we can put together that will not require their attention span more past 2 hours and will deliver a meaningful and comprehensive message they will want to remember and therefore will remember and learn a lifelong  and live saving lesson.  We know they are kids and we feel if we highjack them for two hours or three hours of intense learning in a fund environment none school like but business like presentation with refreshments, they deserve at least some recreational activities.  We think catered food, live performance, and  professional instruction would be a fair payoffs for their undivided attention for 2 hours of their time, which may save their lives.

 

F: Upstairs we want to invite community leaders in the non profit and profit sector to both discuss a vision for our future Avon Park and our roles in it.  We will require non profit volunteers to man the doors and supervise these kids in the downstairs event and we will document and calculate all man-hours as revenue to our organization.

 

G: Funding Source for Upstairs: This will require about $50 per individual to provide professional catering services at a minimum or at least $2,500 to cover all costs.  Plus the same accommodations for our 15 volunteers for a total of 65+ people or 2,500 + $750 = $3,250.

 

We will announce four weeks in advance if possible our Agenda of discussion to be known prior to meeting date and time to assure total inclusion and participation in these meetings.

 

This funding resources will have to come from grants that are set aside to redevelop communities, create economic growth, feeding the hungry and many specific social issues that have Funders like AIDS, the marijuana dilemma and crime, we need grants designated towards community unification and planning and Main Street is CRA designated area.  Therefore our plan for community redevelopment and economic growth must include the Main Street CRA, the Airport and The SRA.
