Good afternoon, Mr. Jones:
Thank you for your email that has been forwarded to me for reply:
The Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations is a ministerial filing agency with no investigative authority. As such, all documents submitted and filed by our office are accepted at face value. Section 817.155, F.S., states "a person may not, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the Department of State, knowingly and willfully falsify or conceal a material fact, make any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation, or make or use any false document, knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry. A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084". Any disputes or fraudulent filings must be resolved between the affected parties or in the courts.
Although section 817.155, F.S., states it is a third degree felony to fraudulently file a document with the Department of State, all issues regarding fraudulent filings must be resolved between the affected parties or in a court of competent jurisdiction. Pursuant to section 607.0125(4), F.S., the Division of Corporations’ duty to file documents under Chapter 607, F.S., is strictly ministerial. As such, the fact that we filed or refused to file a document does not:
· Affect the validity or invalidity of the document in whole or part;
· Relate to the correctness or incorrectness of information contained in the document;
· Create a presumption that the document is valid or invalid or that information contained in the document is correct or incorrect.
Consequently, our agency must accept all documents at face value. Hence, we are unable to remove the filing in question from our records or determine if the information contained therein is correct or incorrect. However, you can file documents with our office to correct the record and also include a notarized “Statement of Fact” stating that the prior fraudulent information was submitted without your knowledge or consent. We will include the statement of fact as a public record with that filing. Anyone pulling/viewing the fraudulently filed document will see the Statement of Fact which should serve as a deterrent to any potential creditor.

The notarized Statement of Fact must be drafted by you and state the following:
· Your Name and Address
· The name of the business entity
· Identify the document fraudulently filed with this office
· State the document was filed without your knowledge or consent
· Your Signature
· The signature and seal of a valid notary public

I made this know at the County Clerk of Courts. They claimed the information they used to handover my home to these people to commit fraud and steal, was the information at the Department of Corporations. Then a woman said it’s a merger.
Fact Pattern:

Jeh Johnson now Maj. Gen – FCC & FAA Regulatory Agency = UCC & UAA – The term Union replaces Federal.
1. The corporation: Eston Roberts Community Network, INC. is fraud, not one member of this corporation was in The National Community Network, INC. And the Agent carried the infallible title, wherefore this act may constitute blasphemy and treason against this nation.
