I really think you should make this decision using due diligence. Knowing he is your main protector.  My only requirement for Eric Holder, which will put him in forever good grace and he will become an America hero. End the illegal war on drugs.  Name marijuana a substance 4 drug at least and force the government to honor Medicaid as a payment for medical THC.

He can flood the street with good cheap weed if he wants. Or just give it to private industry.  But it will have no demand on the streets.

Next: We reassign agencies.  Give the FDA the power to schedule drugs and not the DEA. It was always a conflict of interest.  How can law enforcement determine what is against the law?  The FDA job will be to get the best and highest quality drugs at the cheapest prices.  ATF needs to be reassigned. I just want tobacco to become part of the FDA, who will make it schedule 1. it will become illegal. And a new drug war will begin.  Because until they chose right, there will be consequences for destroying my temple.  My investment is to get 150 years of happy workers helping me get to higher grounds and reach other places in the universe.

I am not investing in anything that will harm my investments. I told my cousin yesterday, when  he was talking about he need $4.00 for cigarettes?   These things are on store shelves for children to see from the day they learn to walk. And all it does is kill you. That is poison and not marijuana.

I believe medical marijuana may become legal in less than one year at federal level, due to the results for this clinical research done on MARINOL®, which a THC capsule usually prescribe to Cancer and AIDS patients.  I will explain why.

MARINOL® is a FDA Approved Drug is [Schedule III (CIII)] under the Controlled Substances Act.  While marijuana is a schedule I drug, meaning it has no useful purposes. Which is impossible based on this clinical study recognized and posted on the Internet by the FDA.  Because how can THC be useful and marijuana main ingredient is THC, yet it is considered useless?

The scientific community proved the DEA is wrong on marijuana, based on accepted scientific research.  Furthermore, because of this fact and its intended uses of helping people with Cancer and AIDS, who have nausea and vomiting problems, gain an appetite.  Once again this makes these decisions clearly political to maintain a war on drug to incarcerate African Americans, because supposed a person cannot hold down a capsule or pill, they should have the option of ingesting it by smoking it, to insure they get the recommended doses and keel it down.

The FDA did not exclude its uses to only AIDS and Cancer patients, but suggest these are the people who usually are prescribe this drug.  But in no way does it restrict its usage by only AIDS and Cancer patients.  But opens the decision of prescribing this drug based on a doctors discretion as to its usefulness, based on this research.

A huge breakthrough as a result of this clinical research study accepted by the FDA, though unintended by this research, is that MARINOL® clearly is one of the most safest sedatives or sleeping medications on the world's market,  But is not being used for this purpose, probably because nobody challenged this issue yet.  After reading this hopefully people will demand their THC, through their medical insurance to include the veterans healthcare system.

What the study proved is they have a section in the research document called overdose.  But the basis of overdoses is that this is more than you need for this specific intended purpose of appetite enhancement.  Meaning if you take more than you need to enhance your appetite, you will become intoxication to include drowsiness.  Therefore they defined exactly what a sedative is supposed to do, but defined it as something bad, a side effect.

Then they define over intoxication or severe intoxication, but it doesn't cause death.  How many sleeping pills do you know that will not kill you if you overdose.  Yet overdosing MARINOL® means it acts a sedative and because extreme overdoses do not cause death either makes MARINOL® the safest sedative on the market, based on this Clinical research approved by the FDA.

Then we have this agent called Cannabidiol (CBD) in marijuana, which was proven to helps kids with epilepsy when nothing else worked, social anxiety and many other illnesses are helped by marijuana. While the THC component in MARINOL® clearly makes marijuana a schedule III also at a minimum, based on the defined DEA standards and this FDA approved clinical research therefore makes marijuana legal as medical medications at federal level.  It is a matter of a legal challenge, that FDA proved already.

But also it requires the FDA to now force the completion of these tests.  Because as a schedule III Drug due to its THC content, they must determine if the other ingredients are safe and therefore must also determine if they are useful as well.  And once this happens it may well become a Schedule IV drug, which includes some still much more dangerous stuff like nerve pills, opiates and the rest.

Finally their argument of abuse of THC, according to this research study, doesn't exist. 

"Chronic abuse of cannabis has been associated with decrements in motivation, cognition, judgment, and perception. The etiology of these impairments is unknown, but may be associated with the complex process of addiction rather than an isolated effect of the drug. No such decrements in psychological, social or neurological status have been associated with the administration of MARINOL® Capsules for therapeutic purposes."

Meaning it should clearly be the sedative of choice for high suicide rate groups such as the mentally ill.  Instead their concern is with a person who they plan to never give another job to enjoys these side effects, euphoria, heightened sensory awareness which is under overdose, instead on benefit. Because for many musical artist, they need this feeling to be as creative as they possibly can and it is often due to long term pain and hurt.  They contribute billions to our economy, yet too many of them die getting high. Why?  Because we condemn people for finding pleasure in chemicals and therefore do no research on finding safe ways for them to get high.  Whereby this is actually the solution to the drug war, to create safe and legal options for people to get high off of and accept that sex and drugs are popular ways to reach our pleasure centers.

