The Disarm System of Black Communities Control

The outcome of weapons checks in public facilities is an important part of civil security, but weapons checks at ones residence is violation to a persons rights to privacy.  A shelter gets at a minimum of $144 per day per bed and it covers food, clothing, shelter, services, hygiene supplies  and transportation.  That is the challenge and it calls for a team of well managed grant writers and money earners and not two bit thieves.  But instead our professionals use this government mentality and become totally money burners and steal in the process, instead of using money, information and volunteerism to make money to be able to deliver these services with quality.  And a shelter i not for everyone, many of the people I see would be better served in a Hotel Environment because they know how to obtain all these services without assistance.

A shelter shouldn't be a public institution, but a temporary residence for people between addresses and they should never be treated as a long term client.  It is my position that security checks at a residential environment is equal to being guilty before innocent.  To use such precaution measures ultimately symbolically castrates the black male and leave whole complexes without any ability to protect ones community from outside invasion.  But they say we must protect you from your neighbor?
