The next big boom in black communities will be employment in the non profit sector ran my members of the community. Most black people has serious sex issues.  Using sex as a weapon not knowing, the weapon is actually self destructive.  This is because we were molded to think sex is a sin, basically unless we meet certain conditions based on morals.  Something that is a natural pleasure is a sin unless you either make a contract with the government called a marriage certificate  and for religious people made an oath to Satan in one name or another.  I AM here to tell you that sex is not a sin, but a decision made between adults and God gave mankind the joy of sex as a right and not a privilege. 

 

Sex is something everyone must have access to.  So if a guy has to pay a woman, does that make him evil or a sinner or her some evil prostitute?  If so, please read the laws of marriage in the State you live in live.  Without the law of marriage in the state of residence, it is not recorded as actually the institution of marriage.  And therefore most ideas taught in morality are lies, because morality is based on the idea, that the greatest natural pleasure innate within mankind was manipulated to create commandments and constitutions to make the black man and woman, believe they are by nature evil, due to natural feelings being expressed for the purpose of excitement and joy.  Face it, in the black community due to economics, most of our children born are a consequence of our sexual behaviorisms and not our intent. We have sex because it feels good, be sinner and righteous.  And once we accept this reality, we will realize that something freely given to us by God can be properly distributed in a manner to create world peace.  The lies about sex, have destroyed whole nations.

 

Throughout my journey, though I have been with many woman, I never had a constant sex life.  Today, I can say I understand the power of sex and how it can be misused to cause destruction of whole communities.  (Sidebar)  I was told "you do not understand this generation, but I do."  What I am telling you, is think about it, if people life 150 years without diseases stopping them working and laboring.  Think about how fast we will advance mankind, but also think about how many generations will exist in this world.

 

When we break the code of the DNA, we will be able to basically put all of mankind into their prime, reproduction for population control would become a privilege for a few people of royal nature and not the right of the world.  Therefore in about 50 years into this, there will be but one generation throughout the world. There isn't going to be a bunch of kids on earth, but every man for himself and through unity we will all act in oneness.

 

Still sex will still need to be addressed, because it feels good.  Under Satan's rule, it would require mass castration, as he does to himself, but under God's rule, it will require laws among the Zews of African American Slaves Emancipated, to insure order, the lack of jealousy, people being deprive their right to sexual expression, which is the bridge to diverse sexuality.  The bottom line is it is natural to want to feel good and sex is not like drugs, because everything needed to enjoy it is inborn and goes wherever you go.

 

The easiest way to do this is to define three terms, Queen, Wife and Concubine.  In terms understood by most a Queen is royalty and live among the ruler ship to act as a servant and a representative of the Kings control and order within his Kingdom.  A wife is a companion, friend, escort, sex partner and a Concubine is another term for mistress, someone just like a wife, but not as high up the food chain for whatever reason on a case by case basis, they receive this status.  Because every man has different needs and standards based on his profession and therefore make such arrangements based on need.

 

As of now, I hereby annul all past and present marriages, in the eyes of God, because not one on earth had a Holy Matrimony, because one has ever taken place.  Therefore, what I am about to say, places all of mankind in the same situation and therefore what I say is universal.

 

Sex is for pleasure and should be used  to help relax people, give people joy and everyone should have time set aside every so often, for the sole purpose of sexual expression on a continual basis for at least a week or two at a time. For the sole purpose of recreation and relaxation.

 

With the understanding that the future world will not require mass reproduction on earth and with the current technology to mass produce children in a lab or with a surrogate parents, the idea that sex is a sin, unless you screw with the intent of reproduction, is no longer acceptable knowledge of the righteous. Sex is for fun!  So enjoy it and never use it as a weapon, because such a thing will not be accepted in our community. 

 

I may have to allow bisexuality among women who are with the same man and as for homosexuality among men or women, we need more time to decide on.  I mean if sex is for pleasure and not reproduction, who really cares how people go about doing it.  But this issue is still so divisive.  But will this cause a problem for my men I ask?  Who due to widespread homosexuality, may have to become one themselves for sex, kill homosexuals off or become divisive, due to the lack of duty to man's sexual needs by female population.  Sex is the black man's right and the black woman's duty be available to him and submissive.

