Our purpose is the defense of this so-called Jewish Defense fund. First of all, we all know the Israel story and the term Jew is a lie. Therefore this operation is not just, but is an act of aggression against black people. It is game to stay over us.

We know they have been running this current operation for about 20 years or about $200,000,000,000 per year stolen, due to this extortion scheme headed by the legal profession in entertainment. Why? Because they are greedy!

Therefore based on the theory of the parable of the tenants, they owe us at least $200 Billion  x 20 or $4 Trillion.  The order of Zews allows us to create ideologies based on facts and not fiction, but not directed at any one person.  In other words, Lucifer has the authority now, to kidnap a billionaire, lock him up in an undisclosed location, make him  pay ransom until we get our $4 trillion back plus interest.  If he don't pay, he is never be seen again, if he do pay, he can talk to the FBI when we have legal representation their to assist him, as to whose idea is this anyway.  

This is an operation whereby, nobody takes responsibility and it gets out of control by design, unless I say stop to Lucifer who will let the Hebrews know, hey stop picking on those people, enough is enough. They can pay and stay here in America or they move back to whoever is pulling their strings.  But if I gave them $1, I expect $10 back. They plan to come to me empty handed with a bunch of problems and think they are safe.

Our Response to the Jewish Defense League:

Stop pretending they are Jews and they will stop paying on our intelligence. The Jewish Defense League is not a 501 5 3 organization. How they control assets must be found out, Because such an establishment cannot own anything, not even their own records.

I think they are what I setup with this letter to City Hall and it is established and will give you a new set of arsenals. This letter establishes the Order of the Zews. It is an ideology. I set it up to insure I always had a voice even if I do not have a dime. Some guy gave me this idea.  He was probably one of the damn League members because who thinks like this?

I hereby practice my first amendment rights and hereby establish "the Order of the Zews," which is the only true religion on the face of the earth that doesn't praise God in a name Satan created that all of mankind would praise him.  We are the only good choice, all of Satan's offers are a bunch of bad choices for those who have ears and understand who is the Mark of the Beast.  This is the actual choice between good and evil.

Our religion is based on the teachings delivered by Rev. Frank Paul Jones through the spirit of Apostle Paul Castellano, who will be given a new name among his new flock.  This coupled with factual information about the history of the African American Slaves  and our journey in America to include the many unknown covert activities that took place since I came on to the scene, which I will reveal.  And the emancipation of the African American Slaves, whom we believe is the ultimate purpose of the second coming of the Lord or the fulfilling of bible prophesy. Thereby ending an unjust ruler's rein on earth based on racism, evil deceptive practices and false teachings that will lead to the destruction of mankind.   And we will be replacing this unjust ruler with a just ruler ship and teach true enlightenment.

Our location of establishment at 923 South A Avenue, Avon Park, FL. 33825 which is owned by the National Community Network, INC.  And as the agent of this property and President and CEO of this non profit organization, I hereby grant The Order of the Zews all the privileges as if they were also co-owners of said property, thereby giving them a home but without any documentation or legal ownership.

Though the Order of the Zews are not bound to ownership of any building, any car or any property but we can congregate in a place of worship anywhere within lawful boundaries and local ordinances, thereby extending our rights to all who practice our religious principles the right to congregate without any government oversight or accountability.  Wherever we practice our religion or for example preach, there is no requirement for us to do any documentation of our events as longs as all transaction are done with cash only. 

The words of Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

And in the tradition of the true meaning of separation of church and state, we as a religious order will never own anything and therefore will never be required to register at any level of government, yet will have all the rights and privileges of any other religious organization or order. In other words we will exist as a relationship between us and God, however we will not exist in any documentation owned by us or have any ties to or with the government of the United States in any form or fashion. And therefore are not required to answer to the government concerning any of our religious principles, matters or gatherings.

For example, we can practice polygamy once we design or laws of marriage among us, as long as we do not register our records of marriage at the county as an official marriage registered record, thereby defining marriage based on state constitution.  However, while we can maintain records, we cannot own these records, but is allowed to have an administrator who does own this property as intangible or copyrightable material, thereby recording whatever agreements establishing any unions and placing it on record, but not owned by the religious order. While recorded at the library of Congress as a historical document of an agreement between competent agents, is not a legal registration recognizable by state government and not a legal marriage in that sense as recognized by state government making one bond to government rules and controls and not as it was intended, an agreement between a union. But it just as or even more clearly legally binding with all the benefits agreed upon and is a legally enforceable agreement in any court, but can never constitute polygamy by state law standards in any state in the nation.

As intended by the first amendment of the United States Constitution. As long as we do not own anything or put anything in our name, we are not required to register as a religious organization with any authority be it federal, state or local government. However as a religious order we innately have all the rights and privileges of a religion based on our relationship with God regardless to our lack of documentation. Because it was made very clear by Thomas Jefferson as to the intent of the first amendment, which is that that all religions are an established relationship between the individual and God only and government has no place in this.

