James Wingfield to takeover the duties of logistics and supplies.  And without any disciplinary actions, I hereby reduce Lt. Gen Wright to Brig. Gen. Wright to oversee MAC - AAFES.  Lt. Gen. J. Wingfield first major duty assignment is to take control of the O.I.G. in Augusta to begin  transition and movement into facility and Brig Gen. P. Wright to take control of and oversee the James Brown arena and the administrative office building of Jesus Christ, INC, formerly the James Brown office building now occupied by a veterans state agency. State Agencies over Union tier properties are unconstitutional  as is State rights.
