First let us look at the African American mindset, state of mind, attitude and approach.  I am 55 years old and saw the 1960's.  Black people mobilized behind certain black leaders and Dr. King is still spoken about as if he fulfilled his mission and not just leave the world with his dream to never be realized.  But I ask what was his promise and by whose authority was this to be carried out?  He talked a good game, but once we no longer supported him and left him on his own, he was whacked, because he really did not have all that power. He became an arrogant mouthpiece and his bluff was called.

 

Now in 2014, we still have Ferguson City's in our nation, which is no more than the Confederation abusing State Rights to oppress black's through systematic political disenfranchisement as was the South in the 1960's and to some degree still is.  I never saw us fight so many wars around the world!  War after war we are in  battle, without any end in sight all over the world. AIDS killed almost 2 million people as of 2012 worldwide and AIDS will cost the United States Government about $30B in fiscal year 2015 and about $200B since 2009.  The drug war has incarcerated over 2.2 million people, while costing us about $51B annually or about $1 Trillion over the extend of the lie called a war on drugs, 2% of the nation controls 50% of the wealth, meanwhile most American's are just two paycheck checks from homelessness or government dependence and that is only counting the black people who have jobs, while black unemployment is about twice that of white unemployment at about 12%, but what people need to understand is the jobless rate of black male teens is 92%.

 

Fact:

 

{The unemployment rate that the government puts out, that one number makes it look like we have a bang-up job creation market that's just cranked up and going full speed. And the only reason that number is 6.7% is because the vast majority, the 92 million Americans not working, are not counted as unemployed}.

 

Black America has seemed to have taken the position that we suffered so bad, for so long, that the world owes us everything. But I teach that we have overcome Satan's rein, but the world just do not know it yet.  So where am I going with this?  My point is that we as a community of people have become so profound in ignorance, sophisticated religion, politics and lies, that we learned to articulate it into something of our own.  We have adopted the Bible as a tool of oppression instead of a come up.  And if you understand the bible is a self fulfilling prophecy and what will happen is what the world believe, which really comes down to what do you really want?   And now black people feel all they have to do is wait on the Lord of a promise of eternal social programs, in a future without any meaning. Is heaven and the second coming of the Lord to black people, eternal retirement, for all our years of suffering on earth. And now you have a problem with a messenger that is telling you, there is just not enough recourses on earth to sustain such foolishness.

 

I see black America as a nation of people who laid down, died and gave up, because they were scattered in the 1960's, because it just wasn't time for what was going on. They have us screwed up and I can see it from the inside as I was also made a victim.  Our main problems is hopelessness that leads to drug and alcohol abuse, giving up on everything we start on when things don't go our way, feeling we are owed something, but have no idea how to get the debt paid so we get angry and riot, the crab mentality that states "bring someone down to your level, rather learning to go to a higher level in life," holding on to deeply embedded lies for social gain, which is the case of many religious people worldwide.  How can all these people around the world know the one living God and the world is in such a condition it is in? Because most people really do not believe in God, but merely are afraid of Satan.  They turn to God, because they cannot overcome Satan rule over them and what they come to see as sinful nature. While they say their duty is to serve God, they are actually self serving.  Because the truth is, they do not serve God, but God is carrying and serving them.  Mankind never served God, but was under Satan rein in the beginning was darkness, now what does that tell you?

 

We are in a mindset whereby we have become so smart, we decided to become idle and do nothing while the world is going to the shits. Where are the protesters and the hell with Ferguson City, because they are just too lazy to vote and that is their problem in a nutshell. Will someone tell them to register to vote and then make their compliant and it will be heard.  Let us question the 2.2 million dead from AIDS, the ongoing wars to protect the interest of those we owe interest payments to due to a national debt, thereby creating a continued budget deficit, therefore increasing the national debt, we know we can never payback.  Meanwhile I say AIDS is curable, you call me a lunatic, but do not even question how they just came up with this mystery cure for the Ebola virus.

 

Black's consist of almost half the prison population in the United States at 551,154 of 1,511,480 the people in jail and prisons around the country. 

 

"In the 1960s, the passage of the Voting Rights Act led to a drop in the number of American adults who were disenfranchised. In the 1970s, as the drug warriors gained steam, that trend reversed. According to The Sentencing Project, the disenfranchised population soared from just under 1.2 million in the mid-1970s to almost 6 million in 2010. Of that number, 5.5 million were ex-felons." (by Joshua Holland).  This is our reality!  We have been disenfranchised through a systemic program designed just for this.

 

How do a disenfranchised community redevelop their community, create economic prosperity for its people, overcome the many social issues effecting us and act as a unified group to accomplish our goals? And understand political disenfranchisement usually is coupled with literacy and high crime rates.