 

Then there is the disparity between the sexes within the black community.  There are way more black women then there are black men, because the black male has been killed off in America historically.  And if the Zews tradition was monogamy, this would result in many black women being sexually deprived unless they turn to homosexuality. And this is the issue, that concern me about homosexuality.  The fact that sex is a natural pleasure and a gift from God, every black man has a right to it and never should be put in sexual aggressive situations resulting in rape or sexual assaults due to sexual needs not being met, because sex should be available to every adult male and female.  This can only be accomplished through organized and justified polygamy.

 

Now when you understand polygamy, use your common sense to get a real inside view of what will occur in such an environment and why.  You will have for example one man with four women, it isn't that much fucking in the world.  Yet these woman are bound to this man or family and cannot touch another man, because no man has the right to touch another man's woman and that is the essence of adultery. I might have his balls cut off that that type of shit or have you killed if I decide to be merciful.  Because it create reason for everyone to lie.

 

But how do four woman or even 24 woman, be under the umbrella of one man, unless they take care of each other also, because a man who can afford this environment, will probably have to run operations to make money and maintain control of his investments.  This is not environment for straight women, put in such an environment under maximum protection 24/7, could lead to suicide due to loneliness, but to a bisexual woman it would be paradise.

 

And once you enter the Kingdom of God as direct servants of the King, with the access that goes with it, there is no getting out. For this reason, everyone is vetted and for this reason it takes a special kind of person to move up into the Kingdom of God.

 

I know many So-Called Christians will talk bad about what I just said. But in all honesty, they all know they like sex also and do not stop screwing after menopause or while their woman is already pregnant, but actually get married to have sex and not feel guilty when they do it. I am not a woman, but is willing to bet, over 80% of the black woman population are at a minimum bisexual or lesbian from time to time, but simply hide it.  And the reason they resort to this isn't to serve their man, but because they cannot get one who meets their standard and the one's who have one, think they should have exclusive rights to their man.  This is European bullshit indoctrinated into Christian beliefs, one man, one woman, creating a world filled with single parents.

 

I guess when I ascend, I might need to do at home what I did her.  Exclusive sex rights for a period has it benefits and is a joy everyone should experience at least once.  But for peace sake, this cannot be our tradition, because it will exclude too many of black women forcing them into loneliness and therefore bad decisions.  And making them jealous of each other.  Every woman deserve a man if only for protection and leadership, but sex is black man's right and the duty of the black woman to see to it he gets it. If the whole world just had sex for one month straight, without making babies, we would all be happy and there would be no wars. You might think this is crazy, but I believe I might allow 3 month leave per year instead of 30 days in the new world of 100% employment.  And every year I suggest you go somewhere and screw non stop for about a month or longer if deemed necessary.  I will create something way better than Viagra and CIALIS, I can make man nut five time a day for 30 days if hi back can take it.

 

Sex is the key to world peace.  Wars are fought over sex rights, people kill to honor their woman and people kill due to the systematic lack of sex.  And it is all based on sex being sinful mature, when sex is natural pleasure and a gift from God.  As a weapon it will lead to world destruction as a blessing it could save the world.

Jesus Christ:  This was the stage of the gifted child, who became know as a crazy person within his community and family.  His promise was to return and fulfill the prophesy of the Bible  He was said to have died for the sins of fools, meaning he gave them the power to take his life. This is lie.  The Son of Man did not die in a physical sense at all, but in order to overcome Satan, he fought fire with fire.

