Fergusson City's Officer Darren Wilson Needs Witness Protection

Fergusson City's  Officer Darren Wilson Needs Witness Protection

By: Rev. Frank Paul Jones aka Apostle Paul Castellano

If you are following my reports on this, you will see that there is a strong possibility that a corruption probe can reach as high as the Governor Jay Nixon and Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer (R), who controls the third district of state of Missouri.  Both seem to gain from this oppressive governance over places like Fergusson City.  Because these are mere tactics to maintain control and stay in office, even when blacks are the majority.

If I am on point, the only reason why Officer Darren Wilson wasn't already arrested is because he is within the inside loop and knows too much. I believe this is a conspiracy that can reach much higher places than Fergusson City and Darren Wilson screwed up and they probably done this type of stuff before in secret.

The FBI should interview him and see if he wants to make a deal, because justice will not be as a result of getting this guy only, but by ending this system of governance that is allowing such a crawl to arrest this man, just proof of the oppression in this city.  He may be the one to reveal the many untouchables as he may have once been in Fergusson City. I think he knows everything and there is a lot to know.  This place political architecture is by design and not chance.

How Many Fergusson Cities & The Abuse of State Rights

How Many Fergusson Cities & The Abuse of State Rights

By: Rev. Frank Paul Jones aka Apostle Paul Castellano

The problem in Fergusson City is the system of governance is obviously corrupt.  How can only 10% of the population represent all the voters in that City.  Founded in 1894 and it was 99% white as early as 1970.  Hell the Police Chief probably never even saw a black man until he was in high school. And what kid of black man will live under such conditions but servants.

Today at about 65% black they have only one black official in the whole city, by having a symbolic seat in the City Council, no blacks on the board of education, 3 blacks out of 53 officers in the police department.

Meanwhile you have Emerson Electric Company located there and company called Express Scripts, the nations largest pharmacy benefits management company who just announced a $56M expansion creating 1,500 new jobs, is right outside Fergusson City.

Yet the unemployment rate is very high for all at about 14% and we can see blacks are blacked out of government employment and I bet there is discrimination in the whole system of employment and as always in the private sector, but all the way up to Workforce Agency or whatever government employment agency the FEDS are funding there.  Meaning I speculate unemployment is three times as high among blacks in Fergusson City.

The school that Michael Johnson graduated from lost its accreditation and like I said not even one black person is on the Board of Education there.   While there is a high school graduation rate of 80% in Fergusson City, it seems to have a high rate of illiteracy based on the political landscape

Black people have no say, because they do not vote.  Why?  This is a federal issue.  You check, but I think it is the 3rd congressional district control by a Republican Blaine Luetkemeyer.

I fund this to be suspicious.  While only 10% of the population is registered to vote, when you go to the Fergusson City Clerk Website , you will finds that to get what should be public information, you must call and request this information, that should be posted.  Things like the party affiliations such as democrat or republican, such be made known to everyone, this like how many people are registered such be posted as well as elections data.  This is a different form of disenfranchisement.  And it seems to go all the way up to the third congressional district held by a republican.    For this continue is to his benefit, because it is this electorate that place him into office.

This is a clear cut example of the abuse of state rights by republicans to oppress black people. I think a federal investigation should begin as a result of what is happening in Fergusson City.  They must understand they will never truly get justice until the system of governance is amended.

How many Fergusson Cities exist around the United States, whereby republicans abuse States rights as a means to stay in power.

Michael Brown's Autopsy Confirms Two to the Head

Michael Brown's Autopsy Confirms Two to the Head

The second autopsy by the private sector by orders of the family lawyer was a wise decision, when you take into account the governance in Fergusson City, Missouri and the possibility of a cover up . It was established that Michael Brown was probably killed execution style and the goal should be to rectify the problem and not just place band aids on the symptoms or effects as a result of an unresolved bigger problem.   They cannot justify this, two shots to the head, after four in his arm and never even using a taser gun to try to stop him if he needed stopping and supposedly he Darren Wilson the officer was so well trained by the Missouri Department of Public Safety. Or is this qualification just used as a means to blackout potential black officers candidates. This makes no sense, unless it was a straight out hit on that boy!

I think the shooting of Michael Brown was an effect of deeper problem. We are talking about a city that for almost 100 years after being established in 1894 had no black population and in the last 40-50 years became 70% black.  Yet the governance consist of only one black person in the whole city in the city council among 5 other whites meaning that vote is being suppressed and is only symbolic.

The voting system further discriminates against black people, because of this there are no black representation in the school board, whereby the schools are not serving the people as they are losing their accreditation.  Note the school where Michael Brown graduated lost its accreditation .  Meanwhile only 10% of the adult population is registered to vote.  Sad!  80% of the adult population has a high school diploma with 14% unemployment while redevelopment is in the works for tat area.  80% high school grads is high in 2014 for a population dominated by black people and the 14% unemployment is probably triple that for blacks there.  And it is obvious they are learning little due to the political landscape there, due to some type disfranchisement that is systematic and must be addressed. This might call for Federal oversight.