 

We must use our idle time to accomplish community improvements.  Most of us are without job, so what is it so hard to volunteer to help yourselves?  Understand, we as a black community is financially broke and rather you believe me or not, understand and know that nobody especially (aka Apostle Paul Castellano) is going to invest a lot of money in bunch unproven, disloyal people without track records of any accomplishments.

 

I work as a volunteer, yet I tell you, we won the Economic Third World War and I am wealthiest man on earth, but is leading by example.  If you understand the accounting system used in non profit 501 c 3 public charities, and how In-Kind Contributions or volunteerism becomes revenue to the non profit to be use as matching funds in future grant solicitations, when we understand that the principles behind community events is not just to draw crowds together in chaos, but to create revenue in our community and come together as a means to solve problems and organize ourselves to be productive as a community.

 

When we come to this realization and understanding, we will understand that helping the National Community Network, INC., is not about helping me or us, because I am and we are the main Funders of this organization since our organization was founded. Nobody in this community donates to us but the white businesses, yet we put up a pro black fight.  Why?  Because is seems white people are more educated and therefore understand my message and is choosing their side in history. If I have to work with white people more than blacks, so be it, I do not really need the Prince Hall or So-called Christians as much as you think, on the contrary they need me.  I took the world with the Mafia and can run it with them, if it comes down to this.

 

We haven't even sold one breakfast in three days, which is a fundraiser to support us in paying our overhead, while I search for about  $2,500 for Thanksgiving Free meals, Come up with about $5,000 - $10,000 for Black Friday's youth event, called Games for Gifts.  But do to non profit accounting we still created over $1,699.20 in revenue and expenses last week. We want to at least give 50 kids something worth about $100 each and in the closing event on Saturday 29 November at the Community Center that will require another $40,000 or a total of about $50,000. 

 

Meanwhile, I also committed myself to recording a CD called Social Impact, which is getting no support so far, because it requires a bunch of unproven local artist to act as independent thinker and volunteers, but they want to get paid before they prove they are even marketable. My offer is lets create a complete project for the world to come and know you.

 

Our problem is we are waiting to die to go to heaven. Be it fantasy or real, it doesn't change the scripture which states, 2 Thessalonians 3:10 "For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, If any will not work, neither let him eat." 

 

It doesn't say if and when the white man cease to give you employment and during tough economic time such as the end of these times, that you stop harvesting your community and what on God to serve you. But it says:

 

James 2:26  "As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead."

Currently the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery has about 483 records and for one I cannot even find records of my mother or father and my sister's headstone has incorrect spelling.  Worshipful Master Roberts worked the graveyard for many years about 30 years and mark many gravesites in the process.  This was his greatest contribution to Avon Park, FL. And people should know it.  The myth is sometimes he opened them up to identity the contents inside of caskets. I am sure he checked on his sister?

 

After he got sick, the current overseers of this gravesite made a deal to takeover his duties and take ownership to all the equipment and money set aside by him, which he earned for the work he had done, but was always a volunteer.  That was his budget money to buy equipment and pay for help and it came from the earnings associated with running a cemetery.

 

I was told that David Hicks approached Worshipful Master Roberts while he was in the process of getting a kidney removed, to sign over that operation gravesite to be lead by Brenda Gray Giles.   This was my first introduction and people seemed to say a lot of bad things about her, but after over 4 years later and she is still a player and therefore has to be duly recognized as the overseer of that cemetery.  And one of the parties who will be required to submit in formation to resolve this matter.

 

My concern isn't about Brenda Gray Giles or my sister's Ella issues with Brenda or what my uncle allegedly told her before he died. She claims he said, "give them the money but don't give them the ledger."  I do not know if it is true and as his power of attorney that could have put all these last request in writing. But it might hold up in court as to the establishment of the true owner of my uncles life's work.

 

Therefore due to what I feel is detrimental to our organization, hurting our communities historical relevance, because we cannot even run our own damn cemetery due this crab mentality and foolish hatred or even worst the wishes of the dead over the living.  And I know my uncle was a business man and would never put me into a disadvantage with something that is a clear advantage. Hold on to this ledger makes me evil in the eyes of the community, I am trying to see me as a caring person

 

Therefore my promise to the community is this the law is the law and the only way for this to be able to go down is that I lie and say I never gave that ledger it to the person who has it now.  This establishes who has it and how they got it.

 

The law concerning this ledger is one of two things. 1: The agreement clearly stipulates exactly was transfers were to transpire. But they did not know to ask to for the ledger, which was their mistake.