 

Apostle Paul:  He was the Apostle to the Gentiles.  This was the stage, whereby I joined together sinners to form the body as the bible describes as the body of Christ.  During this process I took on the identity of the Son of Mafia Dom Carlo Gambino and a slave to the mob being Blond Eva Austin Jones.  This also paralleled with the teaches of the mythology of Prince Hall and Prince Hall Freemasonry establishment, which also established our agenda in the New World, known as the United States of America.  Under this identity we conquered the world, by winning the economic war or the third world war and by paying the National Debt of the United States  become the riches man in the world and America's sole creditor, with an operating budget or income of $350B-$500B per year or about 10% of the nations operating budget.  And understand this is money that can be invested into our nation's and world's economy and will be the major funding resources for our next mission to conquered the universe, which was beyond Satan's vision, all he could do is keep people fighting over earth, causing havoc and destruction over and over again, without any vision to go beyond this. We teach that King Solomon married many wives and had many concubines as a means to serve God and not be turned away from him, he is the Son of Man being symbolized as the world ruler and as a just world, not based on racism, but to unify all the world through his seed. King Solomon had to stud to create alliances throughout the world. It would be easy to understand once you understand the Zulu's War tactics. When they conquered a nation, they impregnate the woman of the conquered nation.  Therefore his children will inherit all the world or whatever authority granted their mother's be it royalty, governance and economic controls.  And the seed of the Lord will not become race of people, but all the races of the World will be represented by this Kingdom and through my children, the world will become under one banner and under one God.

 

Though sex will become a job, God made this part of my journey kind of fun and something to look forward to.  Remember we are talking about the wisest man in the world as we will prove I am.

I know my timeline to the degree of what accomplishments must be made for me to fulfill my mission within the lifetime of mankind, being the promise is 70 years. Every great plan has gates based on (and/or) based on (if). 

 

The government will begin to compensate me in a timely manner, first by approving my service connected case, then verifying publicly the findings of my blood against the AIDS/HIV virus and how it fights it off, upgrade my third discharge, grant me a presidential pardon, fund my non profit organization with AIDS related research funding in the billions thru Bill and Melinda Gate Foundation, compensate my children (Keba) as dependence since birth due and due to the nature of my duty to country make it lucrative and accept my offer to pay the national debt in full becoming the nations sole creditor now and in the future by constitutional law.

 

You cannot decide the order and it all should happen quickly, but my VA service connection decision is the first decision that must be officially made.  And a no answer will not receive an appeal but a decision based on (or), because it disrupts my timeline.  Therefore I have to weigh what is my other options without government support or recognition. That answer will be based on something John J. Gotti told me that I said I did not want to do.  Honestly, I thought he was trying to whack me.  Though I believe I am protected against any intruder to include him, I am not sure if I am protected from myself.  But I need to know is if this is true if they decide on the answer no.

Now with the understanding that all religion of mankind is a fraud and is Satan worship, how do we get involved with Satan's wars?   Why not let God rescue them?  All he is doing is bringing together the masses under one banner based on a false idea about God.  But they are no different than Israel, India, China, Europe, America or Japan.  It is just the grouping of people based on a lie, for the purpose of overcoming an oppressive situation based on the lie that the Jews are God's chosen people and therefore throughout the world racism is accepted practices.  Let us not forget the Roman Catholic Church created Islam as a response to the Jews and therefore created an innate enemy.

The significance of our paying the National Debt and placing ourselves as the sole creditors of the United States, thereby redirecting the interest payments back into the United States economy under our management.  This is basically checkmate, this is Satan conceding to our victory that we may go on to bigger and better things, like exploring the universe in search of energy and other materials and places to create or adopt to its habitation.

 

If we were to come across other life forms, who do you want to represent us, me or the Illuminati?  How would these dummies communicate with another world and cannot even communicate with the intelligence in the sea?  Some Dolphins have larger brains than man, so do you think they are incapable of high forms of communications?  I know of no communication systems between man and sea.  And what would be their introduction, the Jews are God's favorite people on earth?  Well supposed we cross paths with other high forms of intelligence?  Perhaps even higher than mankind, which will not take much?  How would such foolishness be received?

