This isa FDA approved THC since 2004.  If someone gets this as sedative it ends the war on drugs.  Have no time to explain to those who did not hear me and to this who know what I teach, this is the day everyone should try to get  a prescription. This will be one of my main request and the nature of my trip. Once this happens everything goes into our favor. And everybody will love President Barack Obama and Obama-care will become reality nationwide, because everybody will want a Medicaid and Food Stamp card ASAP. Florida will have no use for Scott, because they will want Obama-care. And yes as Charlie said, he gets to let many non violent offenders out of jail, he will have to pay for for time served and will have to reinstate those who were disenfranchised.  This weekend streamline an agenda for New York City, over the weekend I will design the Presidents Leadership Foundation.  This was something I introduced the President Obama and was introduced by Presidents Bush and Clinton. Neither will run this, they have bigger fish to fry, I will assign this program to the sitting President.

I have to put my support behind Charlie Crist over Rick. Scott  a few reasons.

1: For 5 years I was mistreated in Florida under his watch, that is Rick Scott.  So will it be safe for me to return if he remains in office. This is a national security issue.

2: I know Rick Scott is a crook and he is not working for me. Therefore it is for personal gain.   SB 1030 was a corrupt bill he had written and passed.  His eyes is on the marijuana industry. He plans to monopolize it. He gave all the CBC plants which is the miracle drug in marijuana.  He authorized only five farms out of 7,001 farms in the state of Florida all the license to grow at a minimum 240,000 plants each. We are tailing about  1,250,000 plants that can grow at least 5 to 10 feet.  We are talking about enough of that stuff to control the whole CBC market in the the United States and  being put into a position to be a step ahead of the rest of America in this industry.  If he tries to tax me to hard we might have a problem.

3: He is against Obama-care and for us to distribute of weed, we want to do it by billing Medicaid.  Meaning we can issue high quality marijuana at high prices and just bill Medicaid and the pharmaceutical industry will save a lot of money in the process. Rick's plan is to pimp niggers and make us still but it but from him.

4: I know he has a different plans than us and Charlie is on our team.  Why? The code and challenge.  Charlie plans to give back all non violent offender their rights back.  Rick plan to continue placing them in prison if they sell weed, because he will be the drug dealer in Florida.  But Charlie Crist just told the world, hey, when they legalize marijuana< I will give it to you for free  through Obama-care, free them rom prison and give them their voting rights back. he just told me, he wants to work for us. We are asking about a weed industry worth at least $50 Billion annually. or My 10% equals $5 Billion per year, those who have ear and eye understand the financial implication as to why we cannot risk Scott in State Capital for another 4 years, at this time in history.  I could cost someone like 30% of $50 Billion plus it will grow or $15 Billion per year.  So do you want this to happen?

I can go on and on, but I wrote that man, while I was in the hospital being held hostage illegally and he was with them, so he cannot have that job and survive it for 4 years, because he will anger a lot of people.  Trust me?

I am about to unveil the greatest conspiracy of modern age.  The pharmaceutical industry sole mission is to kill people. Under the order of the Illuminati, the German Reich or who we have come to know as the Nazi party and their goal is to cause people of color to suffer, sometimes slowly, but they do not want people to feel good.  At the same time controlling the world's healthcare system.

The conspiracy is behind marijuana believe it or not.  Long ago the pharmaceutical industry discovered marijuana is a miracle drug, that would revolutionize medical science and thereby drastically reducing the cost of healthcare and therefore their power and influence over the world.

The controlled substance act of 1970 was signed by President Richard Nixon.  Giving the Attorney General the authority to create scheduling for drugs based on certain guidelines.  However without any real evidence or any study, they made marijuana a schedule one drug, meaning it had no medial use, was basically poison to be kept out of Americans hands at all cost to protect our people. 

In June 1971 President Nixon declared a war on drugs.

The DEA was formed by executive order of President Richard Nixon in July 1973, whose mission was to carryout the war on drugs based marijuana which was determined to be a schedule one drug without research or empirical data.  This was un constitutional at best.

Today over 1.5 million people are in prison, 13% of black men have been disenfranchised and cannot vote.

In 2013:  $26.6 Billions was spent on drug control.  With one third spent of treatment and about a little more on law enforcement.  While the DEA handles law enforcement, the medical profession handle the treatment areas, led by non profit organizations.  And rehabilitation is often based on just believing in any higher power?   We call this non religious practices s to say there really isn't a living God?

