Pontiac, where the emergency manager has restructured the city's finances, was downgraded by Moody's, reflecting the city's history of fiscal distress and narrow liquidity.

The next big boom in black communities will be employment in the non profit sector ran my members of the community. And then  reassess our disabled community, as we will find many people just needed a rest.  4: The  revenue based on In-Kind Contributions or volunteerism is $21.24 in the state of Florida.  This how we will determine wages on the average based on relevance of problems being solved. 5: During the healing process extra food stamps and other social programs will increase, to include Medicaid under Obamacare.  Rick Scott loses Charlie Crist (D) in Florida Gubernatorial race.  Because Floridians will demand Medicaid = Obamacare.  Florida become leader in marijuana distribution.

This is the type of program we are planning.

·         End Drug War and Release non violent drug offenders in an orderly fashion with compensation and remove the disenfranchisement based on these felony convictions.   Creating a new informed voting block and prevent crime.

·         Start community redevelopment processes.

I know I will receive jealousy from the black community, due to my due diligence in my business practices towards them.  But by design they were the most traumatized and systematically repressed.  Therefore, there are the worst off right now as far as running operational activities.  The black community has to catch up and they have to bring you up to speed and it all belongs to me.

First of all I am not Jesus Christ and please don't get it twisted, but we have fulfilled the prophesy of the Bible, yet the world doesn't know it yet.  What we have proven is that every name mankind has used to praise the Lord, was a name assigned by Satan. Because Satan's master plan was to make all the world praise him.  This is the code of the mark of the beast and the 666 names assigned as a name of God, for all of the religions of the world to choose from. This is an important key.

 

The problem with so-called African American Christians as also other religions throughout the world is that they all think they got the right answer, yet the spiritual principles of all of these religions seem to be that they do not know what their God knows.  Yet, everyone seems to be denying me without any benefits of a doubt, simply because I presented myself to them with the right qualifications.  People like TD Jakes, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan and even Tyler Perry are better received than I am about spiritual principles and the power of the spirit, yet none of them came with the right qualifications.  Being a broke down and a poor broke ass nigger, who knows something you don't know and everyone thinks he is crazy and you are supposed to love me unlike the rest of the world and support me in faith and deeds. Sure you right!

 

But that isn't the truth. I am the most hated man on earth and have to prove everything I say about my own experiences in life. The qualifications of having no honor, doesn't give me more credibility, but removed even the littlest amount of dignity, I should have received for just being a US Veteran in America.  They treat people crying shellshock (PTSD) with more honor and much better than they treat me.  While you talk about faith and the power of the spirit, I can tell you what was accomplished through the spirit over the last 50 to 55 years and our place as a people on the historic timeline of humankind. But due to the proper qualifications seem you ignore or rebel to what seems like everyone knows but you.  They know who you are and what the plan was to oppress you and the world.

 

When we prove these things soon, which is that I performed the first successful human  testicle transplant, that produced an offspring and therefore we did in 1969, what they could not do until 2001  While I was only 11 years old, proven we was advanced in medical technology over mankind by 32 years at that early stage in my life.

 

What does this prove?  When we discover my blood fights off the AIDS virus.  You better start taking me more seriously, because what this should tell you, is there is nothing they could have possibly figured out or have done, that I cannot fix or repair through the spirit of God. Curing diseases and stuff like that will be the easy part. My problem than becomes, if we extend life to 150 years, cure most diseases to reduce the costs of medications or just save Medicare. What do I do, with a bunch of disloyal stupid people, who plan to praise Satan, for my work? Think about it 32 years advanced at 11 year old.  We could be 100 years beyond them now or even more?

First of all, usually before I bless someone, I love, I first rebuke them, because none of them are any good and I know it but by grace they are blessed. For some reason I could not rebuke Willie B. Knight for being a trader against God. They are blocking it. So if I was him I would be careful, because if I cannot rebuke you, therefore I cannot forgive you. They go hand in hand very often.

