The irony of this story is that then CIA Director George H.W. Bush, had me create the AIDS virus around the time this diabolical scheme reached it's peak allowing them to profit for these diseases by billing Medicaid.   Then Later the same man President George H. W. Bush who opens the Pandora's box, to allow the FDA to study and prove THC has medical benefits, making marijuana not a schedule one drug, which is what the war on drug was based on.  Then it is revealed while the first black President is office.  I see a pattern if you look at the time line.

Now it is your decision Mr. President.

The National Community Network, INC., is a non profit public charity with 501 c 3 statuses.  Our long term commitment is Operation Solution and Response.  This organization is designed to act as a community oriented self help system of coordinating our community activities, to accomplish set goals.  Once this operation goes into full effect, it will no longer require my micro management.  Then perhaps we will establish a Foundation whose is to select problems we will pay to fix and allow people to compete for these grants based on their plan that will solve the problem and their ability to carry it out.  But Operation Solution and Response is not a foundation designed to me to be the main donor.  For me to properly fund this operation in the future, will require my disassociations a board member, so they can apply for competitive grants and win them because they know their jobs and not just know me.

At this point it is almost fully designed, but there is no relevant support be it money or time (labor) being offered.  In fact, what I have discovered is that everything that I am presenting are divisive issues within the black community, whereby it is clear, they are the only realistic options being discuss.  For example Dr. Borden said marijuana is the problem as to say, we must stop its use.  The DEA mission is to lock up black and not stop anything, so how do she plan to accomplish that?

For example I say, lets end the drug war, by issuing out free THC to the poor, by allowing an already FDA approved drug to be used for a proven effective use based on FDA approved clinical research.  This would then allow our young adults to start focusing on personal development issues such as, higher education and career goals and community development, instead of being systematically disenfranchised by felony convictions and made unemployable due to oppressive drug policies by the DEA.

I am still fighting this fight a week later, because it is divisive. Because everyone is out for their own best interest.  And many of the people who could make this happen, already signed a contract.  They know what to expect and if everything stays the same, they are still going to get paid or have already received their settlement.  So I am finding that people who you would think would be required to support this due to their line of services, have found this to be a conflict of interest.  A head of a powerful non profit in New York City, basically said, sorry and good luck, but it is a conflict of interest, while being in the business of serving the veterans, the poor - homeless and the mentally ill. 

Dr. Borden is on her last leg in life, she doesn't see my promise of 150 years applying to her. And it is clear based on my argument but wasn't said bluntly, that the psychiatry industry is a fraud and not a science, whose goal is behavior modification and not the helping their patients.  Their pact is with the pharmaceutical industry and all they are designed to do is prescribe medications based on guess work, while passing it off as a science and running up the government cost for healthcare.  Their purpose was never to cure anyone of anything, but to control people at all cost, to include causing them to commit suicide.  So she is not an easy sell.

Take President Obama, it seems he cannot get anything done in Washington D.C.  But still he has a contract, that promised him a least one billion dollars or more in his lifetime, excellent secret service protection security paid for by the government for life, a good salary while in office and unmatched benefits and perks, like an Air Force One private jet the size of a commercial airliner.  He will get these things if he fulfills his obligation, which is to run the office of the President of the United States.  And this is not contingent to his accomplishments while in office.  If they accomplish nothing under the Obama Administration he still gets his promise.

I feel the black community is treating me in the same way the Congress is treating Obama.  Everything I deliver is receiving divisive responses.  And the commonality we have causing this isn't just that we are both black.  The issue is special interest groups and a communications gap, due to an uneducated society that was created. Maybe I am smarter than I thought, which is making me look stupid.  Maybe our common problem is that we both know that those who can make our agendas happen understand the plan and due to the lack of education, those we need to reach do not understand or see this vision being introduced  by us and therefore can never support something they do not understand.  Therefore those who can help will not and those who want to are not receiving our instructions as we are currently presenting them.

