Once  FDA THC is prescribed as sedative, it will be available to anyone with Medicaid.  1: We will flood the black community with cheap marijuana and Medical THC for at least 6 months. And advance research on CBC the epilepsy drug.  2: Our goal is to give people time to relax and learn to think clearly, while giving them uplifting media on television and radio.  Using marijuana as a sedative to heal as a medicine and removing the animal mentality creating criminal behavior that can be avoided.  3: Then we will have the President's Leadership Foundation waiting for them. The next big boom in black communities will be employment in the non profit sector ran my members of the community. And then  reassess our disabled community, as we will find many people just needed a rest.  4: The  revenue based on In-Kind Contributions or volunteerism is $21.24 in the state of Florida.  This how we will determine wages on the average based on relevance of problems being solved. 5: During the healing process extra food stamps and other social programs will increase, to include Medicaid under Obamacare.  Rick Scott loses Charlie Crist (D) in Florida Gubernatorial race.  Because Floridians will demand Medicaid = Obamacare.  Florida become leader in marijuana distribution. 

·         Reduce demand for street drugs

·         Establish Grant & Non Profit Educational Program, under the President's Leadership Foundation with by partisan support. #1: Create non profit leaders who write grants to solve community problems.  Founding set aside for this program.  2: Summer Youth Job Programs starting 2015. 3: Ever candidate will require a drivers license in rural areas and will  be assigned a car that will become corporate property assigned to head officer upon graduation. This is the type of program we are planning.

·         Allow people who are ready to work, employment without THC discriminatory practices.

·         End Drug War and Release non violent drug offenders in an orderly fashion with compensation and remove the disenfranchisement based on these felony convictions.   Creating a new informed voting block and prevent crime.

·         Start community redevelopment processes.

I know I will receive jealousy from the black community, due to my due diligence in my business practices towards them.  But by design they were the most traumatized and systematically repressed.  Therefore, there are the worst off right now as far as running operational activities.  The black community has to catch up and they have to bring you up to speed and it all belongs to me.
