We would like to purchase Herb Club after acquiring ownership of these vacant lots. This put us in a buyers market:

 

The club and restaurant owned by Herbert at 941 South Delaney Avenue is appriased about  $72,000.   However it is losing money and has been for a while and nobody is having any luck running that club and he probably has outlived it use, as he seemed to have removed himself for the nightlife. . I think we can do better once we acquisition these surrounding lots and fence the property off. And attempt to further develop it into a parking lot that would be public or privately owned depending on how the funding is arranged and by who.

 

Plus we need a restaurant to feed our family, friends and associates, which will keep it open and paid for. It will be our family option instead of cooking and serve three meal per day.  Fro simple things like cereal for the kid, to fish and grits on a good day. As a club we can promote our entertainers which will be explain in Gambino Productions which I plan to trademark as a business entity with nationwide recognition and as a restaurant we can sell food, have food events for fund raisers, have community events or even run a soup kitchen on certain day to feed the hungry.

 

I will start negotiations at about $50,000 and have it appraised and is willing to pay $60,000 at most if he adds lot 948 S DELANEY AVE worth $2,500.  And be required to carryout our business venture.

 

A lot depends on the maintenance required to open this place, the process for licensing and so forth.  We have decide what we can do with it, but also take into consideration what he is doing with it.  Just because it is worth more under our management means he gets the profits for our ability manage and have a vision.