The DEA job is to run a drug operation, while making these Mexican farmers seem like sophisticated drug smugglers digging all types of tunnels Americans are supposed to believe is done without surveillance from satellites.  And the DEA control all asset held by Cartel leaders, because even if they have accounts in different identities, they can always be killed, put in prison and accounts can be closed at a moments notice and they have no one to complain to.  Can they tell the President about their situation?  While in reality the Americans controlled tunnels are used by the DEA to go in and out as well.  In fact it is the DEA that allowed the Cartels to gain access to bring drug in.  This is why only drugs go through and it is not a national security concern.

Meanwhile the non profit sector controls homeless shelters, rehab centers, mental health facilities and any the treatments paid for by Medicaid and Medicare.  While the mental health profession is loyal to the pharmaceutical industry, the DEA is really our drug distributors, while the Cartels are farmers and other lower level employees.  And black's go to jail and are made unemployable, based on these laws of the DEA or should we say the Attorney General.  This is the job you inherit and most not conceal.  Because the enemy is within, he is the desire for white supremacy. He is the Nazi's, he is the German Reich and his headquarters our the headquarters of Rome is Austria.

The weakness of both systems of extortion is that the DEA is a government agency and therefore certain lifestyles and holdings must meet their pay grades.  There will be a money trial,  And undercover operations requiring lots of money to maintain lifestyles must meet its cost with arrest results.  But mostly poor blacks go to jail.

The Attorney General today is Eric Holder a black man. 

Under: Title 21 United States Code (USC) Controlled Substances Act:

The Attorney General shall, before initiating proceedings under subsection (a) of this section to control a drug or other substance or to remove a drug or other substance entirely from the schedules, and after gathering the necessary data, request from the Secretary a scientific and medical evaluation, and his recommendations, as to whether such drug or other substance should be so controlled or removed as a controlled substance.

Factors determinative of control or removal from schedules

In making any finding under subsection (a) of this section or under subsection (b) of section 812 of this title, the Attorney General shall consider the following factors with respect to each drug or other substance proposed to be controlled or removed from the schedules:

(1) Its actual or relative potential for abuse.

(2) Scientific evidence of its pharmacological effect, if known.

(3) The state of current scientific knowledge regarding the drug or other substance.

(4) Its history and current pattern of abuse.

(5) The scope, duration, and significance of abuse.

(6) What, if any, risk there is to the public health.

(7) Its psychic or physiological dependence liability.

(8) Whether the substance is an immediate precursor of a substance already controlled under this subchapter.

In 2004,  a clinical research was done that was approved by the FDA, Therefore even though the DEA improperly scheduled marijuana as a schedule one drug in 1970 it was proven to be effective for the intent of the research to help people with AIDS and cancer eat, but also unintentional they discovered that its the best possible sedative they have available, it is non addictive and you cannot die from an extreme overdose.

The Drug Cartels work for the DEA, who works for Eric Holder and Eric Holder works for President Barack Obama.  While the non profit is extorting Medicaid and Midicare?  Eric Holder has raise the scheduling of marijuana based on this research to at least 4.  Based on these facts, the Federal Government is going to have to release and/or overturn at least all non violent marijuana convictions since September 2004. The DEA must be dismantled and Eric Holder might have to take the fall to protect President Barack Obama. This conspiracy called the war on drugs and could reach the White House.

Facts:  There are 21 legal medical marijuana states and DC and 5 states pending medical marijuana legalization in 2014.  By 2015 over half the states our the Union, could be  allowed the produce, distributed, sell and use of medical marijuana legally.  Meanwhile, President Obama during his White House Correspondence Diner on  May 3rd, 2014, he jokingly said referring Legalized Recreational Use of Marijuana in the States of Colorado and Washington as a social experiment they are allowing, he said to this effect that, "We are not eavesdropping on people in Washington and Colorado, having stupid conversations over the phone, as a part of our social experiment taking place that we are allowing."

 

How did he know the conversations were stupid?  The NSA? What do you think is really happening?

 

Facts and opinion based on trends: With 2 States allowing recreational marijuana and 25 States allowing medical marijuana to be sold in their States and a Federal Government not enforcing the marijuana drug laws, with the understanding that marijuana is listed as a schedule one drug (one of the most dangerous drugs on the streets) by the DEA.  Compounded by the Attorney General Eric Holder's position to ease up on the sentencing guidelines for non violent drug offenses, what do you really think will be the natural transition or future plans?  We predict that one of President Obama last acts aside from his presidential pardons, will be the signing of legislation to end the prohibition of marijuana in the whole United States. He leaves office in only 970 days on 20 January 2017.  The countdown has begun!

