Let them supervise paying for these articles already received at $10 per page@100 max, I want good hyperlinks within the system. Can history be copyright?

The history of copyright law starts with early privileges and monopolies granted to printers of books. All other uses require permission and copyright owners can license or permanently transfer or assign their exclusive rights to others.