 

All my kinfolk know, I never recognized the bible or the lie about a white Jesus.  However, when I need to know something about my life, I can often find it in the scriptures, because I was made to walk in parallel with scripture that it could be fulfilled.

 

These are some of my qualifications:  My family dishonored me and called me crazy in front of other people. The Prince Hall Freemasons who are the Pharisees, claim I am demon possessed.  I am poor yet the world belongs to me. I was tempted by Satan on the Bavarian mountains, I perform all kinds of miracles, from raising my sister Ella from the dead after that car accident she had (Marshall Johnson Jr. is a witness), at 11 years  performed a testicle transplant, placing us 32 years ahead of mankind scientifically, at age 17, I created the AIDS virus, at about 23 Star Wars Technology or our nuclear umbrella and I broke the Illuminati and the government through the S&L Scandal, the tech boom and burst and other strategies like all the weapons I sold them, we won and  everything goes to us. When I was raped in Germany that was Frank Paul Jones, who was being traumatized.  For many years I was afraid it would happen to me again.   There were many lonely night that I had to masturbate crying to the Lord, who was always within me, ""why Lord must I be alone?"  This went on so long, I lost the feeling of loneliness and learned to be alone and accept it.

When you say these bad things about me, just because I have become numb and do not cry about it, deep inside I am hurting so bad. Why? Because it is not I Frank Paul Jones, who is claiming these powers, but that the spirit of the Lord is within me and through the power of the spirit we have overcome Satan who is a punk ass bitch and a liar.

 

But when a preacher talks from a book without any personal experience to explain the meaning of these things, he is allowed to make up a bunch of sophisticated bullshit that sounds cool and isn't about shit and collect donations in the process. But I talk from experience and have the qualifications of being dishonored. Understand this dishonor only started in 1989, prior to that I would never accepted these verbal abuses.

 

How many people you know with my intelligence, that get talked to like I do? Or is broke like I am?  You think I couldn't be an earner?  These are the qualifications of the Son of Man.  Riches I could have had always, but I made this decision to walk down this lonely and most hated path. While people say they love the Lord, I am proof that God is the most hated man on earth. People love the Pope or Michael Jackson, Beyonce and Jay Z and I made them all but the Pope and could have been like either of them.

 

Mankind loves Satan and some know it, but some don't. But nobody loves a broke ass nigger, who brought us the good news. I looks like the journey between me and NaQuila has come to an end. It seemed to upset her that I wrote the letter "NaQuila the Mystery Woman."  She went to banging on my door and windows harder and harder, while I was trying to sleep, so that she can chastise me all night. For a long time, she did not respect me. She found comfort in calling me outside of my name regularly and saying all types of rude things to me on a regular basis. Then kiss me and makeup and think it is all good, but I be traumatized.  And cannot understand why I act the way I do towards her for days after.  While she has no respect for me, she honors the white man (the police) and follows his orders without question.  This has long gone out of control too long.

 

Now she is no longer allowed to come to my home, because it would be trespassing onto my property, only because I asked her to leave and she refused. But when the police said go, she went. This was something I did not want to do, but had to make this order to gain back some of my dignity and respect at my home. Because as long as she is unruly towards me, nobody and especially those who sent her will ever respect me.  Her constant disrespect is a joking matter to them.  They talk about this relationship and laugh at me.  And I am so tired of the dishonor and disrespect, simply because people do not know what I am talking about and is too lazy to do their research or know the truth but want to keep others from seeing the light, because they love darkness. 

 

NaQuila complained to the police about what I wrote, but she told me this stuff. Was I supposed to keep this a secret and still make decisions based on it?  That would have been crazy!  She said her mother was a culprit and her father didn't know. She said her mother was an Eastern Star in on a plot against me.  She said the Prince Hall Freemasons sent her and brainwashed her into thinking these untrue ideas about me. And she said, I was in on it, more than once.  Was I supposed to keep this a secret, when I know everything I plan, seems to never happen here. Which tells me, she is probably on point.  They are against me! But how about her? 

