1. Held by remand of court in maximum security for about 13 months without one DR.  Maximum time for a class A misdemeanor is 12 or 10 months with good behavior.

2.'Was arrested on an invalid accusary.  Meaning without a lawful charge..  Trespassing under Federal law is under 18 USC and deals with going into restricted areas.  Under State statute in is under the 4th Amendment, the presumption of privacy.  He was charge for Trespassing at the 33826 Post Office based on the 4th Amendment.  Because Post Mattress Vicky Dunn said she owned the Post Office?  This is an invalid accusation. This is an invalid accusary.

3. Under the kaw the court cannot hear a case based on an invalid accusary and can only release accused ROR, with prejudice, without pending charges and restitution must be paid based on Statutory law.

4. As for the case of Chaka Mosi Kamanu Zulu v. Egan 2003.  The shelter clesrancc received in Augusta,GA. Proved he was never a registered sex offender and has no outstanding warrents.  His VA show he is .Martha Mitchell Effect victim, meaning he is in sound mind and memory and was intentionally misdiagnosed to destroy is ability to testify.

Question of law. Can an accused be released for a psych eval in a misdemeanor case?

No. Because a psychological evaluation is not an option in misdemeanor court.  Wherefore the nature of the charges are not serious. Florida Statutory law on misdemeanor court.

Furthermore, the accused was issued a REAL ID verifying he is a veteran of a foriegf War.  He served under the USAREUR Cammand.   He is a Freeman.  The Fugitive Slave was repealed and the REAL ID Act of 2005 being in full effect and his citizenship being established, he has Union Rights and one cannot have both the REAL ID and a state drivers license, which is a state previllege.  His home of Record is on the REAL ID and his right to travel is by the nature of his being a Freeman.

6. It adds up to slander and libel.  Michael Jackson name was destroyed?