 

My argument is there are no nationally recognized black leaders or investors on the forefront of this serious social issue that is also a serious economic issue.  Our focus as black people seems to be as consumers only, focusing on who will be able to use the drugs to get high, for medical purposes or our plans to never use such a drug as good Christian of sorts. Yet already we have a $40 billion marijuana crop in the United States, which is our most valued crop by far and Gov. Scott of Florida just agreed to sign a bill into law SB 1030 that will allow the State of Florida to grow a marijuana crop worth about $7.5 Billion easy or about 20% of our current total product. 

 

Yet from first glace, his plan doesn't even include black people as potential distributors.  We will not even be able to bid in the State of Florida for a medical marijuana dispensary. Unless we have black owned plant nurseries that was in business for 30 continuous years and can produce at least 240,000 plants, even Oprah Winfrey money is not good in the State Florida as far as marijuana goes, unless she wants to smoke some, under Gov. Scott's watch. So I wonder how many black owned marijuana farms or dispensaries are there in the United States of America. This is something we must start paying attention to. And something wealthy black should concern themselves with. These unfair business practices is a clear cut blackout.

 

Another concern is how they have been deciding on where to place medical marijuana dispensaries and how many can operate in a given State. And the way they are doing it is racially biased, yet I heard not one black voice raise the question as to why and how do they justify this distribution system laws and restrictions.

 

Fact: There are about 1 marijuana dispensaries for every 10 pharmacies in each state.  First of all pharmacies are located were there are people who have health insurance.

 

Fact: 30.4% of Hispanics, 17% of blacks, and 9.9% of whites do not have health insurance. While Hispanics are 17% of the population, black 12% and white about 65%, then when we consider the poverty level of each group, we will be able to determine how many people have private insurance.  Marijuana as a medication is not recognized by any government insurance such as Medicaid, Medicare or Veterans Benefits.  So what is the correlation between how many Pharmacies exist in a given State as a determining factor as to how many medical marijuana dispensaries will be able to open and where they will be placed?

 

While our black leadership is AWOL on these social and economic issues, they are designing a distribution system that will exclude black people as investors other than as a consumer of these drugs. And the tend is gaining momentum from State to State and will become the nationwide policy, if we do not quickly become a part of the process of the legislative creation on marijuana sales and distribution.

 

While they are in all reality addressing a serious social problem, which is that they really cannot afford to continue to fund the enforcement of the prohibition of marijuana anymore, they pitched us a curveball to create a blackout in the legislative intent. They devised a plan to distribute medical marijuana first as a way to determine who can distribute it on these basis, so when it becomes legal by federal law as a recreational drug, the distribution system of marijuana will not include many black people and will be setup.

 

Fact:  Black are about 4 times more likely to get busted for marijuana than whites,  and in proportion to the population the disparity is about 15 times more likely for blacks to get arrested.

 

This is the proper indicator as to where marijuana is being sold to the consumers  and who is selling it to them and how much.  It is not being sold near our neighborhood Walgreen's Pharmacy.  It is being sold by black people in black ghetto communities and little of the money stays in our community and that is the problem.  But somehow the location of pharmacies and not black communities has become the determining factor as to how many and where the legal market will take place. There is something very wrong with this picture. It is clearly a hypocrisy!

 

Marijuana is the biggest and its most valued crop in the United States estimated at about $40 billion and it is about to hit Wall Street as a major commodity, after they divide the distribution licenses among themselves. Its value will at least double in 5 to 10 years upwards and above $80 Billion annually. While blacks are a major influence in this legislative change, it clearly doesn't address the black disposition in the policy decisions. Illegal drugs have destroy our community, so now you legalize it and exclude of in the legal process to determine how it will be controlled and regulated?

 

So I say to our black leadership and investors, wake up and become involved in this nation changing event.  Black leaders with nationwide appeal must open up to these issues creating nationwide social and economic dialog.  People like Rev. Al Sharpton, Rev, Jesse Jackson, Magic Johnson, Min. Louis Farrakhan, Oprah Winfrey, Spike Lee, Sean Combs, Mr. & Mrs. Carter and the many influential black people, must put their money and influence behind this issue to become allowed by law to invest in its distribution.

 

If we do not act soon, we will be once again left behind tomorrow, while owning an urban basketball team for $1,000,000,000. We will be excluded from a multi-billion dollar industry with world wide prospects and future growth. Therefore as the consumers we are, we will be able to smoke our weed and watch basketball, music videos, and comedies, while we  merely dream about making it big pros one day. But merely surviving in America. Because we are not really included the real economic community controlling issues.

 

Conjecture: Aside from someone on a white horse coming out of the sky, black's in America only real hope for black community redevelopment nationwide; as a means of recovery from the many years of this war on drugs, whose frontline was in our communities, is the reinvestment of the profits from marijuana production, distribution and sales made in our State and community. And this can and will only happen if we are involved in the legislative process, while securitizing every decision made, will this happen.
