Because what you are about to find out is that there is no going forward without me, if I am correct. If not, I just assume enjoy my enhanced quality of life, create music and blog. But if I am right a few things will have to be decided on. You concern is;

 

Where does this AIDS research take place? And how much money will be pumped into the local economy as a result of me proving these relevant facts, which will force people to respect and honor me.  And if I bring  money in to this area, you best believe it will be spent properly and not be squandered.

I just realized I almost made a major error by not informing you about relevant information  to support my insanity defense and create a basis to a maximum settlement.

 

I got upset recently and got Baker Act by my psychiatrist, however, I challenged it on the ward as an unconstitutional act and I was right.  Because I never posed a threat to anyone but was only concerned with my financial circumstances and my strong belief that I am the Son of Man.  And for this, I found myself to be the most hated man of earth, I am even hated by my own family because of this.  And after 25 years on medications, it never left, but the side effects from these medications are causing me physical illnesses, such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and erectile dysfunction.  So do I keep taking this stuff and kill myself young or demand respect as a human being with a belief that is protected by the United States Constitution.

 

Anyway I need a blood test to prove two important facts, that will help prove my insanity defense as I explained it should be presented

 

1: I discovered I have a daughter.  Her name is Keba and she has 6 children and 1 on the way and husband.  I feel the government owes her, because of the nature of my service, I couldn't be a father to her.  And this is her current status!  Proving Keba is my daughter will verify to me that Janet had one also about a month later.  This will tell me I am owed at least my half of the Michael Jackson Estate and that they meant to settle as promised.

 

2: Read this carefully.  I said, I created the AIDS virus in 1976-77. The deal I made was I will do whatever I am told to do as long as it doesn't get me killed.  Under CIA director George H.W. Bush, the orders came down for a incurable disease. I said. I cured AIDS in  1989.  Here is the catch. I never gave them the authority to kill me, therefore the answer to the cure to AIDS is in my blood and always was. I cannot catch AIDS and never could. Have my blood tested against the AIDS virus as far as how it response to the virus in a laboratory environment and not for my status.  Then we will negotiate this information with Bill and Belinda Gates Foundation.  I think the government knew this all along, because I am not delusional and they have been medicating me and testing my blood for 25 years.

 

3: Get my St. Elizabeth Hospital Records from around May 1991, when I got arrested by the Secret Service. It will verify my first diagnosis was bipolar. This was the decision of the White House, who I said I worked for and not the Veteran Administration or Federal Department of Corrections.  They are going by the wrong set of records for my diagnosis and therefore my credibility.

One more important supporting fact that I request a private investigator if necessary, but this should be provable with a basic search on the internet and then making contact by phone with these two men, with so type of proposal to insure they are compensated well.

These two men are first cousins. Around 1969, we were playing and was having a competition of jumping over ramps with our bicycles. Tyler who was a bully, but still a friend challenged me to make a dangerous jump and I succeeded. Then he was forced to a the same challenge and his bike crashed and he lost both of his testicles.

 

My mother made me correct this, because I probably caused it. I did the first human successful testicle transplant placing one of Richard Starks testicles into his first cousin Tyler Brooks.  As a result, they both had normal sex lives, however, Tyler fathered a child who was the recipient and Richard did not father a child who was the donor.  Both testicles have Richard Starks DNA and that is the proof.

 

I think Richard has the blueprints?  This is proof of my being advance at about 32 years at 11 years old, over all of mankind in the scientific community.  Once we prove this, they will have to start taking me much more seriously and I think the information about these two men lives is very relevant in this scientific area of research.

 

Simply things like this will defeat any challenge as to my insanity being based on the nature of my duties to this government. And therefore, they owe me my disability compensation, but also the Department of Defense has some compensating to do as well.

 

I am an American hero who is being dishonored. I started working for the government officially in Sep. 1976, when  I was emancipated in to the Armed Forces at 17 years old.  And I should be paid for being on the payroll until current date at a very high Government Employee Rating.

We are coming to the end game. Just because I expressed concern about a 25 year old service connected disability case with the Veterans Affairs, that was decided on in my favor in Washington D.C., but still seems to be moving too slow and argued the fact the first testicle transplant in the world done in 1969 with Richard Starks donor and Tyler Brooks recipient is evidence that I Apostle Paul Castellano do truly exist and the many things I claim I have done has to at least be considered possible, my psychiatrist abused her authority under the Baker Act.  She involuntarily committed me into a psychiatric ward for 3 days and forced me to fight for my constitutional rights to be released, not because I was a threat to myself others, but because she said people might think I am delusional.  The knows people will soon find out I am not delusional at all!

 

The problem is that my diagnosis is a lie. Still everyone has a right to their delusions, as long as they do not pose a threat to themselves or others.  I think a person is delusional for people to think they are going to a heaven pie in the sky with streets paved with gold for eternity for being a do goody-goody. The is retarded!

