The Overthrow
The Constitutional Decree & The Promise Question of Constitutional Decree Is Georgia Squatters Rights Constitutional? Wherefore, the promise of the Union State Constitution under God, is life, liberty and justice to all who obey the Law. Wherefore the right to work, is in fact the right to eat.
Wherefore, the right to work law, is constitutional, it applies universally and certainly worldwide and surely Nationwide. Wherefore, the Constitutionality test is, nothing can be deemed constitutional, if it makes something already constitutional un-constitutional. And it it is deemed constitutional, no local law may supersede union law. Wherefore, the law is reality and not simply an idea. Wherefore God is reality. Wherefore, only God can give life, wherefore, only God can take life and if this is true, only God can insure life. God is the only insurer of life. Wherefore, God is the Law. The 41st Amendment known as the agenda based amendment, is designed to address the current nature of required actions to insure that the promise of the Union State Constitution fulfilled. Wherefore, Hope is the beginning of knowledge for many and Faith is an eternal arrangement with God, wherefore if has faith in God, one has become one in the Father and by nature will supersede the Written Code and by walking by Faith, be under the Spirit Code, in search for the Truth and the Truth is God.
Wherefore the search for the truth is the beginning of knowledge one may find to be the Truth. Wherefore to search for God without preconceived notions my result in Truth. How often have you heard one say, I lost my faith, when due to preconceived notions, they really gave up on false hope or a false god? Georgia Squatters Rights does not include hotels, condominiums, government institutions, certainly not .org charities, wherefore all exempt charity goes to God. But it do include homes and address the presumption of privacy or the 4th Amendment. The presumption of privacy is a locale law, protected by the U.S.C.U.G. Wherefore, the presumption of privacy is
protected by the Union State Constitution and is an issue of the Locale, yet it does not supersede
Union Tier Law or the Union jurisdiction. The REAL ID Act of 2005, is too constitutional. Wherefore, the promise of Life, Liberty and Justice is the fundamental protection of the Law. Hate Crimes is hatred based on preconceived notions and that is clearly an act of lawlessness, when this hatred is targeted at those who obey the Law. This is a form of persecution. Wherefore, Georgia Squatters Rights can address this concern for many who have been persecuted simply for obey the Law by their nature. Wherefore, Field Order #15, is a Union State Decree, wherefore it was drafted in Georgia to be executed in the state of Florida, making it an interstate decree and wherefore a Union State Law. Wherefore, Field Order #15, could not be signed under duress by then Maj. Gen Sherman, because it was his duty assignment, by someone of higher military authority.
Wherefore, to make that argument is to claim he was treasonous against the Union. Wherefore, by the nature of Field Order #15, it grants duel citizenship to all the persons who were protected by this military and constitutional decree. Wherefore, the Declaration of Independence was a separation agreement and Roe v. Wade, made it clear, marriage is unconstitutional, by rational deduction, Filed Order #15, was a restraining order. And the annulment of Article 6 of the U.S.C.U.G., a final decree. Wherefore, as the Apostle Paul was said to have written, I AM unmarried. An Annulment is as if the marriage never existed. The is no statute of limitations to fraud, there is no statute of limitations to murder and there is no settlement in a marriage annulled, There is no alimony and God’s children are those who obey God. Yes, under the Oversight of G.O.T.A., and under the guidelines of D.O.E. Art. 441-Y,
Georgia Squatters Rights is constitutional in Locale 31 and Locale 32 and all territories of protection of the Protected Group under the file D.O.J. #3704895. Wherefore, the Georgia Squatters Rights, clearly addresses the concern and the Promise of the Union State Constitution, life Liberty and Justice to those who obey the Law and the Law is God.