All that is now required to put Operation Solution and Response in effect, is to setup our new accounting system and establish our cloud management system.  I have QuickBooks Premier to setup our system of accounting and the major change is we will start documenting In-Kind Contributions. As for cloud management we have Google for Non Profits and a load of Apps to include Google Earth Pro. 

We started an Ad Campaign about two months ago, which will allow us $10,000 of Ads per month, however, our challenge is we can only pay a maximum of $2.00 per click.  Meaning if you go on our website via our ads, we can only pay $2.00, while competitors who have a paid account can pay as much as they please.  Therefore the key to this campaign is to establish unique key words for people to Google, that is  unique to our organization only.  For example in the future the term Zews, would be something we can have Google pay you to find out about what it is about.  At this time they are managing this for us.  I se progress slowly but surly.

Therefore they can attract a maximum of 5,000 views per month or an average of about 166 views per day.  We are now getting about 20 views on average or 600 per month.  As a part of our program, these are the types of information we must document, to determine our process.  And the program is about constant updates, improvising and keeping the system current to address the contemporary needs of our community.  And that is where I am at now.

As for the Thanksgiving Weekend Events.  My timeline tells me we are too far behind on this one. At this point I needed certain responses and commitments by people to carryout the labor.  I needed a response about our security details and other information, in order for me to able to present the last event at the Community Center to the CRA and City.  Because my plan was to sell a vision, I feel without this information, to do this honestly will be huge challenge and to continue to commit to this may cost much more than it will worth.  So at this moment, I am leaning on just breaking bread on Thanksgiving at the Blue Building.

My problem is they are trying to force me to fight for every inch, which is costing me time.  I am still fighting this battle over legal FDA approve THC.  I come to realize we do have a 501 c 4 operation here, the NAACP, but the operation is so dysfunctional, you cannot even e-mail them. So how in the world can this community carryout any political agendas together as a block, with elections around the corner?  That is going to make our promotion of state legal medical marijuana a solo job. These are issues I must document to make sound proposals to carryout community unified events.

I am just going to illustrate something and close this letter.  Take Arnold Davis -head of Avon Park Community Awareness, they had a Dr. King event last year.  His financial report came to about $3,225. But he had about 40 people at least that participated as volunteers for at least 8 hours or more.  Using our account method, we would have created $21.24 x 8 x 40 = $6,796 in In-Kind Contributions, which would have become revenue to our organization to be used as matching funds.  That event could have produced at least $10,000 in revenue based on community volunteerism. And he could have ask for money from several sources based on that amount of matching funds.  Meaning he could have ask 5 or even businesses on Highway 27 for at least $6,000 each. They will give you as much as $2,500 any local event. So that was a community event to pass time and it really get the full bang for the buck.

Almost every Sunday about 10 guys come together to give food away at the store we still call Leroy's.  Even if all they cook is $300 per week, under our system of accounting each week that will create at least $2,000 in In-Kind Contributions or in a 48 weeks cycle they would create $96,000 per year in In-Kind Contributions, if this was documented, timesheets signed and everyone signed a volunteer agreement.  But I am still waiting on people to just allow me to use their photos so we can fix up our website so that it represents these activities to attract funding to this area. I do not even have one photo release form signed by anyone yet.

The objective the first year is to accumulate revenue, because many larger grants require past year revenue as matching funds. Meaning a copy of your 990.  That is how we get the big money grants. And we are one of the only black non profits in Avon Park with a Government SAM account allowing us to apply for government grants as contractors.  For this reason whenever poor blacks here need money to make bills they cannot afford that month, we have to humble ourselves to white organizations for help.  We have to ask them for a job, but they feel negroes smoke to much of that devils weed to even be allowed to apply for a job and really expect to get one.  Get the hell out of her and sell dope and go back to jail where you belong.  Once I update our USDA application, I will request $250,000 to pay bills, based on our projected revenue for 2014-15.  Meaning I have earn at least or dollar for every dollar I give away.  Yet I AM the enemy?

They say Jesus talked in parables, so lets have fun and let me explain what I just put on the table.