 

Richard and Tyler, needs to acknowledge what I am saying on Facebook to be retransmitted, that everyone that I AM.  You'll have received your calling.  Because there is power in self knowledge and once the African American Slaves know who they are and acknowledge me as their King, they will have empowered themselves as rulers also.  And I already know, because I was forewarned in the hospital, they are going to try to bribe Richard and Tyler, to continue to deceive the world into believing the so-called Jesus Christ which we now know is name created by Satan is a white man and therefore a prophesy that can never fulfill.  Because how can that be, when I am he?

 

Let me tell you how far these southern so-called Prince Hall Freemasons and Christian slaves have went to destroy me. They molested a little girl years ago at Age 6, knowing my day would come and I would return to this place. Then they mistreated her and abused her sexually and physically. By using mind control that convinced her that I AM the Lord, who molested her, sent her on a path of abuse, to have three children from three different men, not getting the support she deserves and so many other bad things of personal nature. Only because I wanted to defile her body, because I never wanted her from the beginning.  What they did was so convincing, that after I pleaded with her to believe me when I said, "I would never do such a thing to anyone."  And that such a son of man is the son of Satan. Whom she thought I was and loved for my evil deeds against her.  She was still convinced until recently and now she wants to run away.

 

She is a weed, not because she is a bad person, but understand that demon possession is not about evil spirits, but about the confusion of ones mind.  She was made to dsitract me and stop us.

Now I ask who you may ask is this person, but will name her in the book of life only after her request based on her future decisions. Richard Starks and Tyler Brooks, is living proof that I am the wisest man on earth. It proves the existence of Apostle Paul Castellano and how far advanced I AM compared to all the scientist in the world. I did at age 11, what it took them 30 more years to accomplish. I am in negotiation with the National Enquirer. We cam prove our successful testicle transplant done around 1969 by me at 11 years old. Placing us 30 years advance in science compared to all the world.  And remember I was only 11 years old at the time.

 

I feel it would be best to begin our national media campaign by such type media as the National Enquirer.  It will therefore be more socially acceptable by mainstream society not  ready for this and will seem less intimidating and a  threat to current status quo thinking and mentality.

 

Once approved at the White House, who has the ability to deny their knowledge of this, people will be forced to take us seriously. All money earned from this will go towards funding our non profit work, given them (the National Enquirer ) the ability to make tax deductible as a means of payment for a huge opportunity to make an earning.

 

This will drastically change how we do business in the future.  And now the Prince hall Freemasons will recant  that allegation of casting out demons with demons. Because i have what they need.

According to history, the first successful testicle transplant was performed in 1978 and the first successful testicle transplant whereby the recipient fathered a child was in 2001. Richard Starks of the Queensbridge projects who is the first cousin of Tyler Brooks of Queensbridge projects is our first success story.  And Tyler the recipient fathered a child. I was about 10 years old when this happened, it was about 1969 when we did this.

 

I understand why this had to happen now and it was one of my shameful moments in life.  Because I never knew why.  For long time I repressed this one.  There were not many close friends that I did such harm to.  I liked him but he bullied me that day.  We were playing and we would compete at things like jumping our bikes over barriers.   He kind of forced me to make a very dangerous jump and I did it, but then they made him try it and when he tried his bike crashed and he lost both of his testicles. His first cousin was the right match and we successfully replaced one testicle in Tyler and one stayed with Richard.  I misused my powers so it seemed then, but I realize the significance of why this had to happen now.

 

The Illuminati Jews teaches that the soul is in the testicles and by removing them you sell your soul to Satan. There are many people out there now who had their testicles removed in order to serve Satan at high levels of authority. And what they were actually did by going through this process, is removed a key component or their ability to desire as men do. This is how you know a demon. He has no testicles when he gains high authority.

 

This is what they wanted us to believe our Lord and Savior is. They described the actions of a eunuch or someone like the Pope as the Son of Man. He has no sexual desires because he symbolically sold his soul by removing his testicles. However, I never gave anyone them such authority. How can you sell something that is not yours and you don't even possess?  You cannot sell your soul because the spirit belongs to God, but you can let the devil make an ass out of you.

 

Richard Starks was probably the greatest athletic specimen since OJ Simpson. He ran the 100 yard dash with one testicle in him at 10.1 Seconds. And held the record for many years at L.I.C. High School. But he gave up one of his testicles out of the love for his cousin, not knowing the historical significance it will have and is about to just find out.  Because of this his career was stolen before it started, but he might have saved a bunch of fools to ashamed to admit what they did. 

 

Find Richard "Juney" Starks and Tyler Brooks. I think Tyler lost it behind this. I do not know, because I haven't been gone from Queensbridge for a few years. These two man have to be examined and documented and compensated.  And this report must be sent to the Prince Hall Freemasons and figure out how this was done, find the documentation or blueprints.  And they should be properly added to the history books as the first successful testicle transplant and to have a child by the recipient in the world.

It was impetrative that this be reversible. Otherwise there would not have been any defense against mass castration of black males or even mines.
