Our
settlement is based on our paying the National Debt and making an agreement to
get 10% of this nations budget to pay the Interest on the Debt and pay down on
the actually debt of $16,787,451,118,147 or $16.8 Trillion, which would mean an
income of $500 Billion until the debt is paid.
OK: We
have $500 Billion per year, that under law will be all clear money. This
will be the budget for the care-taking of my 10,000,000 on a 50 year plan to
re-teach the world.
$500,000,000,000/10,000,000
people give us a $50,000 per person economic edge. Every year we start-out with
enough to feed, house and clothes everyone in the Kingdom based on whatever
economic system applies. Therefore in the Kingdom no currency applies.
I should
need money now, my black check is the Word. The Kingdom of God
is my house, yet in still I live like an unwanted visitor. They will learn soon.
I have
contacted Bruce Cutler, who is John J. Gotti personal attorney. By
establishing John J. Gotti as my Agent with General Power of Attorney, this
established Bruce Cutler as my representative with whatever authority John J.
Gotti grants him. Now I have Mark Lippman, Esq. acting as my Veterans Law
Lawyer, dealing with most of my federal legal matters and settlements, while
Bruce Cutler should have full access to my assets, as determined by John J.
Gotti legal arrangements. Meaning now we can actually make moves!

The
Veterans Affairs
The
problem with the VA, which will be renamed back to the Veterans Administration. Because the term Affairs clearly tell us, we
are being ruled by foreigners. The Nazi's had all of our pharmaceuticals by
controlling the FDA, we could not get anything passed them that would be able
to bill the insurance system. The insurance company are very power, they rule.
Now We will soon monopolize the health industry. I will set life expectancies, I will cure all
diseases and with or without the VA, in the Kingdom of God,
we have our share of hospitals.
The
solution is simple and they have been forewarned yesterday. Give me my money
and give my men their benefits or people are going to start dying. Understand that no matter what the White
House does, the problem is the staff are being ruled by Satan and the Federal
Police understand because I told everyone.
I
designed the system, so that everything has many ways to get in and sometime 1
or 2 loopholes to not give benefits. They are bound to give every veteran any
benefit, he qualifies for under just one way.
But instead they find one reason not to, even if he has ten reasons to
get it and they say no because of that one reason. The Vet gets angry, they call the Police, he
is bound by law to lead you out of there, at risk of being fired.
But they
love me and when I raise hell, they just come to claim me down. So I need them there. But I have to place the Veterans
Administration under my Police and not the other way around.
Solution:
Hire
paralegals and re-assign many of my pharmacist.
The Paralegal will be the Chief Assistant to the ton the head Cop. He will have access to a data base, under the
Attorney General, meaning the information belongs to the President.
Now when
a veteran come to the VA for services, my police can enforce our law and not
theirs. Every request that is refused, does not lead to a confrontation between
my police and veterans, based on lies and mass incompetence. All problems must
be vetted by the paralegal and if they are qualified for a benefit and is again
refused the Nazi mistreating my men go to prison and do not get out, they are
trying to overthrow us.
The Warning and the Example:
I need at
least 5 veterans, who got PTSD as they claim
and could be violent. In five

drop their guns. They will all be found not guilty by reason of insanity and

in the process of going electronic on all veterans files. He told me I could
not have my files sent to New York City, because now all files will be
centrally located and transmitted by electronics, therefore, we do not have the
right to see our records anymore, because the Germans own them. Never. Take all
of that from them and send it to our administration under the Attorney
General. You cannot allow veterans
records to go social media. They are

it? Because this program is already funded if we only enforce the current

and government money already allocated by the Congress. Now under the
program we will setup certain ways to allocate there funding in a way that will
make it have a real impact. Anyone against this will be called out as a person
who wants to bate and switch our veterans.
Funding:

The We Are the World Foundation.
It has to be a collaborative effort. Sony and Michael
Jackson the Michael Jackson's Mijac Music Catalog
and Sony manages it. Michael needs to pay down on taxes and not earn more
money to create more taxes and Sony is a profit based institution, which is a

Today I
discovered the one veteran benefit that is written in sone that will force
government and private sector to take veterans more seriousness. The
problem with the VA is the the system design, but that nobody does their job or
knows it. But there is one claw that we must force the VA to enforce and
by presenting this, the congress has to accept this program and it
funding. You have to figure out how much we will earn, for example MJJ is
$100 to $300 million per year off the top, now add Motown on down the line it
will be $1 Billion to $2 Billion easy per year. But here is the
real money hidden and if they argue they will be put to shame.
All this
act requires is the proper enforcement of the Veteran Travel

nearest facility without explanation, that is his travel benefit. Meaning
if I decide to go to California
tomorrow and go to a hospital, my travel pay for simplicity is system wide

home, without question, it is a automatic calculation. in my case about $81 per
visit to any VA hospital.

official travel uses a privately owned vehicle (POV), travel expense will

shall neither be required to use POVs for government business nor shall they
suffer any loss of pay, reprisal, or adverse action on account of refusal
to use a POV for government business . In the event the use of POVs is
authorized, mileage for such use shall be compensated at the prevailing
rate published in federal regulations .

an appropriate subject for local bargaining.
- Actual Amount of
Funding:
- I get 10% across the

communities nationwide so that we can create a big picture agenda address each
and every community in the United
States that has one of the leaders within
them. Because of their value to any community the reside in, they will
get a certification recognized nationwide upon a certain level of
proficiency.
Then I will settle with my family
all the way down to my cousins and once my seeds accept me and duly recognize I
AM King of kings and they are my Princes and Princesses, I will decide on their
settlements based on their needs. I have to be careful with my family,