 

I cannot keep allowing my cousin John Moss to keep reporting to his Masonic Order about me and say nothing about it. I can not keep allowing a woman to talk down to me whenever she feels like it, because she has sex with me. And no woman owns me sexually or otherwise.  Even before I consummated Janet, I impregnated Lori and therefore never promised monogamy to any woman.  NaQuila made it clear she wasn't down with this, so what she need to do, is decide what she wants and be real about it, so I can make her request known.

 

No woman can come into my life and change anything about my mission. Sure you can comfort me and be my friend. But no woman has the right to rule over me or chastise me, but must be submissive always and respectful, she must be one who is quick to listen and slow to speak.  She was just the opposite. Whenever she gets angry, she goes on and on and tonight she got mad, because I didn't open my door at about 12:00 AM, so she can tell it like it is until 5 in the morning. Now 2:00 AM, she is ringing my phone constantly.  I do not call this respect for a man regardless of his stature. 

 

I guess I will be alone for awhile or until someone who truly believes in me comes into my life or I complete my mission.  I do not want people in my home at all, who has a problem with me being the Son of Man. I feel I should have peace of mind and no doubts about me in my home, even if it means being alone.

 

Like I said, I owe NaQuila, but as long as she has in her mind, she can disrespect me, not listen to what I say and accuse me of outrageous accusations and not respect my decisions concerning my home to be built and who will be who in it. She will just have a debt in an escrow account somewhere.

 

People need to understand, I am not a joke, this is real and not a rehearsal.  I know what they tried to do to me and I am not playing games with any of you anymore. If what NaQuila said was true, now it has come to the light and is ready for resolution. But if she was playing me, because she thinks I am a stupid veteran about to get paid who is really crazy, she played herself. Regardless at the end game the truth will come to the light and until then, I do not want anyone as close to me as NaQuila has become.

 

My problem with her was, she was verbally very disrespectful towards me and will get physical over things because she thinks she can do this. She says I mistreated her, but that isn't my duty, I am to be served.  And never in my history has anyone spoken to me like she did. She prides herself in saying, "I am the only one who doesn't know her," as a threat or warning. The problem is after all these years, she really doesn't know me at all. And I am trying to help her and not hurt her and everything in my life is calculated on a scorecard and when they come for me, everything becomes known and then John J. There are few requirements that must happen if I am to stay in America. You have to understand that this country has dishonored me since the beginning. By keeping me economically down they were able to control my behavior to include my ability to have offspring's I could support. I cannot even afford a dinner date at McDonald's. I am of the poorest in all of America.  Anyone who knows me, knows I am much smarter than the poorest among us, so why am I included with them economically?

 

On the grounds that I am so-called delusional and insane as a grounds to win my service connected case.  And therefore there is no truth in anything I say and with the clear understanding that my closest relatives oppose my teachings and never support me. The United States Government will have no problem  with me leaving as a religious exile to South Africa without any plans of ever returning.  Death before Dishonor!

 

There I will continue my journey and there I will find my true followers.  Because I know exactly what I must do to convince them as to who I am.  And it will be done so the world can see. And we will see how great a nation America really is without my delusional ass.  And since I am just a crazy guy, they will have no reason to prevent my leaving here. 1: Keba must be verified. If she is not mine's I leave because everything is a lie concerning my estate in the custody of the Jackson Family. Therefore they never intended to settle with me.

 

2: I will get my service connected disability claim settlement. If I am denied again after Washington D.C. told them to pay me or explain why not, they never had any intentions of settling with me. 3: After I get my disability settlement, my third discharge will be upgrade by the Department of Defense, based on my insanity defense.

 

4: Upon President Obama's end of Presidency, I receive a presidential pardon, for everything I think I did or did and do not know I did it, based on my in sanity defense that established my service connected claim. I must be forgiven by the president for everything I did good or bad throughout my life.  This will insure that once people do begin to give me my money owed me, the government cannot turn around and take it back on some type RICO bullshit and cause me to go ballistic around here.