I just told Secretary Robert A. McDonald of the Veterans Affairs, that the VA attempted to intentionally kill me, by forcing me to take medications they knew I never did not needed.  They did this because they called themselves playing me all along, so now they need to be dealt with.

With the understanding that they are not able to ever really pay me anything, because they operate off of my money, my real demand isn't a money settlement, that is symbolic.  But they have been given a choice.  Either the Veteran Affairs do as I say or be found as a part of an act of treason, because I am not just anybody and therefore someone came after the head.  Or the DEA find a new mission in life or let go of about $51B in annual funding, because I refuse to pay for this war against black America.

Now due to legal these legal situations we have, these are really their only options. I am hoping  Secretary Robert A. McDonald has balls and do the right thing and join the right side of history.  But this drug war must end or I must completely control it, which means it must be totally legalized.  But this assault on black America will end or many will take a fall and mass firings will occur.

MARINOL® Clinical Research - Proved to be Safest Sedative in Market:

Based on the clinical research done, to develop and determine Marinol as a FDA approved drug for AIDS and cancer patients, certain findings have unintentionally but still are factual have been proven that not only this drug can but should be used under FDA rules as a sedative by law based on these FDA approved findings and also by far it is the safest option we currently have as a sedative and this will establish THC distribution at federal level due to the legal and medical precedence created by this research, given the federal government the ability to serve the poor and start the beginning of the end of the war on drugs.

The fact is that many poor blacks, use marijuana as a sedative, but the DEA calls this recreational use, because it make one feel good.  But the reality is that many poor people, use it to sedate and not have fun and really cannot afford it, which is creating a serious economic condition whereby many poor people have to choose between medication or food and end up going hungry.

It would make THC available to those in the VA healthcare system as well as people on Medicaid and other health insurances. By making it rapidly available, due its proven safety factors and non addictive elements, it would end the need for many people who need this drug, from turning to street drugs dealers and thereby being reduced to criminals and criminal acts, due to mental or medical condition requiring THC, it would not reduce productivity in America, but increase our eligible workforce by allow many young citizens who are now barred from employment and are unemployable due to dirty urines as a result of THC use they may have done as long as 6 weeks in the past.  Today this is called drug abuse, but a person has the right to work and drink alcohol everyday.  Where is the equality?    Because this research clearly prove THC is a good drug and because it makes you feel good shouldn't make it a criminal act, put a suggested solution to many problems it can help treat.

Effective Ingredient: THC which means they determined that THC has good a use in the medical field.  Therefore if Marinol is a schedule III drug which is basically THC, how can marijuana be determined as a schedule I drug having no medical use, when one of the main ingredients in marijuana is THC with is what Marinol is and therefore research must continue to determine if Cannabidiol (CBD) used for epilepsy is effective, because we must establish if marijuana is safe.  Therefore we must examine the effects of CBD which should raise the schedule at the DEA of marijuana to at least 4 or 5 and will be helping a lot of kids, who can use this low level THC marijuana derivative drug, that doesn't have a sedative effect.

Marinol as a Sedative: Based on these studies it was concluded that the main side effects or the effects of an overdose which qualifies Marinol  as not only a great sedative based on these studies by the FDA, but the safest option we currently can place onto the market.

Meanwhile more than half of the 2.6 million veterans from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars struggle with physical and mental health problems stemming from their service, a recent Washington Post & Kaiser Family Foundation poll found.

In fact, 22 veterans kill themselves every day, according to a report released in February of last year by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

To not promote this drug as the sedative of choice for at least the high risk of suicide populations, such as veterans who experienced traumas in war (PTSD - MST), would be a travesty on all Americans.

To promote it, would  almost stop the demand for marijuana instantly in many poor communities or as fast as we can mass produce it and distribute it.  It would place Americans and veterans before the pharmaceutical industry, who is to gain from keeping this miracle drug out of research and out of the FDA approved marketplace, because it would drastically reduce the costs of medications.  Reducing costs is the responsibility of the Veteran Healthcare System, while place veterans first is the requirement.  Both are accomplished by this.