Meaning we can enjoy all the privileges of a church to include spreading the word, accepting cash donations not requiring any banking transactions, serving the poor with this money and congregating as a unified religious body.  As long as we never put anything in our name. 

There is not place we cannot congregate as a religious order under the United States Constitution and the first Amendment. And never do we have to explain anything we do to the government, as long as we own nothing to include the collections or number who attended our event, as long as we do not pose a threat to ourselves or others.  While the National Community Network, INC., as a 501 c 3 public charity do have rights as a non profit public charity without any religious affiliation, we can act the legal administrators over funding received and passed on to us from any church to include the Order of the Zews without explaining as to how they got it, due to the fact that the purpose of serving God is to be charitable in private. 

The Order of the Zews is hereby established as of the birth date of our promised savior who has came in the name of Apostle Paul Castellano, is effective since 4 March 1959 or as we see it as the beginning of a new calendar and the birth date of the Son of Man and King of the Zews, King of Kings and Lord of Lords.  His place on the throne is perpetual.

The objective is to redirect the world from being profit making oriented to problem solving oriented.  My argument is we won the economic war and therefore control the world's assets and therefore making money isn't any longer the objective, if the cost of earning money only means continued world chaos, corruption and confusion. Satan will get an offer he cannot refuse or be eliminated one after another until his remaining flock see things our way.  These are real people with real faces and not some spook, nor I AM some type of spook.  And if I get tired of playing games with them, I can have to killed, whacked or assassinated, they can choose there term of demise.  So let us not get it twisted, because I will  not allow them to continue to cost me money in constant repairs, rebuilding nations he caused to be destroyed based on lies mankind has adopted into their governance and false religion and therefore their behavior.

What my nation of Zews must understand, so that there is no jealousy in the order of how I decided to settle these matters is that, because we are talking about a budget of $500 Billion per year for several years, plus control over the healthcare industry throughout the world which would be in full effect much before this national debt is paid off, whereby at least 25% of the profits go towards solving problems in the world through charity, because I made all the money I can basically spend on personal assets. Whatever $400 Billion can buy, I can symbolically own as my personal asset, but make no mistake it all belongs to me.  But all my earner must go to charity as well as John J. Gotti and anyone who reaches the $100 Billion club.

The Mafia was under the ruler ship and organization of the National Crime Syndicate.  The Illuminati ruled over this and it was organized or its grand architect was the Jews who is over the National Crime Syndicate.  Who are the Illuminati Chosen people to do exactly these types of things.  Understand that therefore the Mafia was designed based on racism.  They were less than house niggers to their Master, because the house niggers was the Jews who created their racist agenda and governance.  The code behind them (The Commission) was that they had to pass for white to become a made man and had to oppress black people and/or people of color.

The Illuminati came in different ways, as corrupt politicians, false religions such as the Roman Catholic Church whom we support for many years, I guess now its the Drug Cartels turn to use them to launder money. We have to settle this drug war also, because the Mexican GDP is about $2 Trillion and I believe the end of the drug war will resurface at lease $1 trillion in probably cash money hidden in walls.  And  we will be able to control the supplies allowed to be distributed from the supply end, instead of playing bullshit games playing crime fighters at the cost of  $51 Billion per year and the disproportionate incarceration of black people.  The war on drugs is a lie and the only solution is to deal with this as a health crisis, we must decrease the demand, by increasing the prices through the control of the supply line and by restoring the hope of the hopeless and poor by eliminating poverty worldwide and it begins with universal healthcare

Their (The national Syndicate) error was as long as the Mafia oppressed blacks, paid the corrupt politicians, funded false religions and paid their legal fees associated with constant court cases, it seemed all good to the Devil.  But every dime he did not get back or was made by the Gambino Crime Family was invested through my ability to control the course of history, always placing us in position to make huge profits because I created most of the trends and therefore as we always made big money, it seemed that Satan always go in late and lost a bunch of money.  You can call this insider trading, but if they do not settle, what is going to establish a far playing field for humanity?

You had the S&L Scandal, the Technology boom and burst and government bailouts, to the point they went broke and so did the United States Government who ended up in debt to us, but didn't know it.  The Mafia represented our investment capital and they had to punish the black community to keep the National Crime Syndicate from being aware of their true loyalty to us. This mission would have been impossible to accomplish using black people upfront, because they would have shut it down, because they would have saw this coming. But many black people worked for me from the beginning and as we progress as in the Crips and is now being rewarded in the first settlement.