 

As far as other nations like Russia, China, Japan and so many third world nations, we as America had to take on the responsibility of redeveloping them after World War Two.  And we do this over and over around the world. We get involved in very destructive wars, creating a demand for the redevelopment of these nations and therefore funding to support this major redevelopment projects, which include the creation of a new government and therefore legislation to govern.

 

The way people see it is as if, America just randomly allowed anyone to benefit from our investment with the exception of us.  So therefore not only did we build these nations, but now we are in debt to them and can never pay this debt off, because we are in too deep.  Our national debt is over 100% our total GDP and we continue to borrow because spending is out of control fighting wars.  But the truth is I Am Japan, I AM China, I AM Russia and I AM anyone who has control of money that is not under the control of the Illuminati, which is about everybody, because they are broke. All they have going for them is their lies and old weapons they are really afraid to use without deception.  When all I ask is they get in their place, I AM God and they are Satan and therefore you work for me.

 

I said this, because it seems like this is amateur hour and we need to enter into the big leagues. Interest paid on National Debt = $354B Annually

So before they can even pay on the debt they have to come up with $354B in interest payments upfront.

 

The issue of discussion would be the banking accounting practices, that allows banks to loan to out money.  My proposal is that the banking investors or those who establish a bank should have a threshold for having lending abilities, based on certain economic factors unique to the economic establishment of the United States and our interests.

 

Once we establish guidelines to the banker powers of the United States, we will establish at least an $18T dollar credit line to establish our Zews of the United States owned bank under the management of my men and women as a foundation to a settlement.  This would seem to be a fair settlement which in turn would be used to refinance the United States National Debt.

 

This would reestablish our relationship as owners of all the nations debts. And for us to do this it will require some constitutional law adjustments to insure, as a result of this deal, America doesn't go and do the same thing all over again.  We will have to be the regulators as to who and how the United States can borrow money in all future events.

 

Our bank will be established as owner all of all the United States debts and therefore will become the beneficiaries of all interest payments.  Therefore the United States debt takes on a new meaning and becomes an asset rather than a liability to our nations economy.  Because all interest payments will become capital for reinvestment into America and there should be an established standard protocol in our agreement.

 

Once we establish the proper relationship between creditor and debtor or our bank and the United States Government and create a repayment schedule, the result is the United States actually gain immediately due to the redirection of the money being paid out.  And these redirected funds will go towards the establishment of our Kingdom or our economic portfolio.

 

We will quickly save Medicare and reduce the cost of pharmaceuticals. I plan to monopolize the pharmaceutical industry and require 25% of all money earned from it. This will insure I have control over pricing and distribution. They know they have no right to compete with me in  this industry, because only I get to play God or we can compete.  As stands they would get 75% to spilt.  We will determine the lifespan or life expectation of mankind from here on.  And the distribution of diseases will not be based on racism.  Whereby it is common practice to kill of Africans and therefore are they seem to be predisposed to almost everything, death has to be designed to eliminate the disloyal, who go against the grain based on decisions as how to best maintain economic prosperity shared worldwide, while insuring longevity among humankind on earth and beyond.

 

Healthcare costs us about $8G per American at about 17% of our GDP.  The GDP is about $15.68T or about $52G per American. What is deceiving is the average income is not a median allocated across the board. There are many African Americans who are barely making the $8G required to stay alive.  Therefore healthcare is designed to keep only certain people alive.  We will chance this and save the government at least 50% or more in the process.

 

We will have to go down the line, for example military spending. What will our new international strategy become, once we cease to endorse racism in our legislative intent, that leads us into world conflicts and drug wars and economic wars?

Basically everything I mentioned in the last proposal remains.  But for clarity, the reality is policy changes that reflect a truly non racial discriminatory society is required.  Thereby truly emancipating the African American Slaves in my name. It called for a financial obligation for me to settle with my flock so to speak.  It was set at $500 Billion and/or $4.5 Trillion in lending power. That was in 2008 and before they tried the real life "Everybody has Demons," on me. 

