(B) To ensure that patients and their primary care-givers who obtain and use marijuana for medical purposes upon the recommendation of a physician are not subject to criminal prosecution or sanction.
(C), To encourage the federal and state governments to implement a plan to provide for the safe and affordable distribution of marijuana to all patients in medical need of marijuana.
(2) Nothing in this section shall be construed to supersede legislation prohibiting persons from engaging in conduct that endangers others, nor to condone the diversion of marijuana for nonmedical purposes.
(c) Notwithstanding any other provision of law: no physician in this state shall be punished, or denied any right or privilege, for having recommended marijuana to a patient for medical purposes.
(d) Section 11357, relating to the possession of marijuana, and Section 11358, relating to the cultivation of marijuana, shall not apply to a patient, or to a patient's primary caregiver, who possesses or cultivates marijuana for the personal medical purposes of the patient upon the written or oral recommendation or approval of a physician.
(e) For the purposes of this section, "primary care-giver" means the individual designated by the person exempted under this section who has consistently assumed responsibility for the housing, health, or safety of that person. (Added by 1996 initiative Measure Prop 215 §1, eff.: 11/6/96.)

The idea is to find the best venue within the consumer time zones and do one show per time zone. Every artist will have a different following and will have a different preferred audience based on their fan base. For example, let us take Hip Hop music, a Cash Money Presentation would probably be Texas that would cover also the East Coast or in Florida for the East Coast and in Texas for the Central Time Zone. Whereby a G-Unit Presentation would probably be in New York City the East Coast and perhaps Chicago for a Central Time Zone Performance.
The Super Concerts:
What I am talking about is one live show to cover a whole time zone and now we are talking purses of numbers like $100M per show, for someone like Michael Joseph Jackson, meaning as much or more than $300M for three show that will cover the whole United States during a three day holiday weekend.
By using laser technology we can even advance this even further. However, I will like to introduce this using members of my Queendom and friends. For example Queen of Queens Janet could have a big show and include other Queens to include Queen Elizabeth, whom alone would break concert sales. Queen NaQuila/cut has new material the world needs to hear and I need to work with Queen Tatyana/cut, for what I heard they gave her bubble gum and she wants to also entertain as well, while Queen Latifah can come on as a rapper for all of them. I do not know if any of my other Queens entertain, but the performance is only one part of the production of such big shows.
At the moment we are already prepared to produce time zone wide concerts, that can be carried at a selected venue for example Los Angeles, California on one night, then New York City on the second night and include the Central and Mountain Time zones one for California and one for New York City. This can be done by using a high technology concert hall to include some paid audience at the movie theaters and support by other artist who are going to be a part of this at the actual concerts.
What I am talking about is dancer support for example. For example, one of the things missing in music is new dance creation. At these shows you can have people who are a part of say the Rhythm Nation who will be in the audience showing people and getting people involved by the demonstration of dance or just lighting a lighter on a certain song.
A concert should be exciting and the artist is just the gatherer of the fans, but they have to be there for a reason and not just to see music an watch a performance. It should be a place of sells on merchandise and be creative. Now just overpriced T-Shirts, but real things people can use and often need. If beer is served sell it at a fair price, I wouldn't mind selling weed, but they might burn up my chairs. So if smoking of any sort is allowed, you have to setup somewhere they can get their smoke on.
By having all of these smaller venues under the main umbrella or concert hall, you can have a camera at these movie theaters and do things I shout out the West L.A. or shout out to San Diago, while in Los Angeles and people will see themselves on the screen where they are. The idea is to create a union, whereby you unite many places at one time and get paid for every venue covered in one night.
Each artist has to decide the message they want to get out and the merchandise they want to sell. And my advise is to not just focus on merchandise sales that night, but to gain an interest in the fans so they go to your online sales website. It is not about selling bullshit for one night, people will put to the side and memorabilia, but capturing them long term and getting thier support in whatever your agenda really is.