It would end the DEA charade called the war on drugs and their demand for $51,000,000,000 ($51B) per year annual budget would no longer exist to fight this drug war.  It would not be a grounds to release people from prison, but it will keep many people from going back to prison due to recidivism and from being arrested on first time drug charges.  While 78% of the prison population is black, this is the just right thing to do.

Side effects that proves it is also a sedative:

#1: drowsiness, #2: euphoria and #3: heightened sensory awareness.  Plus all the additional side effects listed below.  However, this three side effects as a drug to prevent vomiting and nausea in AIDS and cancer patients are actually benefits to those who use it as a sedative.  It says you will feel good and be drowsy.  I want to enjoy the process of going to sleep.

Lasting Effectiveness: 4 to 5 hours:

Benefits:  Drowsiness, euphoria and heightened sensory awareness.

Side Effects: Altered time perception, reddened conjunctiva, dry mouth and tachycardia; following MODERATE intoxication include memory impairment, depersonalization, mood alteration, urinary retention, and reduced bowel motility; and following SEVERE intoxication include decreased motor coordination, lethargy, slurred speech, and postural hypotension. Apprehensive patients may experience panic reactions and seizures may occur in patients with existing seizure disorders.

Overdose:  Under extreme side effects it is documented it doesn't lead to death, making it the sedative of choice for those in the artistic fields who it would assist in their creativity and to the mental ill population and other populations at high risk of suicide,  medication mismanagement and drug overdose. We will save lives. And design a psychiatric industry that is occupational oriented. When we look at all the musical artist who made million even billions and have made everlasting contribution to the world, yet so many of them die from drug overdoses.  While we know things like euphoria and heightened sensory awareness are required for many to be artistic due to long term hardships as they call it having the blues. 

The direction of the psychiatric profession must go beyond the ability to modify behavior as assisters of law enforcement, even at the cost of making the mentally ill feel measurable until they just go crazy and do bad things.  But must also become truly concerned about the mentally ill quality of life, which begin from within.  What's 100% service connected disability, while feeling measurable all the time?  I challenge the psychiatric professions who disagree with me, to each take what they time should be used to claim down nerve, sedate and put someone to sleep and then each of them try THC and the one you think is best for you is the one you should be giving to American Veterans and our citizens

Addictive or Not:  This medication was determine to not be addictive or at least they cannot prove it is addictive.  This not only proves THC is of good use but is not harmful as most sedative on the market are.

Possible Abuse:  The illegal trade of THC products is based on the idea that people should not feel good using chemicals. We define drug abuse as problem usage and the main problem is it illegalities and economic consequences to the poor.  The reason you cannot abuse Marinol as a sedative is that the proper dosage is meant to put you to sleep for 4 to 5 hours, at which time you will not be able to continue use until you wakeup. 

While for some this medication may require prescriptions of repeated usages 3 times a day, while for others 1 or 2 times a day or as needed. Which means to use (abuse) requires constant lower dosages that are repeated.   Making it the perfect replacement for drugs much more dangerous like valium and clonazepam, which are highly addictive and can result in death as a result of an overdose. And would replace sleeping pills like  Ambien for many people, which is also very addictive drug and shouldn't be prescribed over 30 days to anyone, but often is.  This drug offers the psychiatry profession a new option and arsenal.

If my request is filled, I would like to visit your office at least once a month or more for about at least three months, to help the Veteran Medical Center determine the proper dosages and policies concerning this medication.

We should start me at two times the determined overdose time two.  Meaning I will have enough to take it twice per day and have extra until we determine the proper dosage required to the in tended treatment.

My first prescription be sent Fed X for expedited services.

I should get this drug based on my past drug and alcohol abuse history and it's safety factors and non addictive elements.  The fact that it was established in 2001, that I developed a severe sleeping disorder and the medications I used for the last 25 years is causing my physical ailments.  This is a decision of life or death and affordability of my medications required to live a healthily lifestyle.
