Queen NaQuila go get the building keys and hire a
clean-up team and make sure my phone line is connected. I need to redirect that
phone-line ASAP, people are going to soon call us.
Queen Janet, you run things as Vice-President, I will
just run you. I need a fence around our property, AC central unit blower
downstairs (3 tons), two window units up-stairs and carpentry, like creating
sections form about 2 or 3 office spaces upstairs and so forth. Turn on the Gas and fill the freezer. John
can continue to keep the grass up, Albert the Maintenance and I want Brenda
Grey to run that chapter once we set this up and we will assign other jobs, but
she will be the first President under the Avon Park Chapter. Purchase about $200,00 insurance.
Queen Tatyana, make sure everyone has a PayPal card and
we need someone to do our accounting and I am betting on you.
Queen ilyasah is the Treasurer, I think I design the Treasurer
to maintain all our day to day operations and the CFO is the policies ad things
done in the background.
Both Queen Whitney and Queen Dana are Directors. That means you have to run our programs and
is often the person of contact.