We shouldn't condemn  people for getting high and MARINOL® clearly is for medical use anyway, meaning also is marijuana.  But our duty to man is to make life as much joy as possible, as long as they perform their duties on their jobs.  But our system perpetuates the illegal drug trades and promote street pharmacist as a means of black oppression and degradation.

Americas failed drug policies has caused the "chickens to come home to roost."   What qualifies my statement as fact is at first glance "because of our discriminatory drug policies and greed in the past, now the chickens are coming home to roost with crime and corruption soaring and the people effected most are now on the run so they came here." 

 

Is this outcome due to predetermined laws and policies?  It is my position that our lawmaker must consider this influx in illegal immigration as not the result of a fail immigration policy alone, but is as a direct result of our war drug that never had as a goal to even reduce drug distribution into America, whose policies are racist and has never included an exit plan.  Its sole purpose is and was, to incarcerate poor blacks in America.   The result is that the Mexican Cartels became very rich and powerful.  And unless we see the correlation between the Cartels and their  fleeing poor, the situation will only get worst.

 

We cannot buy our way out of this one with $20 Billion, because they probably have that in stockpiles located in safe houses throughout the U.S. It is my interpretation that the Cartels are probably behind this.  Because it seems too organized to just be coincidental movement, that all these people from all of these countries all decided to migrate here all at once illegally? I do not buy it!  Therefore President Obama should first call in the CIA, to determine if this is a conspiracy and therefore determine who decided they make this move at this time in such huge numbers all at once.  And Yes, Gov. Rick Perry of Texas has reason to be concerned as do the whole nation, because this is only a first stop and the National Guard should be activated. He is the only person that recognizes we have been attacked.  They must first be place in some form of controlled custody until a real decision is made as to how to solve this problem, once and for all.  $3 or $4 billion will not solve this problem and it will take much less to take control of this crowd, until a decision can be made. Out of my head, I believe we can control, house and feed 58,000 or even 100,000 people for much less for as long as one year. The decision shouldn't take that long, but the problem is we must first know what just happened before we make recommendation on illegal immigration based on this activity.

 

Because all we think we see at first glance are a bunch needy and poor people crying for help and needing a place to stay.  We cannot make the same error we made with the Cuban act of  1966.  We cannot assume as a nation that because they are poor, means their duty is to serve our nation and that there are hundreds if not thousands of infiltrators within these groups, whose duty is to destroy us. Think about how well our government programmed me as a child. Then think about the hundreds of billions of dollars behind the Cartels that they are forces to hide in isolated homes and so forth. And think about what services and technological assistance this money can buy and from who. Our battle isn't against a bunch of dummies trying to support their drug habits as do most black dealers on the streets in America and who we incarcerate as a result of this war on blacks. These people have billions of dollars that they can only invest with nations and states against America. With this understanding, we can only imagine what just crossed our boarders?  And what can result from in the near future.

 

With this understanding we cannot simply welcome these people as allies to America, when their first act was criminal, simply because we claim we are a nation of immigrants. Which is a lie also. The first whites to come here stole this place and then blacks were brought here forcefully as slaves, because the people they ripped off refused slave labor.  Then came immigration for the Italians, Jews and the rest came about, always based on the this countries need to more cheap labor. However, every time we created some type of ghetto.  Jews with Jews, Italians with Italians and Mexicans with Mexicans.  Therefore we have to realize these people will be no different and they will form ghettos and their loyalty will be within their own circles first and community, but their goal will be to be productive here in America. Productive could mean setting up drug fronts and blowing up buildings. Think about how the many drug connections that will be established it this happens uninvestigated?

 

There are over 58,000 of them and counting? We must begin the process of separating them and interrogating them. We cannot afford to take the position that they are all just hungry and friendly people who just happened to cross the border. If they are really loyal to us, we will find out from among them as to exactly why this is happening. "Who told you to come here?"  Every last one of them should have to answer this question.  This is only to begin our investigation. My point is whenever a crime is committed, it is the duty of law enforcement to investigate the crime being committed. Yet not one person mentioned on CNN, that these activities are under investigation by the Department of Justice. But the argument is about our failed immigration policies, meanwhile we may even be under attack.  And like Cuba this might just be the first wave.

 

Meanwhile one American solider crossed the Mexican border and he is going through all types of changes, but over 58,000 of them hit our borders overnight and our concern is immigration policies are failing?  What about national security breeches?  When it is directly related to our drug policies?  And when the actions of a criminal enterprise causes such a problem, it has already become very political. Like I said, Drug Cartels are terrorist organizations and such be dealt with as such. As a terror organization President Obama will be able to negotiate a settlement, without the help of the Congress and it could be authorize that they are terrorist organization based on our investigation concerning this mass illegal immigration move. If the CIA can prove this is conspiracy to overthrow the America government in any way. President Obama can force the Congress to regard them as terrorist and remove them from the picture and do what must be done to end all of this mess and chaos.