Therefore, I feel it is my duty to first settle with those who made this possible and have been loyal to me from the beginning.  And the blessings will trickle down, because our long term assets are basically only limited to man's duty to God.  We control life or death!  I can take us as far as we are willing to go and for as long as I am willing to do it.  Loyalty motivate me!  Loyalty is the true meaning of the respect required by me.  And those I named first demonstrated what can be done by those who are loyal to me. 1: I want my blood tested against the AIDS/HIV Virus.  What you will find is my blood fights off the virus, which is the key to finding a cure.

 

The people I informed to create financial interest:

 

A: The Bill and Melinda Gate Foundation

B: The Magic Johnson Foundation

C: amfar - Foundation for AIDS Research

D: Oprah Winfrey

 

This will force at least a consideration as to my creating the AIDS virus during the winter of 1976-77.  And at a minimum it will require an AIDS Research Facility placed in Highlands County and I being well compensated, not only for this, but for all the years I work for the United States Government.  This would then be assumed do to this discovery.  Because I am the only person on the planet whose blood will fight off the virus that causes AIDS/HIV.

 

2: Please confirm or disproved that I performed the first successful testicle transplant in 1969 at age 10.  I caused Tyler Brooks to lose both his testicles due to a bicycle accident.  Then my mother instructed me to correct it.  I place one of Richard Starks testicles into his first cousin Tyler Brooks.  The proof is the DNA of Tyler Brooks one testicle is of Richard Starks and the level of healing process will determine when it was done. They are both from the Queensbridge Projects and should be easily to locate.

 

Richard Starks was raised in 41-01 10th street.

Tyler Brooks was raise on the 41st Avenue and Vernon Blvd, which is a across the street form 10th street.

 

What this will proves is that at about age of 10, I was about 32 years ahead of mankind in medical technology sector.  Mankind did not accomplish a successful testicle transplant that produced a child until 2001.  This not only proves I am the wisest man in the world at 10 years old, but that I may even be as much as 100 years advanced mankind in technological intelligence.  This brings to question what else have I done since age 11 to 55.

 

Also this brings into question as to what my capacity and security level were while in the military. It brings in to concern our national security, because you would have to assume that if I am the wisest man on earth, there could not have been anyone in the military or scientific community would could have been more competent on nation al security issues or weapons technology and design.  Therefore you would have to at least give me the benefit of the doubt or a preponderance of evidence that I really designed Star Wars Technology during my enlistment between 1981-84.  That was my mission.

 

This make sense of something that made my case not considerable.  The basis of consideration is in this paragraph.

Now at 55 years of age which is the age to retire a CIA operative, I will begin a new mission of space exploration, which is another story.  But we plan to pay the national debt, thereby becoming the nation sole creditor and thereby receive the interest payments, which will be used for America, but under our management.  We are talking a $500B annual budget.

 

This is to establish my insanity defense, not solely or at all based on delusions which may be of national security decision, but the real reason for my insanity defense is the nature of my duties. For example when I went AWOL I had to be in New York City for an important Gambino Crime Family Meeting, that determined Big Paul Castellano demise.  Note my enlistment into the Army was a Gambino and  Government agreement, so both had to be honored.  I had to do compulsive things and well, things that may not have seemed of rational thinking to be able to act at both capacities of Paul Castellano your spy and Spec. 4 Frank Paul Jones a normal GI.  For example I had to get drunk the day before to have a blackout to not know what I was made to do that night.  And they violated me using drugs and had me raped.  This wasn't an act of lust and was done to break me and since it really did cause me to modify my behavior.  The problem the VA and government has deal with is the separation of Frank Paul Jones and Paul Castellano.  You are not required to compensated Paul Castellano, you are required to compensate Frank Paul Jones, because without my body or his temple, he cannot exist.  And the person who endured the pain and suffering that went with these conditions as a covert operative wasn't Paul Castellano, but Frank Paul Jones, who should be duly recognized as an American hero.  And for this reason, my third discharge must be upgraded and I must receive a presidential pardon.  Because Paul Castellano is God, he is above the law, but everything he did was done by Frank Paul Jones, who is not above the law and therefore must be pardoned or the United States would have to duly recognize me in the United States Constitution is the one and only living God, to place me above the law. I must receive a presidential pardon.

 

As for my money.  I want 100% retroactive back to 1989, when  I first applied. That would be 25 years times $33,936 - 20% legal fees. $678,720 and upgrade my third discharge to medical based on me becoming insane.

I know my timeline to the degree of what accomplishments must be made for me to fulfill my mission within the lifetime of mankind, being the promise is 70 years. Every great plan has gates based on (and/or) based on (if). 