The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms and was adopted on December 15, 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights.[1][2][3][4] The Supreme Court ruled in the 2008 Heller decision that the right belongs to individuals in their homes for self-defense.[5][6][7] while also ruling that the right is not unlimited and does not prohibit long-standing bans from the possession "of firearms by felons or the mentally ill" of firearms or similar devices.[8][9] Prior to Heller, the Court had affirmed only a collective right to own guns for military service, not an individual right. State and local governments are limited to the same extent as the federal government from infringing this right.[10]
The Second Amendment was based partially on the right to keep and bear arms in English common law and was influenced by the English Bill of Rights of 1689. Sir William Blackstone described this right as an auxiliary right, supporting the natural rights of self-defense and resistance to oppression, and the civic duty to act in concert in defense of the state.[11]
While both James Monroe and John Adams supported the Constitution being ratified, its most influential framer was James Madison. In Federalist No. 46, Madison wrote how a federal army could be kept in check by state militias, "a standing army ... would be opposed [by] a militia." He argued that state militias "would be able to repel the danger" of a federal army, "It may well be doubted, whether a militia thus circumstanced could ever be conquered by such a proportion of regular troops." He contrasted the federal government of the United States to the European kingdoms, which he described as "afraid to trust the people with arms," and assured that "the existence of subordinate governments ... forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition".[12][13]
By January 1788, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia and Connecticut ratified the Constitution without insisting upon amendments. Several amendments were proposed, but were not adopted at the time the Constitution was ratified. For example, the Pennsylvania convention debated fifteen amendments, one of which concerned the right of the people to be armed, another with the militia. The Massachusetts convention also ratified the Constitution with an attached list of proposed amendments. In the end, the ratification convention was so evenly divided between those for and against the Constitution that the federalists agreed to the Bill of Rights to assure ratification.
In United States v. Cruikshank (1876), the Supreme Court ruled that, "The right to bear arms is not granted by the Constitution; neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence. The Second Amendments [sic] means no more than that it shall not be infringed by Congress, and has no other effect than to restrict the powers of the National Government."[14] In United States v. Miller (1939), the Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment did not protect weapon types not having a "reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well regulated militia."[15][16]
In the twenty-first century, the amendment has been subjected to renewed academic inquiry and judicial interest.[16] In District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), the Supreme Court handed down a landmark decision that held the amendment protects an individual's right to keep a gun at home for self-defense.[17][18] This was the first time the Court had ruled that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual's right to own a gun.[19][20][18] In McDonald v. Chicago (2010), the Court clarified that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment incorporated the Second Amendment against state and local governments.[21] In Caetano v. Massachusetts (2016), the Supreme Court reiterated its earlier rulings that "the Second Amendment extends, prima facie, to all instruments that constitute bearable arms, even those that were not in existence at the time of the founding" and that its protection is not limited to "only those weapons useful in warfare."
The Salvation Army claims to be Foreign owned and is a Paramilitary Militia
The Duty of the people is to bear arms to defend ourselves against any foreign owned paramilitary militia, wherefore they control the Civil service, the judges, the police, the correctional officers, wherefore lawlessness is over the law. Unconstitutional

The Salvation Army is a Protestant Christian church and an international charitable organisation. Their mission statement reads:
The organisation reports a worldwide membership of over 1.7 million,[2] consisting of soldiers, officers and adherents collectively known as Salvationists. Its founders sought to bring salvation to the poor, destitute, and hungry by meeting both their "physical and spiritual needs". It is present in 131 countries,[3] running charity shops, operating shelters for the homeless and disaster relief and humanitarian aid to developing countries.
The theology of the Salvation Army is derived from that of Methodism, although it is distinctive in institution and practice. It does not celebrate the rite of Baptism and Holy Communion. The Army's doctrine is typical of holiness churches in the Wesleyan-Arminian tradition. The Army's purposes are "the advancement of the Christian religion ... of education, the relief of poverty, and other charitable objects beneficial to society or the community of mankind as a whole".[4]
The Army was founded in 1865 in London by one-time Methodist circuit-preacher William Booth and his wife Catherine as the East London Christian Mission, and can trace its origins to the Blind Beggar tavern. In 1878 Booth reorganised the mission, becoming its first General and introducing the military structure which has been retained as a matter of tradition.[5] Its highest priority is its Christian principles. The current international leader of The Salvation Army and chief executive officer (CEO) is General Brian Peddle, who was elected by the High Council of The Salvation Army on 3 August 2018.[6] A peculiarity of it is that it gives its clergy titles of military ranks such as "lieutenant" or "major".
The Salvation Army and the LGBT Community
I have two receipts for a total of $21. The cost for a homeless hate crimes victim is $7 per day. Now I have no money basically and no where to stay. And for breakfast we often get a bowl of cereal? But look at all the wonderful things they do for people who do not even qualify under Field Order #15 and the REAL ID of 2005. This is a hate crime. Persecution of those who obey the law.Links