 

I now want $2 Trillion dollars in total assets as described in the request already made. After my share will be $200 Billion making the riches man in the world.  To keep me from monopolizing we need international law they forbids anyone having near as much money as me or we have to compete.  The same financial arrangements to insure I support rather take for the economy to do whatever I feel is required of me, will stay in place at 20% interest and 25% on all pharmaceuticals we create.  $1.8 Trillion should come to about $18 Trillion in lending power, which is equal to the United States current debt.   Which means at a minimum, they can refinance the United States by repaying its debt in full at whatever interest and repayment rate necessary to stabilize the economy.  But never under current legislation used to practice racism throughout the world, by having the world praise Satan and kill each other in the name of God.

Business activity in the United States is in a continuous declining stage.  And, a lot of politicians are starting to include the word "Recession," in their vocabulary.  Even as some politicians attempt to convey their interpretation of our current economic decline with optimism, I sense pessimistic overtones, as they consider dipping into the so-called social security "Lock Box," which they vowed not to do except for as they now say in the case of war or a recession.

 

It is said that our economy is "Consumer based" and "Energy driven."  The average person's interpretation of this statement is that, as long as the multitudes use their money to consume goods and services, and the energy supplies are available to sustain these business activities, we will experience good economic times.  In reality this statement is a deception, the reality of the matter is that our economy is actually "Capitalist based," in that as long as investors can make a profit by means of our consumerism, we will experience a good economy, meaning that they will hire people for jobs, as long as they spend most of their earnings on consumer products, and pay their taxes.

 

I understand the importance and the nature of these capitalistic principles, which allows many Americans to enjoy a high standard of living; however, it has its faults.  By design our economic system deprives many Americans of the so-called American dream, whereby the average hard working American can not accumulate moderate holdings, either one will have abundance, or not much at all.  Too many Americans are living as little as two checks away from homelessness.

 

It is my position that our current economic woes are as a result of corporate greed and government mismanagement.  The bottom line is that we the American people are in over our heads with government and consumer debts, and the big corporate America investors are cashing in on their profits.  It is no secret that the government is in enormous debt, and is using the social security surplus to pay down on it, which will have to be paid back by tax revenues in the future and/or new borrowing.  But, also one must recognize the enormous consumer credit card debts, which are in the range of seven trillion dollars.  People are not engaging in consumer spending as much as in the past, because they are trying to pay for what they already purchased.  Meanwhile, companies are firing people, because profits are down.

 

You may think that my statement about corporate investors cashing in on profits is absurd, because everybody knows the stock market is on a down trend.  However, the price of stock depends on what people are willing to pay for it.  Stock prices raise when there are more buyers than sellers, and when people try to unload their stock to cash in on their profits in large numbers, the stock prices decline.

 

What people need to realize is that the so-called booming economy we recently experienced was a big gimmick that was generated by credit, and now stock prices are basically coming back down to earth.  The whole economic boom was a big scheme, and the American people played right into it.  As a result of this recent charade, unlike never before, there is a huge disparity between those who have and those who have not.  And, I know for a fact that, key members of the underworld not only orchestrated this strategy to create enormous consumer debt, but, also they orchestrated the strategy that created our current government debt.  The whole economic crisis is a conspiracy.

 

The basis of the recent booming economy was a technology craze, and Microsoft played a major part in it.  People were sold on the idea that computers are not only an important part of the future, but, that everyone should immediately own one.  As people were attracted to this new technology and lead on by constant upgrades that were preceded by the new millennium glitch hype a lot of money was made in the high tech industry.  People jumped into the technology industry without reservations, both in the consumer and investment ends, in what seemed to be an endless and promising systematic activity that people now realize was a very risky enterprise.

 

The illusion of a booming economy without a foreseeable bottom, with enormous growth in the technology sector created strong consumer confidence.  Meanwhile, those who orchestrated this conspiracy were invested early, and therefore were recipients of huge returns, by enjoying their gains from the beginning.  Then, you had the investors who simply got on the bandwagon, some came out winners, but, far more were clearly losers.  And, you had the consumers who went on a spending frenzy, who now find themselves with a bunch of depreciating junk, and are now in enormous debt.  And, now if you observe the pharmaceutical industry, a new frenzy is on the horizon, whereby, people are lead to believe pills can "cure all."