 

The government will begin to compensate me in a timely manner, first by approving my service connected case, then verifying publicly the findings of my blood against the AIDS/HIV virus and how it fights it off, upgrade my third discharge, grant me a presidential pardon, fund my non profit organization with AIDS related research funding in the billions thru Bill and Melinda Gate Foundation, compensate my children (Keba) as dependence since birth due and due to the nature of my duty to country make it lucrative and accept my offer to pay the national debt in full becoming the nations sole creditor now and in the future by constitutional law.

 

You cannot decide the order and it all should happen quickly, but my VA service connection decision is the first decision that must be officially made.  And a no answer will not receive an appeal but a decision based on (or), because it disrupts my timeline.  Therefore I have to weigh what is my other options without government support or recognition. That answer will be based on something John J. Gotti told me that I said I did not want to do.  Honestly, I thought he was trying to whack me.  Though I believe I am protected against any intruder to include him, I am not sure if I am protected from myself.  But I need to know is if this is true if they decide on the answer no.

 

I was told that then I will place a gun to my head and try to kill myself, but the gun will not go off and then I will know for sure who I AM.  If the government denies me this time, based on my timeline this has to be put to the test.  Why? Because the rules to this mission was that "I could say anything I want to say as long as I do not act on it."  But everything would be done by the law.  Then when I announced the good news (we are the Zews, I am the King) I got Baker Act and now they are trying to silence me.  I was ask how do you know all these things?  then it was suggested to consider forgetting everything.   I said maybe I am the matrix, but I rather suffer than believe the lie the world have been bamboozled into accepting as reality, whereby the world is one big fantasy.  People kill everyday based on a foundation of lies.  This is a lost world.

 

I need to know my capabilities for sure to make my next move and I will never know until I attempt suicide by handgun.  If I cannot die and I believe they know it and that is why they will never try to have me killed. I am unstoppable.  If it comes to this due to a denial by the VA, which means the government never plans to settle with me. I will put John J. Gotti words to the test. If I die, he set me up and if not America is about to catch pure hell. Because on that day I will become judge and jury and take whatever I want whenever I want it, from whoever I want to take it from and kill anyone who gets in my way and have killed whoever I please and hope someone comes to try and stop me.  If I die, I will just be one more stupid nigger who will soon be forgotten but gladly out of his misery.  My sister Egeria promised my death is peaceful, she died and came back to tell us about death.  I believe that is what she wanted.  As for me they can burn my body! I know we can deliver the transfer of a significant amount the National Debt or establish the ability to loan out as much as $18T.  We probably can do much more, but this is my arrangement with government in insure what just happened never happens again. This government successful gave away America and I graciously accepted it.  Now to have it handed back to them certain conditions must be met.

 

By having America owe our bank the amount of the National Debt by transferring these debts to us, we will thereby require to receive interest payments.  I think by the government increasing the money set aside for the interest payments on our debts from 7% to 10%, this nation will have thereby paid into a policy that insures every American is covered but based on how we decide to do this without government interferences because these will be debts being paid and not charity and donations. .  Therefore instead of losing 7% of your budget to a debt you can never pay, you will have gained that 7% back into the budget and will also redirect 3% more.

 

However, there are a lot of areas that will change how they do business and require less money to continue being run these departments, while actually creating more jobs and opportunities to help people go beyond the essentials of life.  Social Security will almost cease to exist and/or become a disability system.  I do not plan to retire  people based on age anymore, because 125 years of age in about 20 years can be today's 55 years of age.  I cannot afford for people to be laid back for that long.  "You don't work you don't eat!"  I am sorry but my idea of heaven and heavenly thing, is not a bunch of lazy people in mansions like their old slave master had, not doing anything but yelling praise.  No!  In fact our job will have just begun

 

Unemployment will be greatly reduced because our economy will not be solely capitalistic and our valuation of things will be calculated differently.  We will value land foremost and the production processes placed within communities and the harvesting of land, education and the quality or ability of the local workforce.  Being our economy will be best on building a better world and not constant huge profits to the investors. And for this reason there will be an international law, assuring nobody has more money than me and I do not have to have $200 billion, but nobody has as much money as me.

 

Healthcare, we can reduce in half, through advanced technology and the release of cures to certain diseases.  The government is being conned by the pharmaceutical industry.  First of all they are really incompetent and they are trying to play God, but is playing Satan, meaning they have too many limits.  They stopped curing diseases since the polio vaccine.  Now everybody has to take 5 to even 10 pills per day, first for the illness and then for all the side effects.  For 25% of all pharmaceuticals we create, I can easily reduce the cost of healthcare by 50%.

 

I would require however a larger government budget, because a lot of my men and women will require federal recognition and authority and therefore be federal employee positions. For example the Federalized Crips, will be our law enforcement wing.  Because I know who is who, if they screw up they will be picked up and placed on our Federal Prison to be located in Florida. But the government budget is only 1% and to increasing it to 3%, while reducing spending in these other major areas will actually create much smaller government by as much as 20% to 30%.