 

Anything less and you can expect me to go into religious exile to South Africa or whoever accepts me, on the grounds that I am a slave.  Death before Dishonor!  But my option is I can just leave for here, where I feel no love whatsoever from my own family on down to a stranger in the name of Jesus Christ.

I just need to know something. If she isn't my child I will know I was played and for this information I will put my money behind my mouth. 

It seems like all I get is opposition from my family. Even my two and only two sisters based on assumptions and non empirical data decided I am delusional. I am delusional because my spirit told me that either Keba is my daughter or there is no daughter from Janet Jackson, which would require me to start spreading my seeds, in case something goes wrong and we fail to extend life of mankind by breaking the code of the humankind DNA.  Therefore, this question must be answered ASAP.  This is imperative information required in my timeline.

 

How could a loving sister, not support my blood cousin Boykin Hilton who probably never took a DNA test, if not of me, between them that a determination should be made, if this family cares anything about my mental health.  And I cannot understand why a search for Tyler Brooks and Richard Starks was not completed and verification of that been made also concerning the first successful testicle transplant performed by mankind.  Placing us 30 ahead of mankind in medical technology with a 11 year old boy.  The significance is if I did that at 11, what else did I do since then?  Therefore what is such a big miracle that child that is mine's, is believed to be someone else's? Things like this happen all the time.   But instead just tell Paul, he is delusional. Don't even bother to check into it. Who are they reporting to and what are they trying to hide?

 

But if it is God's will, I will win my case for service connected disability from the VA soon and I will have the ability to pay people to find out things for me, because that is what they do for a living.  Private investigators are not that expensive to hire and they are located nationwide.  So it would be best to fess up now if we are hiding something. If  not save me the $10,000. Hell once I settle, to make it interesting, if I am wrong, I will give it to her.  If she is not my child, I will pay her $10,000 for the information, but if she is, I will give her much more in the world, which is about to be handed over to me.

 

I do not want anything from Keba, she was not raised by me, she doesn't even know me yet, but being the wisest man on earth and her biological father she should want to get to know me. Understand why I was never there.  A small price to pay considering. I just want to find out who she is and if she checks out, place her in my will and help her get on her feet.  I hear she does hair, maybe we can buy her a beauty parlor down here.  Because she deserves her birthrights, which is way beyond what I have planned for the Hilton's. But instead people want to threaten me and punk me calling delusional and crazy. Yet nothing I presented in the past couple of weeks are delusional or cannot be proven with a little effort. And because I am low on cash and have been for awhile,  people got away with just calling me names such as crazy and deranged to include my own family who is on the top of the list.  Doing this without empirical data or fact to back them up. They just give less than a damn about me.  And their true color are now showing.

 

However, after going to the hospital this last time due the unconstitutional use of the Baker Act. It was determined that after over 25 years of being medicated the VA they could not ever change how I think (there is not documented evidence that medication works for me, but it factual data showing the pills are making physically sick) and it is my constitutional right to be delusional as many great minds that have come before mankind were also called such terms and worst only because the masses could not understand them.  They were before their time!

 

It was established that I can think whatever I think as long as it doesn't pose a threat to myself or others. I can express these thoughts due to my rights of freedom of speech and can create my own religion based on my rights to practice of religion and the separation of church and state.  Meaning as long as our religious order never owns anything, in reality we are not even subject to the law of the state or union as long as it doesn't pose a threat to people.

 

I cannot do human sacrifices, but I can practice the culture we believe will be productive in building black unity to include polygamous community relationships that can be documented as contract agreements having intangible value as a copyright, but never being registered with the County and therefore never being established as a marriage based on state law, but still a marriage based on our religious rights, whereby the contractual agreement is still enforceable in court, but based on the actual agreement and not any marriage laws of mankind.  But ask everyone. Paul is crazy and everything else that is negative. What people fail to realize is marriage is supposed to be between man and God, but a marriage contract registered with the state, is defined by the government and not God or the religious order that established this union.