It is sad how these black folks are still protesting on the streets, getting shot at like rioters, whereby the only way to gain justice is by self determination.  They have to become politically involved to change how things are being run in that city and how they are being treated.  They cannot depend on the media to show the world how they are being mistreated, but must force politicians to take an interest and how is this to be done?

They need to address the voting system and until they as a community of people register to vote they have no voice on the issue or any issue, to include Michael Brown's death and the justice they want to get in return.  Politicians help voters that is the bottom line, because they need votes to stay in office.  This is a local and national reality.  And once or if black's in Fergusson City get a majority of seats in the city council, laws can be changed to address the many issues by drafting into and signing legislation, to enforce such changes such as how police are hired in the future and maybe firing a few white officers and/or replacing them with black officers to address the disparity of employment that lacks black officers and civilian employees in law enforcement, which is really a nationwide issue.

This battle will not be won on the streets, but can be won at the voting booths.  And until they register to vote and announce their intentions of a citywide voters registration campaign to change this racist system of governance, the current controller of government there and everywhere will not take them seriously.  Without a vote hey have no power to change anything or be taken seriously from outside politicians to include President Obama, none the less their Governor Jay Nixon, because everyone knows they cannot even vote.

Fergusson City Must Deal with the Problem and not Symptoms

Fergusson City Must Deal with the Problem and not Symptoms

By: Rev. Frank Paul Jones aka Apostle Paul Castellano

The problem is the cause and the symptom is the effect.  For an example an anger problem, can cause an effect or consequence.  Or old traditions going unchanged while the demographic changed can cause an effect of consequence. What just took place in Fergusson, Mo, a small town of about 21,135 people, whereby the City Avon Park, FL., has a population of about 8,792, was do to the lack of black leadership.

Emerson Electric Company is located there and company called Express Scripts, the nations largest pharmacy benefits management company who just announced a $56M expansion creating 1,500 new jobs, is right outside Fergusson City.  While over 80% of the people have high school diplomas, the school where Michael Brown graduated lost its accreditations. So what is the academic curriculum for black people? What are they teaching them if anything.  I ask because there is no sign of any black leadership within this city or organizations in that city.  And the major areas of crime are all about stealing being robberies, burglary and thief, so the way I see it, this just an excuse to continue doing what they have been doing, so the world can see their ignorance.

While the population of the Fergusson City, Mo., is about 21,135.  The demographic breakdown is about 65% black and 31% white, yet the City of Ferguson's Police Department had 54 commissioned officers. The officers are all police academy graduates and are certified peace officers by the Missouri Department of Public Safety.  Why?  Meanwhile they have a six member council with only one being black person with a seat and the police force consist of three black officers out of a total of 53 commissioned Officers because I guess they fired Darren Wilson the officer who allegedly murdered Michael Brown.  Blacks are disproportionately arrested and stopped while driving and are disproportionately arrested.

What happened in Fergusson, Mo and the only anomalies I spot.  The city was about 99% white in 1970 and today it is 70% black.  Therefore the demographics changed but not the traditions or ways of life and governance.  But there is a simple solution, which is time sensitive and would be a great PR move for Al Sharpton, who runs a 501 c (4) operation "The National Action Network, INC., allowing him to address these political concerns.

Out of 15,000 people who are old enough to vote in that city, only 10% or 1,500 are registered to vote.  Therefore though the population is 65% black, the municipality is being controlled by only 10% or the few politically active people in that small city, who further designed a system of elections to give them even more leverage.

First of all, Fergusson City, MO., must start an immediate voters registration campaign and try to get 100% of all qualified black voters registered to vote.  Meanwhile utilize this national media to address the voting system used in this city, which leans towards an “at-large” voting system meaning there are no districts at all, and all candidates face the whole electorate.  This system is used around the country to reduce minority representation, since it makes it harder for numerical minorities to elect their preferred candidates.

Under this current voting system  and registration configuration, there is only one black out of six City Council members and no black members on School Board Members, only three out of fifty-three commissioned police officers are black.  Therefore we want to know, what is the criteria of being recruited and what is the qualifications of completion. We need to know this because someone so well trained should have never did what Darren Wilson the officer who allegedly did (murdered) Michael Brown in cold blood.  And due to Michael Browns behavior and the act of officer Darren Wilson, an investigation on any possible connections between the two must be done.  We must count out a hit due to corruption!  There has to be a lot of corruption and it must be found.

Black's could control that municipality within 6 years or less!  And Operation Solution and Response, would be a great project for this city.
