Argument Presented by: Rev. Frank Paul Jones aka Apostle Paul Castellano aka Jesus Christ, whose name is King Jesus Paul Solomon - Black Messiah.

First of all, with the understanding that I did not sign up for this Veterans Affairs bullshit and my argument may pass by this office, but my records are maintained at the Veterans Administration and therefore I do not dignify or recognize these affairs of veterans departments that have no authority over the Veterans Administration.

The Expected outcome is Veterans under the United States Constitution  receive their Constitutionally protected Veterans Benefits and the authorities it represents.

The Veteran is forever because a veteran gained his freedom under the United States Constitution and the only way to take it back is Under the U.S. Constitution and this is hard as hell, such things as treasonous can never maintain veteran statuses, because the United States Veteran is the nations first and last lines of Defense.

Therefore every veteran must have the right to bear arms and no man has the authority to take away a veterans rights to bear arms, not under the United States Constitution.  Therefore a veteran cannot even be branded a convicted criminal, because even if a freeman commits murder and maintains his veterans status, he remains a Freeman regardless.  Because a Veteran won his freedom under the old GI Bill and before made contract with the Untied States of America.

Fact Pattern:

What they did wrong was even more bad on them.  Many Vietnam Veterans got kicked out by these nasty people.  But people think that all that matters is the character of service, when even more important is the contract you signed.

To make a long story short. I joined just when the old Army ended and stayed in only 8 1/2 months.  I got the old GI Bill.  That was the last of real veterans for many people.  These other contracts got stuff in those contracts and many need to red the fine print.  Making people think a Honorable Discharge means something.  But the Vietnam Veterans they dogged them out and kicked them out of the military after drafting them to some crazy war.  Then says hey, you can get your veterans statuses if you accept PTSD therapy, meaning I will give you some money if you say you are crazy and can no longer bear Arms under the Constitutional law of your state.  But a Veteran is a Freeman under the United States Constitution.

Their mistake is Mental Illness never existed, it was a plot by J. Edgar Hoover, to control the masses, to keep the world deceived long enough to overthrow the United States Constitution.  Therefore no Veteran has PTSD or anything associated with mental illness, because a mental illness diagnoses is not based on science, bit only theories and statistics.

I know I had to design this California Constitutional Argument concerning marijuana, because it all comes into play as to the immediacy of rectifying this alarmingly dangerous national security issue.  I be hearing guys in Veteran facilities claiming they are veterans and their MOS is top secret shit they cannot told about.

Now I did it all in the DOD as an Army Solider, but still I can tell you something about 36-K Field Wire-man and 13-F Fire Support Specialist.  Everybody who was in the military knows their MOS, they may not tell you their last four, but how can you tell me you are a veteran and cannot tell me your MOS?

This is the veterans benefit that is was never fully honored.  Every veteran by law has the right to travel anywhere in the union which he please to roam and can never be homeless because his lounging and transportation is already paid for based on the Federal Government and Veterans Union Agreement.  Therefore, how can an employee deny a veteran his benefits, when it is clear that their agreement is contingent to the veterans benefit.

California took the right side of history and took a stand against this unconstitutional war on drugs, manufactured by the President who got impeached.  So I just all these treasonous Presidents can say, "It was Richard Nixon's fault?

Not given veterans THC, after it was approved by the FDA is unconstitutional at best.  And then to deny a veteran his benefits for having THC in his urine still does not prove anything, but he want to a third party to get what you refused to give him under the law that promises all Americans healthcare.
