FDA THC Prescription Establishment:

I call on the Crips the Bloods, the Six Families of New York City and the Nation of Islam, to insure that prescriptions for this FDA approved drug is filled nationwide today. It will open a Pandora box that guarantees us victory and the destruction of corrupt government worldwide. For America will be emancipated. Getting this prescription filled, must be dome by you'll and not the President. To him it is legally a conflict of interest, but will empower him to do many good things. So do not leave him hanging. Have these prescriptions filled by any mines necessary.

The first prescription for MARINOL® as a sedative under the already approval by the FDA. This will end the drug war, by eliminating the demand for marijuana. 

• It will allow people with Medicaid and any health insurance access to the FDA approved drug.
• Force the FDA to complete it's research on marijuana as a medication to include CDC.
• Force the government to release all disenfranchised people from prison who got a non violent marijuana offense. Giving them their voting rights back, compensation for false imprisonment and will end the need for most Mexicans to emigrate to America.  And allows America to settle with the Drug Cartel to end this war forever.

Then we address emigration and programs for the poor under the Presidents Leadership Foundation.  All we need is the first prescription signed  and filled and made known to the public.  The reason it is so hard, is the pharmaceuticals industry will stop it this happening. This is the great conspiracy behind the "Fall of America."  This miracle drug never reaching the shelves in drug stores. Marijuana will save our nation from destruction due to our healthcare system being controlled by Germany.

It is that simple, but also may be that hard to do, All it takes is one Psychiatrist with an MD to write it and perhaps Wal-Mart to fill this historical prescription.

2: Under such Authority I request an Executive Order by The President of the United States to be allowed Fast Track Drugs based on the discretion of the based on this U.N. Security Council decision and based on the laws as they are written.

Based on the FDA Development and Approval Process as it is written clearly allows me as the President of the United States to allow FDA drugs not yet approved, to be used in Africa to the combat this Ebola Outbreak and any other future outbreak. And the authority to make government contracts with organizations and businesses, to address these problems now and in the future.

Authorization for Limited Use of Secret Weaponry:

I hereby grant president Barack Obama limited use of weather control systems. That can produce manmade weather disasters as well as simply things like droughts.

I hereby grant president Barack Obama limited use of advance biological weaponry, to include rain delivered viruses.

Thereby giving our nation the ability to retaliate in the name of God, against any nation who intentional inflicts harm on us, with Presidential plausible denial.
