I went to sleep and woke up to a world in darkness, do not think you are alone.   It is just that this place has value as the financial capital of the world.  The problem is not the police or the people, but you must understand we are living in the last days and this is the battle of Armageddon.  What the bible did not tell you is that you would not even know it was happening until the end.

New York City is under attack by the Great Roman Empire or is in the disguise of being Cubans.  They are about to launch a new form of slavery more brutal than the last 6,000 years.  They was going to make the world Communist.  Being the lazy fools you are you would have fell for it.  You would have seen the so-called perks of the system, such as someone paying all your bills. Not realizing you have placed yourselves into eternal slavery.  Hell could have become the real life Matrix, turning your asses into fuel. You know with them is all about stealing resources.

But now Rafael Ramos is dead because he was not God. They will probably cover it up.  How do you explain a Communist Leader who is under the FBI radar, ending up getting killed by a FBI informant execution style?  They all know who I AM, but now I know who they are and how they are coming and when.  I bet they cancel this parade.  The Nazi Cubans are bitch ass white boys and dumb niggas. This will end of these tickets, I never lose in court.  If they force the issue, I outright say I AM Jesus Christ and if these tickets are not cancelled and stopped, I will appeal at a higher court.

But once I introduce myself to the courts, I will be to work at changing  unfair public policies.  I think a major issue is not simply equal protection under the law like white people, but the public policy on public urination places a dog above man, even if he is sick and cannot hold his urination.

Hey, I got a ticket yesterday and that is when I figured out or remembered what to do and how they operate.  On Friday, there is no parking spots from about 9 am to 11:30 am damn near everywhere down here. They send out a large patrol to write tickets. They really get anything near a fire hydrant.  But this is very impersonal and like everyone else are incompetent.

How far must I park from the fire hydrant in New York City by law? The NYC traffic rules state that all vehicles parked within NYC must be at least fifteen (15) feet from a fire hydrant. He wrote on my ticket something unprovable and questions his decision to ticket me under equal protection of the law. The officer wrote that I was 3 feet from the fire hydrant.  The law states: The fire hydrant was unserviceable The ticket says 3 feet the laws say 15 feet, what standard did you us that day?.  How do you know it was 3 feet in distance? My argument:   I am an ordained Reverend, my body is God’s temple and wherever I go it is the house of God.  I displayed my clergy permit properly and the car I am driving is registered out of state.  Do to the nature of my current and future travels I cannot register this car in New York as I am constantly travelling from state to state nationwide to spread the word of God. I request all tickets be cancelled against this car in the name of Jesus Christ.   I request I be granted and duly recognized as a press agent who is trusted by the Police Department of New York City, with all the rights of a press agent. Clergy Parking Permits Supporting Laws: Clergy Parking Permits are issued annually to houses of worship for their clergy to park when conducting ministerial duties at their houses of worship, funeral homes and hospitals. Clergy Permits allow parking for up to five hours in No Parking zones adjacent to the house of worship, for up to three hours in No Parking zones adjacent to hospitals and for up to four hours in No Parking Zones adjacent to a funeral establishment when such member of the clergy is performing official duties. Clergy qualify if they work an average of at least twenty hours per week officiating at or presiding over services of a religious corporation or association of any denomination. One permit is issued to a house of worship with up to three plates on the permit. Permits expire one year after being issued. Officially, NYPD press cards are issued to help officers determine whom they can safely let across police lines at breaking news events such as murders, parades and plane crashes. Journalists hoping to get an ID card must submit samples of their work demonstrating a history of covering breaking news. The New York City Public Restroom Dilemma Problems: Food establishments with 19 or fewer customer seats are not required to provide bathroom access to the public. Thanks to skyrocketing real estate prices, Manhattan gas stations are worth much more than the money the owner can make selling gas. Last year, a Getty near the High Line sold for $23.5 million. A few months later, another station in the borough went for $25 million. There are 1,5 million to 2 million pet dogs in New York City in December 2006 - Where do they urinate. On the streets of New York City?  Yet! Public Urination or Urinating in Public is a commonly charged offense in NYC. The ticket (aka summons or citation) will say either "public urination" or urinating in public" and the police usually write it up either as a violation of 153.09 of the Health Code, or under 116-18(6) of the New York City Administrative Code. While the conduct leading to either the 153.09 or the 16-118 is the same--urinating in public-- the legal difference between the two provisions is potentially significant. When charged under the Health Code, 153.09, public urination is a Misdemeanor, which is a CRIME under New York Law. Now we are fighting for equal protection under the law, but we are regarded as less than a ;pet dog.  We can get a fine or even go to jail for pissing in the streets of a city that by design has no public restroom facilities.  But 2 million dogs gets a free pass everyday and it is consider clean acceptable behavior if the up some of their dog shit without disinfectant. Solution: RESTROOM ACCESS ACT: "ELIGIBLE MEDICAL  CONDITION"  MEANS CROHN'S DISEASE, ULCERATIVE COLITIS, ANY OTHER INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE, IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME OR ANY OTHER  MEDICAL  CONDITION THAT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO A TOILET FACILITY. Therefore anyone who has to piss and has any illness that makes you piss.  Diabetes, taking water pills for high blood pressure, a medical side effect and so on. They will have to allow us to us their nasty restrooms.  Many will choose to close down to avoid contact with us and we do not need that kind in our communities.