 

Therefore the ledger belongs to the Eston Roberts Estate, who is Lujuana M. Clarkson and not Ella E. Williams.  So while Ella preaches what my uncle told her to now give them the ledger, the ledger was always in the Building and was never given to her by him, so possession than becomes in my favor and our organization, being it was on the property as of which I am the agent, president and CEO.  But all property that belonged to Eston E.L. Roberts was transferred to Lujuana Clarkson as the beneficiary and I Frank Paul Jones was assigned successor.  Ella Williams was not included, but seems to be managing everything based on these undocumented private conversations only the dead can verify, which are not legally binding.

 

My concern here is what is going on is wrong, the new overseers of this gravesite were wrong to squander that money and equipment from my uncle and Ella for hiding the ledger because my uncle knew they were corrupt people from the start. But the real people who are being punished is the community who has family buried out there to include me.

 

Not only must we mark are graves, but we must design a system of services to add customized upkeep and details. For example, fixing my sister's headstone should be processed though them, things like flowers on Mother's Day could be a lucrative annual event.  We have to think like business people and respect everyone authority, but not without challenges.

 

I will hire a lawyer to perform these task requiring a subpoena if necessary:

 

1: We will establish that the ledger still exist.

 

2: We will establish the true ownership of this ledger - By view contract of new overseers that signed over this property - by viewing  Eston Robert will.  And let the court decide!

 

3: We will valuate this ledger and decide on the conditions of its transfer to however ends up overseer in the future after these investigations.  Just like my organization may go through a reorganization, maybe they need to do the same thing.

 

4: We will respect the courts decision.

It seems like everything I try to do, there is a lot of opposition, Its like people are coming at me from every direction, trying to deny me every right that a man should have. To includes the right to reproduce, the support of my children and self and any other repressive act. People can continue to call on Jesus Christ, as of now my name is Apostle Paul Castellano, I will probably keep Paul, but I think it would be proper I carry Zulu as a last name to represent my roots back to Africa.  I think I want to give the South African the duty of giving me my last name or at least be a part of the process.  My new name!

 

Something like Paul Shaka Zulu. Just to get an idea as the relevance I am searching for.

 

Let's look at how things are done among the Zulu Nation and how you have interpreted the bible.  Understand the King of Kings, is not an elected position, but the proper place for the chosen one. The qualification for such a position, is that not only do the white man fear him, as they fear all black man, but as a result of their fears, they will have no choice but to do business with him, because he owns them and they do not even know it yet.

 

What we must do is similar to the civil rights movement of the 1960's. Except for, I am not Dr. King and they cannot whack me. In fact we whacked him because he wasn't me and will whack anyone else who tries to steal my flock.  I will not grant any man on earth the right to emancipate the African American Slaves that they knew for certain, who I AM.

It is meant to be interactive, meaning I want you all to inform about what is happening around the country and world, instead of me depending on CNN and their agenda, which is the security of Israel and oppressing the black man.

 

Taytan is a young child age 12 told me, his family believes Jesus Christ is black, but they are waiting on a miracle. Yet I have performed many already, some have been suppressed by the government for security reasons and some that will soon be revealed. However, I refuse to reduce myself to a magician, one who goes around fooling people simply because the eyes are quicker than the hands.

 

Soon the world will know that when I was 11 years old, I performed the first successful testicle transplant in 1969. All of mankind could not match this until 2001, placing us about 32 years ahead of the world's medical community, when I was only 11 years old.  My bloodline or the bloodline of the Lord, will be revealed soon and I understand one of my children was very fruitful and multiplied, giving us 7 children already and another on the way. Understand people like Farrakhan probably believed or wanted to accuse me of being an infidel based on the Koran, based on the idea that no man of God, would go without a seed. But my firstborn child was a miracle and she had to be strong to endure all those children without any support from her father, who rules the world. But everyone had a cross to bear and believe me she was never forsaken. But was made to do as she did.  And there is at least one more daughter and perhaps many more of all races from all over the world. This would explain why I had sex with so many very attractive woman in Germany and Louisiana. For all I know, I might have my own damn Army out there waiting to be awaking.

 

The miracle is when black people become unified and start working together as one.  The miracle is that I can say I am the Son of Man, without fear of being whacked because I am he. And the key we as descendents of Zulus is we must recognize that a tribe is like a street gang.  The King or Chief, is the one that nobody else dear claim they are or they die. So therefore until someone says they want my job as King of the Zews and survive their quest, you are just stupid for not listening to me. Because nobody else has anything to say on this subject.

 

I am the King of the Zews and if anyone else wants me job, speak up or shut up. As for Jesus Christ, I put him to rest also. I cannot kill the dead. Jesus Christ is a lie to make black people think the Son their leader is a white man. And Jesus Christ is just another name created by Satan, that all you fools would praise him in one name or another. So keep getting on you knees preying to a non existent God, or learn how to write and express your needs as a people and begin the process of organizing the Churches as I explained to you how.  No church should own anything to allow separation of church and state. Not to say give away your property owned by the Church. But to understand these entities are not a church, because there can be no record of a church if it is to be between man and God, without government interferences.

