The Civil Right Act is a Sex Right Act: They never passed a laws to enforce the law against racial discrimination and they destroyed religion. But sex right laws?  Equal pay, the right to choose, same sex marriage.  Meanwhile for black men we got the drug war and the Omnibus crime bill.