 

So now the questions are:  What is the solution to our economic crisis?  What role should the government play?  And, what role should the private sector play in finding a solution?  I believe that if we really want to find a solution to our economic decline, we must first honestly recognize the facts, as to why we are in our current situation, and stop pretending that our economy and its trends are by chance.  We must find a lasting solution to a declining economy that is plagued with consumers deeply in debt, with a government that is deeply in debt, and by nature an economy that selfishly thrives on profiting from consumer and government spending.

 

To tell you the truth, there is no conventional solution to America's economic crisis.  The American government and its people have been financially raped.  And, it's just a matter of time, that if unconventional actions are not taken, this nation will collapse.

 

These superficial solutions coming out of the political camps, to revive our economy are ludicrous at best.  The one that captured my attention is the idea that reducing the capital gains tax, would resurrect our economy by creating more investment capital.  In other words, like the Savings and Loan Scandal, they want the hard working American tax payers to absorb the losses of those who made bad investments, thereby, dragging the government and therefore the American people down further into debt.

 

The secret behind the only real and lasting solution to our long term economic crisis is the question of the legitimacy of our government’s debts, which must be paid back by the people.  We need to ask, who is really behind it?  What do they want?  And, with the understanding that the fall of America will not benefit either party, I believe we should really consider the re-distribution of our nation's wealth, to include reparations for descendants of African slaves in America, and debt relief to the United States government by its creditors.  This can all be accomplished by creating laws as a result of negotiations that will create an even playing field for all Americans.  I believe America's economic crisis is a wake up call; however; still it is up to the American people to respond to it, or continue to sleep in the bed we have made for ourselves, which will lead to our civil destruction, as a result of a financial collapse.

The settlement is $500 Billion.  My cut is $50 Billion.  I will use this to settle with my family, friends and certain organizations.  If Bill Gates can have this kind of money so can I.  I will disperse about $25 Billion to $30 Billion to all parties. I will use the $450 Billion to settle everyone else.  I will settle with the African Americans (Jews) that I see eye to eye with; the rest can fight for their reparations, I do not care. Also, I will settle with the Gentiles.  Basically I will settle with the Church, being those who will support our cause.  I think this is a fair deal, considering Iraq! 

The way I see it, I will have about $250 Billion to $270 Billion after I take care of my men and women, to settle with the church.  Those who are called Jews as far as I am concerned are actually Gentiles, but if they insist on being Jews so be it, because I will treat all members of the church the same way.  In the same way I will establish a bank to settle with my men; I will also establish a bank for them. 

My annual budget will be based on the interest payments of my total assets, which will be 20%; this will allow me to support the economy instead of trying to monopolize it.  Plus I want 25% of the profits made by the Gambino Enterprises, being the two research divisions.  The other 75% will go to share holders.  I will pay taxes on my income and then do charity with the balance minus the rate of inflation which will accumulate into my estate to maintain the actual value of my assets.  My settlement is after taxes, it does not make sense to print the money to tax me, you figure out what the taxes is and add to the settlement.  Everyone else will pay their taxes out of the settlement.

What was promoted before the world as God's chosen people, was never fully revealed until me to the world openly.  The Jews were from the beginning Satan's chosen people. Understand that Satan is a society of masterminds who design or constructed economies at world level.  They are located in Bavaria and their days are coming to an end as rulers.  Their ways of doing business isn't working anymore.

 

The Jews purpose was to spread religion or racism throughout the world, based on the lie that they are God's chosen people in a sense people were not understanding.  Yes, they was God's chosen people, with the understanding that the God of earth is Satan, who rules through deception and his basis of asset control and economic is racism. All over the world religions were created based on superstitions. The only reason people believe these lies now is because they are just plan blind. A bunch of adults believing g in  fairy tales and will kill to defend this bullshit.
