Retail Business Instructions: I went to Circuit City today, the second time since being here.  They are making no money and have a full staff of kids who know nothing about electronics, but can use computers and a city filled with people with nothing better to do but smoke weed, many cannot read or use computers. But you are in the business of selling this stuff?

Simple Solution: Have customer service at corporation level set-up sales assistant accounts. It will have user friendly advertisement of the products, how they work and product benefit.  Now in this computer store, you took basic education personnel who can explain every product in that store using their assigned laptop.  That only will increase sales 25%.
