Housing Complex Purchase

Once the world knows who I AM. Certain locations are going to have a
different historical significance. I was
born in Elmhurst Hospital
in Queens, but I was raised in the Queensbridge Projects, in Long Island City , New York . Queensbridge like Avon Park , FL
is prime real estate. Queensbridge is
one of the best locations in New York
City .
It is located a block away from the Queens Bridge or 59th Street Bridge,
which places you on 59th street
in Manhattan . From the projects you have an excellent view
of Manhattan . The location is priceless and somewhat under
developed, because it once was a location where a bunch of factories were
located. Meaning it is ready for
development in the immediate surrounding areas.
Whatever amount of apartments in Queensbridge, I will
finance the development in New York City and here
in Avon Park , at least twice as many apartment
capacities and homes. Therefore those who do not qualify for the New Queensbridge, will have a choice of the same housing arrangements in either New York City or Avon Park Florida, both areas will be redeveloped. Then I will
demolish every building in the Queensbridge Projects with the exception the
buildings 41-03 and 41-04 10th
street .
These are the two buildings I lived in and there preservation is
necessary for historical relevance that we all never forget where we came from.
I will build a new community on those 6 square blocks, which
will be like condominiums. How tall and how many apartments and parking spaces and
so forth has to be decided. I am talking about a beautiful complex, well
structured to last and with all the necessary security features.
Along with this will come programs to develop the people who
will live here to be able to be an asset to self, community and nation. We will open credit lines to good business
plans and help insure there successes. This
is my gift to my friends and family up North.
I will not charge for the apartments, but all applicants must
demonstrate their ability to maintain these apartments. And there will be rules
and regulations to live there and how vacant apartments are filled, fees required monthly for services and how
it is owned condo verse coop. I will be
a gated community.