 

You gave Dr. King a chance to come to me begging for my property, maybe now you need to start asking the right person.  And I am handing nothing over in the name of Jesus Christ, for I wasn't given that name. I was given a birth certificate that said Jones, my slave name I had no choice of. With a pencil I wrote Frank Paul and when asked what was my name, I replied Paul. The representative of the Roman Catholic Church replied, "Paul?, God's name is not Paul."  And they laughed. But now I get the last laugh. And if ZULU is of the 666 names, it will not be used either.

I realize that all of the days of my life, be it my spiritual powers used, my words and action taken were all designed to fulfill the bible, not that is was sacred, but because the bible was the Master Plan of Satan and it had to be overcome.  I bet Minister Farrakhan wished I fulfilled the Koran, not knowing even the term Allah is a calling on to Satan as is Jesus Christ, Yahweh, Jehovah, Buddha and the is supposed be 666.  Who cares? These are names of God's Satan created that all mankind would praise him.

 

I will win this war soon, but I need help defining who we will be in the future. We must create a book of the history of our journey leading to me and we define journey the African American Slaves endured in darkness and in submission to his white slave master in America and we must explore the deep rooted self hatred blacks have innately as a result of the idea that Jesus Christ is a white man they are Gentiles as is their white slave masters are also Gentiles and the white people so-called Jews who has it all, is God's favorite people who clearly do not recognize this God you preach about called Jesus Christ they are loved by first and over all anyway and fuck you.

 

How can you be anything but of self hatred. Always running after someone to love you, because your god doesn't even seem to love you so who will?  How can anyone love something such as this depiction of Jesus Christ, be black and think they are Gentiles equal to their Confederate Slave Masters who has been enslaving them since they arrived here in America. Only someone who is absent of the true meaning love and therefore hates themselves.

 

Therefore in a future date we will establish our order and meet on the first floor of our headquarters.  We will call on South Africa to assist us in establishing the  proper Zews culture, relevant to perpetual unity, security and true emancipation.  I also think Min. Farrakhan has a lot good ideas as to how to live, eat and so forth and I would really like if he became the Nation of Zews and prepare my flock. As I am still dressed in the armor of warfare, while I ask he prepare us for peacetime, something I never knew.

 

The once great nation, now almost in extinction will raise again in America and I will receive a new name and be named King of the Zulus, King of the Zews and King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And all the world will know it.

The term Zew should be added to you dictionary and is the name assigned to the African American Slave to differentiate us for the So-Called Jews

 

I will operate out of Florida and I and my associates out of New York City will handle the East Coast. We will have the Nation of Islam from the North, the Crips from the West and the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge uniting Prince Hall Freemasons under the banner of the true Living Son of Man, will handle the south.

 

The East Coast: Capital Investment and Oversight of operation.

 

The West Coast: Using Hollywood and Entertainment as a means to unit, in reality this is our army. When we did a roll call in 1991, the numbers came out to 100,000 strong. This was prior to the inclusion of the Bloods who will fall under the same banner.

 

The South: The Promise land or headquarters location, the foundation of black Christianity and the place where we must begin the process of  change. The Prince Hall Freemasons must take the lead in the re-reaching the Church. We must understand who we are in the bible, for any advancement to come our way. I want the Prince hall Freemasons to write us a new bible based on the historical journey of the Apostle Paul, Castellano. Understand the Mafia holds the scrolls, that must be made into a scripture for the Zews and the Nation Of Islam, who will need to change their name, will re-teach the masses something the Churches must learn to duplicated and thereby unify our people as one church and as one nation of people under one God.

 

The North: The place where we ran to escape oppression for opportunity, only to be repressed, trapped, confined and jam-packed.  The Nation of Islam.  This is who will be responsible for re-teaching our people. It may be required to establish a relocation program for certain talented or educated or skilled people to be brought to Highlands County, some to be assisted to return to the battle in Chicago with solutions and others to be giving a chance of resettlement in the South. Chicago is in crisis mode and people are dying on the streets and has become a  national responsibility.

 

In 2013 they had 415 homicides, which was 88 less from the year before. I think it is time to remove certain selected people from it,  to better be able to address and examine it.  And, I believe a recognized voice out of Chicago (in exile), can be very effective in challenging its corruption, if he is not located in Chicago.  Because he will be able to tell the truth without any negative consequences as a result of exposing these people.  I think we should design a program to relocate Chicagoans out of this mess but for a reason.  We cannot give up on Chicago.
