The concern with persons of higher learning degrees of competency, is their intent and Accountability for decision and the conference of those who sought after professional help and assistance.
So help me God, placing the Constitution under God and reality is in Jesus Christ, in order to insure decisions by practitioner of higher learning, all must make an oath to this Union in the name of the living God, wherefore, Jesus Christ and Chaka Zulu are synonymous.
It is unconstitutional to swear under oath, wherefore, ignorance is no excuse under the law, you cannot commit perjury or lie under oath to tell the truth.
In the case of medicine, if a doctor tell you prior to surgery, you have a 50% to 50% odds of full recovery, this is a philosophy or PHd and not a science. And for a consumer to be protected, such person must make an oath to this Union in the name of God and by doing so, will be hell accountable for his actions and the consumer on the other end is wherefore given recourse actions if deemed the service was not professional and under the guidelines of the oath of professional practice, places the professional service actors under the law of integrety.