 

And until we learn to respect this enemy of the State and the money they control that we will not even allow into our economy legally. Until we accept their level of sophistication, which is demonstrated by their tunnels and distribution processes and until we accept they have way more money then most if not all of the Middle East Terror Cells and if they so decided can do way more damages. Hell they could decide hire a terror cell out of the Middle East to do their dirt. Based on common enemies. Until we get honest with America and ourselves about this drug war and who we are harming from it and the power the cartels now have. And with the understanding of why the South and North in America fought the civil war. We will never be able to solve any problems we have associated with Central and South American countries.  We created an economic monster who now wants his rights to commence now.  They are different than the South getting rich off of Slavery in America and wanting State rights to expand their business enterprises.  The history of man is everyone get rich off of the back of the of black salves in America. We are slaves to fast-food, we are free or cheep labor and we are slaves to drugs. We are slaves and America is now mad, because someone else is working us?

 

I think this is a first sign of a much bigger problem and the wise thing to do is start an investigation concerning this matter and place all those people into some type of control to prevent their movement any further into America, until we know exactly why this happened.  Then create a new policy based on the conclusion. Drug Cartels are terrorist Organizations.

The United States of America must openly negotiate with the Drug Cartels and our representatives will be required to act as a negotiating party for several departments in the Federal government to include but not limited to the FBI, who handles terrorism, The DEA, who handles Drug Law enforcement, the DOD, who control our military forces and deployment, the CIA, who handles our intelligence and the Secret Service, who protects our financial infrastructure and will handle security as deemed necessary.

 

Problem: Our Current Drug War Policy Is A Detriment to National Security: 

 

The drug war we have entered into since the 1870's with anti-opium laws, that evolved into discrimination tactics in the South during the 1900's thru anti cocaine laws directed at blacks, marijuana laws directed at immigrants in the 1910's and 1920's, the current drug wars established by President Nixon in 1971 and Ronald Reagan in 1980's, which was targeted at black people.

 

These drug policies created enormous wealth for drug cartel organizations, several drug epidemics from heroin to crack cocaine, as a result increasing the spread of HIV/AIDS, it totally destroyed the family structure as whole communities among blacks were grandparents often had to raise our children of today, because the parents were addicted to drugs, whose community's main commodity has become drugs and who are the people targeted based on factual and empirical data, arrest records and conviction rates based on demographics breakdowns, black's are the one's paying the greatest price of the current drug war against black people and not the cartels who control its distribution and makes the money earned from it.  Therefore we must agree that our government really is not targeting the cartels and therefore should not pretend it is beneath us to open dialog with them to stop our discriminatory practices in law enforcement and economics. Because we created this financial institution, we must create the environment that will allow it to become beneficial to America.

 

Now we are faced with an influx of immigrants who are simply trying to escape these drug control countries because of our drug polices. We have no realistic policy to address this and a military buildup would not be fiscally responsible and would not stop the distribution of the current heroin stockpile located throughout the United States in Cartel controlled safe houses.  The only way to address immigration reform is to eliminate it root cause.

 

President Obama's card: The truth about flight 587, which proves the cartels are actually terrorist organization with an a political agenda with connections all the way to Michael Bloomberg and President George W. Bush decision to stay in the war ion the middle east is a result of what happened on that day.

 

1: We must define Drug Cartels as Terrorist organizations. We must redefine who the drug cartel is or what they are in order to deal with them at a negotiating capacity.  Our government recently set legal precedent to allow President Obama to enter into negotiations with terrorist organizations, with the recent Bowe Robert Bergdahl negotiations.

 

2: The DEA must reassign our drugs schedules, to support our new drug policies that are to support our economy.

 

3:  The Cartels must create a committee to represent them int binding agreements with the United States government.

 

Resolution Template:

 

A) Reduce the amount of drug distributed the United States.

 

B) The burning of a predetermined amount of the current crops and the surrender of a certain amount of safe houses throughout the United States.

 

C) New Drug Policies in the United States based on these reduced supplies and we must deal with drugs as a health issue and not a criminal activity. Thereby creating more rehabs and less prisons.

 

D) The taxation of the money already made through the drug trade by the Cartels, the governments to insure a balance of power.

 

E) A Cartel pardon and the granting of their ability to invest their money into the economy worldwide openly, bringing huge sums of money back into the system that is now out of circulation and thereby enhancing our economy from South America to the United States.

 

Once this is done our immigration problem will resolve itself and our new immigration  reform policies will be as a result of these negotiations.  It is the nature of people to want to stay home and not go to strange lands. However, as a result of self preservation they are fleeing to survive the tyranny of a divided nation, due to the disposition we have placed Drug Lords into, yet we created the environment that created their demand.
